I boarded my dog here 3 times. Everything was great the first two but during the third stay my dog sustained a laceration injury. See photos of what it looked like when we picked her up. I was told that while they had all the dogs running around outside, one of them barked and spooked my dog bad enough to impale herself on a part of their fence. I have no way of knowing if that’s true but the wound was big.As if this wasn’t bad enough, the kennel owner blamed my dog stating that she suffers from anxiety. She did take my dog to a vet-her vet, and she had him recommend that my dog is put on medication for anxiety. Let’s pretend for a moment that my dog is that anxious (she’s not). This was her third boarding here and they were familiar with her, so why would they let her run around with other dogs?To address the quality of medical care my dog received-they stitched her so tight, her skin ripped open next to the original wound.As if all this wasn’t bad enough, the kennel owner wanted to charge me for the vet bill. That’s not how this works. I paid her for the boarding in her preferred method of cash of course.

In love with this place. We boarded our 2 whippets for a week, and they were spoiled as we usually do. Kendra, the owner, is a very sweet and knowledgeable lady who runs this place flawless. They do grooming, and boarding. The best place for your dogs to stayed and have a great care while you are away.

This place is great! We have used them a few times. Our dogs, Charlie and Wednesday, like it here and seem very relaxed and comfortable. I can tell they take good care of the dogs and actually spend time with them. I sent bones, kongs, and treats with our dogs and they made sure to give them to the pooches. I like that the staff seems to actually care about our dogs. It makes me feel good to have someplace to take them where they will be taken care of and loved on :)

Bed and Biscuits is our only pet boarding place. We moved here 5 years ago, and the care that was given to our very senior dog (15+ years) who needed medicine was given a quieter place and more attention. We've also had our next pup lived there also. This boarder meets all standards for vaccination requirements and never has our dogs been hurt or in any pain while groomed or boarded. Definitely a great pet place!

Awesome kennel! Everyone here is great, they obviously love the animals that stay with them. I've used them several times in the past year for boarding my two dogs and have nothing but good things to say. My dogs actually seem to like "vacationing" here and are well cared for. The staff administered meds at no charge, too. Clean place, friendly staff, and their rates are VERY reasonable!

They are so nice first time I was nervous putting my dogs in a kennel. Also you can bring any of their own toys & blankets. Also you can pack their treats. I think it's nice to know that your dogs are in good hands. I would definitely recommend this place if you need to go on vacation.💜💯

My dogs and cat always come home happy and I know they are very well taken care of. The drop off experience is very thorough and the employees always take detailed notes regarding any special needs or requests. We have used Bed and Biscuit for 10 years for our 3 dogs and 1 cat and will always recommend them to everyone.

I would highly recommend this kennel! I've been boarding my 2 dogs there, one of which is a high maintenance pooch, for several years and they take wonderful care of them. Unlike a lot of other kennels, they get to know you and your pet.

Max likes to go to Bed & Biscuit. They take really good care of him and I don't have to worry when we go away. He had a bath the last time he was there and he looked great. I wouldn't trust any other place for Max to stay.

Our Toby stays whenever we need a sitter when we leave town. An overnighter, a weekend, or a week. Toby is a runner and we just can't trust anyone to watch him. Bed and biscuits takes really good care of him and we usually pay for a bath before bringing him home...
