I ordered a medium steak was just going to take the loss and leave but the waiter basically said they wanted to make it right. The waiter comes back and tells me because I had over half my steak (I ate three bites) that I could only have half my money back. Now I’m going to be honest at this point I’m kinda pissed because they’ve made it seem like I’ve asked for a refund but the least you could do is recognize you where wrong. I wouldn’t have had even eaten those had my waitress checked in the entire time I ate my dinner. What a disappointment. Disgusting. Awful. Horrible. Worst steak I have ever. EVER. Had. Appetizers were great. DO NOT ORDER THE STEAK

Service was good, staff was friendly, decent prices on food. The food itself was great! Large portions and very tasty. The potato boat appetizers are HUGE. Also really enjoyed the shrimp.

I absolutely love all the workers at the keys. Everyone's so nice, and the food is always good. I don't care if the food takes alittle long, they always make us feel at home. We come about twice a week & we love it.Kid-friendliness: They love our 2 year old 😁

Easily the destination if you are visiting Keyesport! They have a really nice setting with indoor and outdoor bars and a nice area for live entertainment on the first floor. Upstairs they have a large balcony and plenty of seating as well as another bar. Also upstairs you will find a pool table and plenty of televisions. The atmosphere is in my opinion upscale yet casual. They have many food options including steak and seafood, burgers and fried food items aplenty. Pulled pork sandwiches and a real crowd pleaser seems to be fresh fried pork rinds. Hot days seem less intrusive with a fine mist sprayed along the perimeter of the upstairs balcony. I will definitely be going back to visit. I don't think anyone will leave feeling disappointed.

Came in for late lunch on a Sunday. Waitress saw us and finished serving literally the only other family in the restaurant. She didn't acknowledge us, just went back to the kitchen. Other kitchen staff came in and out of the kitchen 3 or 4 times and saw us waiting to be seated. No one waited on us. After about 10 minutes of being ignored, we left.

Camping at Illini Campground, 6/11/22, and decided to give the Keys a try based on good reviews. We’re glad we ate there, the food was great. BBQ pork steak and walleye, big portions, prices very reasonable. Very casual place with that home town feeling, like everyone knows each other. Our server was Connie and she welcomed us like we were old friends! I think you’ll like the place as much as we did.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if it was an option because this place is an absolute joke. They’re EXTREMELY overpriced!!! You hardly get any food for the amount of money that you spend on it & what you get is atrocious and over seasoned. & The seating is highly uncomfortable. The view of the lake isn’t worth wasting your money on. Trust me, been there done that. ;-(

Amazing food!! Sunday service wasn't great, our table was forgotten about for placing order after seated, no silverware, delayed refills, and we never received our appetizer. Our bill was correct though, including the forgotten appetizer. 🤣Highly recommend the food!! So maybe try take out vs dine in service. Sadly, the girl servers aren't attentive or speedy.

This is a great little treasure. Taco Tuesday is no joke. The tacos are huge and delicious....for a buck! The beer is cold and cheap. The atmosphere is welcoming, casual and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly makes you feel at home.

Great little find while sailing Carlyle Lake. Parked with no problems (for free) at the friendly marina and walked a block to Keys for lunch. Casual place with great views of the lake. Loved the upstairs seating with water misters and fans on to keep us cool. Food was good, reasonably priced and great service. French fries are the best ever and can't wait to go back for more. Wings were awesome too! Want to also check out nightlife and bands. Looks fun. Overall a great experience and my kind of place.

We really enjoyed the indoor outdoor flow of this place. We went on a calm afternoon. The remote lakeside location looks like it could house quite the night life. Food portion sizes were BIG. Couldn't eat it all. Awkward entrance with not enough signage. Felt like i was guessing if i could go upstairs or if i was walking towards an upstairs apartment. Checked out the little town around the keys. It wasn't the cleanest little locale but the boat ramp was hopping.

This place sucks spent 80 dollars on food there ordered three orders of wings and they was raw didn't get cheeseburger and fries and chef salad had hair in it good quality absolutely sucks so don't believe these other reviews and didn't even get salad dressing for three salads

The keys restaurant and lounge is a hot spot in Southern Illinois. Get your fix for seafood, pork, beef, vegetables, and appetizers. Tasty drinks, friendly attentive staff, huge portions!! It's all absolutely delicious!! They support live local music so it's got my approval. 5 stars all day!! 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

The poor girl that waiting on us had a table of 20, table of 8 and us a table of 4 in one room and had tables in other room too. My fried chicken was very salty, the only thing the guacamole bites are excellent! Maybe it was just a bad night for them but this was our first time and not impressed.
