Had to go to an out of state Menards to get railings for our deck stairs. Discontinued here, so found them an hour away. Different color so was going to have to stain, got there and they had the redwood color we wanted. Win!

As always i had a easy, smooth, and quick trip to Menards. Everyone was helpful and especially the Hardware Department, on today's trip. Steve always helps out with any questions or concerns I've come up with. The girls are always great along with everyone else I've had to bother.

Drove up from Peoria for a clearance item I couldn’t get locally. There were some expected complexities during and after the purchase but the staff I spoke with and then met throughout the day were great. They were super helpful and were able to, when needed, to think outside the box and ensure I was taken care of. Thank you Kewanee team! 👍

This small store doesn't stock hardly anything that appears in the weekly ads. And when my husband asked about an item, the girl was rude and said "we never stock things in the ad, I don't know what to tell you". Poor customer relations here. Maybe this store should advertise as **LUMBER AND BOLTS ONLY**

My father and I went to buy lumber for a project we frequent the store. My father has a major heart condition and cannot breath well while exerting himself. The way he was massively disrespected at this store by punk KIDS working there, was UNACCEPTABLE! When an old man explains his trouble breathing and some dumb girl responds “everyone has problems bud” if that was a guy I would’ve dragged him outside. STRAIGHTEN OUT YOUR DAMN WORKERS

The guy in flooring was extremely helpful. In the lumber yard the aisles were clear of debris & the guys helped us out so we were outta there to get our project started.Thanks

Front end Customer service employee (Kristin I believe) was extremely rude from the moment we walked in to us and the gentleman after us when we asked common questions. Very combative and argumentative with customers. Pretty bad look for the company for the customer service employee to have extremely poor customer service.

The person in the paint department didn't know how to mix paint. Had to have someone else come and help her. The wife asked for 2, they only made 1.It's too bad nobody wants to work anymore.

All staff were wearing masks! Good job on directional shopping, too. Menards obviously values its customers. Coulda used a little help in the lumber shed, but we managed.

Had to find more than one person to help me find things! The two cash registers that we're open we're right next to each other which does not follow 6ft social distancing the girl at the cash register couldn't even lift the air conditioner to scan it!

Less than amused with Kewanee menards. I'm a combat veteran, and I have a medical condition that doesn't allow me to wear a face mask. I walked in and the lady at the counter stopped me and asked me if I needed a face mask. I then proceeded to inform her that I had a medical condition. Her response was " well then you need to leave and do your shopping online". This is outrageous. Some of us don't have that luxury. I'm glad I served this country just to be denied service because of a medical condition I got while serving. Glad to know menards is pro veterans. I'll be taking my service to lowes at least they care about veterans.

Went in on 7/5/2013. One soda coolers was off, all the pop in it was warm, the other had a puddle of pepsi sitting in the bottom. I told one of the clerks about it and her reply was "oh the pepsi guy will clean that up when he comes in on Monday". Are you seriously going to leave a puddle of sticky soda inside the soda cooler for 3 days?? Once I checked out, the girl just sat myself on the belt, didn't even hand it to me. I like this store, but they need to hire better people. It wouldn't of taken them a minute to wipe up that soda that had spilled.

They try to put way too much stuff in the small store. Most of the aisles you can hardly get a cart down. Alot of the lumber and yard items are so far out of count that you can't even get what you want. Need to do more yard audits. They said they have 150 12' 2x6s, get out there and theirs 30 split and twisted boards to pick through. Don't do in there when it's raining, you will get wet inside the store from all the roof leaks. Most of the time I drive to Galesburg or Moline.

if you have a 53-foot trailer and you need to Dock it is very hard. So not friendly yard manager was very rude but there was three worker was very helpful

I HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASE AT,MENARDS AND HAD A CREDIT CARD i SELDOM USED. I WORKED FOR YEARS AT A FACTORY AND COULD NOT AFFORD MUCH. 3 YEARS AGO WE BOUGHT THIS HOUSE WITH CASH AND WE HAD TO DO SOME WORK ON IT. FIRST THING A NEW BATHROOM SINK. MENARD WOULD NOT HONOR MY CREDIT CARD. I REPLIED FOR ONE AND WAS TURN DOWN. I HAVE SINCE BOUGHT 2 DOORS, A NEW TOILET, NEW FLOORING, NEW FRONT PORCH STEPS, A RAILING FOR THE BASEMENT, BIG LADDER OTHER AND RECENTLY SPENT 748 DOLLARS FOR A SUMP PUMP AND THE LABOR TO GO WITH IT AND MUCH MORE OVER THESE LAST 3 YEARS.. YESTERDAY I WAS ASKED TO OPEN A CREDIT CARD AND I SAID I WAS TURNED DOWN BEFORE- TRIED AGAIN AND WASI REFUSED AND WILL GET A LETTER IN THE MAIL TELLING ME WHY. I LIKED IT WHEN I HAD IT, I GOT BIRTHDAY GIFTS EVERY YEAR PLUS MORE BUT BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF MONEY AT THAT TIME AND DIDN'T SPEND MUCH, I WAS LET GO. NOW, I CAN'T GET I T BECAUSE OF TOO MUCH.
