Reiman's does not disappoint! I went to enjoy their support of local pet adoption and look at the bikes. It's always about the clothes and the bikes. I picked out 2 shirts, a window sticker, a decal and a new headband. Now everyone knows if it has a bar and shield it's not going to be cheap and this was definitely not, but with a donation I got 28% off my purchase. Cost aside, the staff is amazing, friendly and very fun to talk to. The gal who checked me out even remembered me from a year ago when I reminded her of them being out of poker chips. The gals were very efficient on getting people checked out and with Axle running around greeting it was another great day to hang out, spend some money and dream of the bike I would love to have!

I bought a 2014 HD street glide here. Had a stage 4 kit installed right away along with other accessories. Fast forward 9 years I've decided to upgrade motors and having one installed by fuel moto up in Appleton Wisconsin. They have informed me it had it's stock injectors and throttle body. So paid for a stage 4 kit just never got the 58mm throttle body or injectors.

Reiman's is hands down the best Dealership! I've been going there for 4 years and they have helped me to the fullest every time. I had my bike recently worked on there. While my bike was in the shop I wanted mini apes put on and unfortunately I was unable to get them due to personal reasons. I picked up my bike last Thursday and my mini apes were on my bike. My boyfriend had called them and told them to put the bars on and to keep it a secret from me. So shout out to Bobbie and Todd in service for not telling me about them every time I called and keeping it as a surprise! This dealership truly makes you feel like you are family. I will forever use Reimans for all my motorcycle needs. It's worth the 45 min drive! Keep up the amazing work and the 5 star customer service! 😊

Took my 2020 road glide in for my 1000 service and had oil all over my bike when I got home. Took it back and they couldn't even clean it up correctly. Then blew me off when I told them about it still having oil under the bike after getting it home for the second time. Service manager was rude and not helpful at all and as the manager. Will never take my bike there again, very disappointed from the time I took it in from the time I left. Got my bike back with dirty smudge prints on my new derby cover, my seat had oil on it, my grips where sticky, not professional at all. Dont take your bike here for any reason.

We purchased the bike out of state and needed the tank repainted, the owner went above and beyond to have it taken care of for us to have it ready for when it was being transported. I am from Jackson, TN and have never had the opportunity to go to Reiman's Harley-Davidson. I found a letter from him to the wife of a veteran and it deserves a million 5 star reviews. I am a veteran and a Harley owner myself and gestures like this is what makes wearing the uniform worth it. This gentleman is obviously an awesome individual. I will make my way to this dealership in the future and would like to thank him personally for such an outstanding job.

This is one of the most top notch Harley Davidson stores in the Midwest!!! Very friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond their customer service duties and that what makes this place a cut above the rest!!! Always willing to help with anything and make deals happen to make you happy!!! I drive 45 mins just to go there cuz our Harley Davidson store isn't as good as there!!! I would like to Thank Doug and Scott working endlessly trying to find me a 2019 RG ULTRA CUSTOM color they both worked hard trying to locate this bike. I had to purchase the bike from a out of state dealership that did not want to trade with another dealership.
