Wanted to buy something in the electronics and asked to see it and they wouldn’t bring it out. Told the lady I can’t buy it if I don’t see it, and she says well I guess not..Ridiculous and lazy

Great visit. None of the employees out on the sales floor say anything to you. You could be on fire and they wouldn't say anything. Still the employees don't acknowledge guests at all. It doesn't take much to say "hi, need help finding something?" Plus, now online it showed something was available "IN STORE" I go there and there's only one kind of tire inflator. Nice way to get you in the store. Having to deal with bad weather and roads just to be had.

Live 30 min away but choose this Walmart over anywhere else. Always so clean, fully stocked, friendly service, more than 4 cashiers open besides the self checkout. More options here than on Allen road in Peoria even. Thought this was the nicest Walmart a few years ago when we were in Kewanee for sports and it still holds true.

Purchased one of the most amazing pizzas today from the deli....was by accident ....took home ......fires up the pitboss vertical smoker and smoked it....was omg good....I will b getting more pizzas in the future....b safe

While using the self-checkout today, I needed assistance. The person monitoring those stations was far too busy on her phone to put it down and acknowledge me. She finally walked over to me, with phone still in her hand; I told her I needed to remove something from the shopping list. Again, without even looking at me, she took the item, did what she needed to do and went right back to her phone. She didn't even respond when I thanked her. Nice people skills. I will say this, though, OTHER employees throughout the store were very gracious.

Bought some clothes. They seem to be doing there job. Store bathroom was clean. I think the water fountain needs fixed. The water tasted very moldy.

Surprisingly decent customer service with friendly or at least helpful staff & competent efficient cashiers & assistants.As almost always, the restrooms leave a bit to be desired in needing more frequent cleaning & sanitizing.We found the merchandise that we needed & as customers, finding our items affordable was our focus.I can't complain about our last visit so thank you Walmart staff! :)

I typically avoid Walmart like the plague, however, this one was very easy to navigate. I needed a truck battery. I was in and out in minutes, and the worker in the automotive area was very helpful.

Depends on the day. Some are good always helpful. Others u feel like your being stalked because of loss prevention following you wherever u go. Some staff also very rude and dont think before they make comments about customers around customers

Nice enough workers (especially at night). Decently clean. Okay selection. I just wish that some of the isles were wider (especially the ones that sell food aka have more traffic), and that there was just a little more selection. I mean, the store seems to always be busy. And finally, they're not trying to foce the self-checkout on us, any more. It's nice when a store listens to its customers.

The staff are rude and they treat you like a criminal and demand you show a receipt before you leave the store. So i was stopped, detainee, held against my will, imprisoned, just to see i paid for my items. I will not be doing business with Walmart in the future. Amazon will be my new store!

This is actually a really great Walmart. It always seems very clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and plentiful. It is easy to find someone if I need help while shopping and there are always plenty of checkout lanes (traditional and self) open and available. Definitely a step above your average Walmart.

I only have one issue about the scooters carts. Every time I get one that is fully charged. I only can use for 5 or ten minutes at a time. The ones in Kewaunee Illinois. All the carts are like that. This store at 730 Tenney St, Kewanee IL 61443 needs new scooters carts. I hope and pray that someone checks them out and consider to get new ones there.

As someone that lives in a small town, it's great that I have a Walmart within 10 minutes from me. I've only ever once not been able to get everything that I came in for. Other, larger, Walmart's have the product but this is not a Super Walmart. Regardless, I am impressed with how much inventory that they do carry. I'm also impressed with their cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff

I was looking for a drone for my grandson. I called the store at first and after being switched to every department but the one I needed, the staff in electronics hung up on me. When I got to the store I asked several employees for help. All but one told me they couldn't help me and went merrily on their way. Then an employee swore at me. "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT"? I walked away from that person. A kind employee found me crying and helped me until we found what I was looking for. Truth be told I would have walked out but the one employee was so kind. This is not the first bad experience I've had at this Walmart. But it us the last...

Its a great home town Walmart. Extremely well organized work crews. I was there early in the morning and to my surprise the different departments were having there shift briefings. They were all lead by some impressive supervisors. It was interesting to here them talk shop. If only all Walmarts could be like this one. Clean, friendly, and quick.

this store in kewanee il, the staff have very bad attitude. Today I visited this store and early in the morning I met Mrs. Vicky, customer service cashier, with a very bad attitude, she is one of the people who ruin your day. If she is working there it is because she wants to, it is not because of me, she must go to her house to pass the courage and not be paid by other personnel around her.

This Walmart is the closest to my house and it is the largest grocery store in town. They are going through a major remodel, which will be complete in November 2016. The good, they are bringing back guns and sewing materials, the bad.. Should be a bigger store, they do not carry as many products as Walmart stores in the larger cities. The bakery and deli counters need a much larger variety. The produce section is also lacking. However, I am always satisfied with returns and never a problem dealing with their staff or management. Overall satisfactory, considering logistics. Well maintained parking lot and good security. Actually 3 1/2 stars. May change after remodel. They are also bringing back the self checkouts, which I personally like.

Great shopping experience. One stop shopping for all your needs and wants. The employees are helpful with a smile and kind words for everyone. The garden center is stocked with this year's garden supplies.

Getting stuff there is easy and purchasing is okay if you go through the self checkout. I had a older lady that was scanning my stuff. I gave her a hundred dollar bill and she was freaking out because she could figure out how to subtract 4 dollars from it. It was very difficult to work with and took really long until I had to solve the problem. Other than Walmart not hiring those that have basic math skills I believe it's actually a nice place and I recommend just check out yourself.
