A store employee put gas on top of my friends mailbox against his house and he says corporate won't even call him. Guess farm king employees are allowed to threaten customers by placing gas on top of your mailbox against your house in an unapproved OSHA container.

Says that they update their site daily (for quantity). Said had two of an item (puppy food) last night and still said two today…so husband drove there to pick some up……did not have ANY bags…he advised person he dealt with and their attitude was like “oh well”.

Very helpful employees. They say hello when you walk in. I had a young guy help me for at least 10-15 minutes trying to figure something out for me. He called people for help. Got the answer and helped me. I wish I noticed his name. He worked up front at the Kewanee store. He wore glasses with dark hair. Customer service I feel has been slacking in a lot of places. Not here! I over heard small talk the other employees would do with other customers. This place is always somewhat busy. This store has a great selection of clothes, shoes, boots, hunting supplies, guns and sporting goods. Among other things. If you're in the area, check this place out.

I went there for specific items for my dogs. They were great in helping me get in and out quickly. The toys I bought for my grandchildren were awesome. I prefer toys that are not electronic. They have good selection of hands-on toys for kids to have fun and learn while playing.

Love going to the man mall. They've got a bit of everything in there and the staff is always friendly. My only complaint would be every store has cash registers older than I, which sometimes take a while to process.

The store is well laid out with wide aisles and well stocked shelves. Parking is easily accessed from the highway. The inventory includes just about everything needed for the small farm or urban homestead.

Great store.I do have the regular problem as a woman with a child I go in and they NEVER check the back or dig their heels in to help like I get when I'm with a man. Example... i went to buy a push mower. The young man wouldn't go to the back. An older man and he talked by the mowers with me and neither was interested in talk mowers with me just how much money I would spend... then the near $400 mower I settled on was not on the shelf they continued to play radio tag about mowers and took my number and said they would call me. I went directly to walmart next door and got what I wanted off the shelf myself and paid only $340 and as I am arriving home Farm King kid calls and said they had more mowers in back he has the one I wanted and more. Gave me the sku and said feel free to come back in and buy one... after he refused my request to actually go look in the back for me cuz I really REALLY needed a mower that day. But I was not taken seriously.Good store tho...

After two hours of shopping in the store I'm confronted by management informing me that and Associates had heard rustling in the bathroom of packages and insisted that I was in there stealing. Management was decent but is that what they teach their employees. A female emergency being attended to into the bathroom leads to this issue? Retrieving a tampon a couple cleansing wipes and removing the soiled garment leaves a pleasant shopping trip exactly the opposite.

Bought a mower from this store. They did do warranty work on it, once. Second time they came to get the mower and apparently it just sat at their shop for a week, as nothing was done to it. Nothing at all. Decent store but their repair department is horrible.

My husband made a stop in to get a key made for his semi. He was fortunate enough to work with Jade. She went so far above and beyond to make sure he had the key he needed. She was thorough and had the most amazing customer service skills. This beautiful lady is going places! 😊

We went to buy a farm implement that they were supposed to have, but it was not well known. The manager helped us find it quickly. The store is also well kept, with a huge variety of things needed on the farm.

Farm King is awesome. They have plenty of ammo, and a great selection of firearms. They had ammo at regular prices and not gouging like some other stores. Friendly staff.

I've come here several times for pet supplies and have always encountered friendly staff. They always ask if I need help finding anything, and when I do need help, they have assisted me in locating what I need with suggestions and helpful information. I truly enjoy shopping here!

I will never ever spend one more penny here. I brought a fishing pole to the counter that had a sticker right on it that said 29.99. It rang up as 49.99 and they refused to honor the price. It was for my daughter who was standing right there so I reluctantly paid for it so I didn't break her heart. Then, last night, I was in farm king Kewanee shopping for my wife's birthday with her. We spent 2 hours in the store picking out her gifts. She chose a coat from a rack of coats of the same brand and style make as 20% off. They rang it up and refused to give the 20% off then the rude cashier Jami said we must have picked one off of the wrong rack. We also had a hat and gloves that were marked 20% off. Nope. They rang full price too. I also had picked up a whole house water canister filter clearly marked 24.99. Nope. It rang at 29.99. After arguing with Jami about the price deception we asked for the manager. We had to ask 4 times before she sighed out loud, rolled her eyes and called the manager. He came down and was as reluctant as her to admit fault. I finally got so lad at being treated poorly, have my 2 hours shopping wasted, and being deceived by false advertising that I returned everything. All of it. I asked for a refund and he reluctantly rang it up. When I asked for a copy he said he couldn't give me a copy. I pointed to the copy machine and he ran off a copy for MY records. I had to ask him to sign it which he again, reluctantly with a big sigh, did. Now, here it is 24 hours later and I still don't have my money back. I have bought all of my hunting and fishing supplies along with boots and coats from this store for years. Never again. Not one penny unless they can refund MY time and efort along with undue stress from such a horrible shopping experience.

The woman that works the gun department is rude and not helpful at all. We waited 30 min after she sold a pistol to a customer and they walked out.if there is only one person who can work that department then maybe me my friends and family dont need to shop here anymore.there were 9 people waiting for ammunition 2 looking for a pistol and people were walking out.this store has to have another salesperson who can be of better service.last time my wife came to buy a pistol the same woman stayed on her phone and wouldnt even help. My family in Cooperate and they will be hearing of the greatly poor service this store has in your in the gun department signed thekewanee people

They have forever lost my business. Started with two days worth of returning expired/moldy goat feed, we didn't return there for about 3 months and I needed lamb replacer milk so I figured a 15 minute drive as opposed to a 30 minute drive I'd give it another go....nope got home and as expected the milk replacer was 4 months expired. Management there is a joke and its always excuse after excuse. I'll take that 30 minute drive to Blains where I know I will get better quality farm feed.

Went in for belt and battery not the cheap kind battery either no store associate to be found besides lady at register who was busy they had no customer serve no one offered help walked around store 30 mins and nothing so we walked out took out 150 dollar we would have spent some where else

Under armour on sale. They had a sign pointing to hats and gloves that were included in the sale. The lady at the cash register agreed. I tried to buy Under Armour gloves. They rang up full price...I had to ask about their advertised sale price...they told me the gloves I tried to buy were an exception though they were with all the other Under Armour gloves. I told them to keep them since they tried to rip me off. Wonder how many folks they have rippped off... Dishonest company...I'll quit shopping there...they are going to lose a lot more revenue than the glove discount...that's sad

I wanted to buy a dump trailer that was marked 124.99. The tag on the trailer said 124.99, when she rang it up on the register it came to 199.99 they wouldn't honor the price. That to me is false advertising
