If I could give it a zero I would. In the first month of storage my mother's unit was broken into and about $10k worth of belongings and family heirlooms that cannot be replaced. If you care about your items or have any high value or sentimental belongings DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT CARE AND WILL SAY ITS YOUR FAULT. They claim they care about security of their facility but do not even have cameras on site.Thank you we will not be able to have precious belongings that are irreplaceable and that we were planning on passing to future generations.
