For a pharmacy dedicated to helping and caring for the well-being of its patrons, CVS in Kewanee IL falls more than short. Their lack of compassion and empathy is apparent. I've had 3 experiences with 3 different pharmacy employees in a matter of 3 weeks, and all 3 of those experiences left me feeling frustrated at having to fight for my discount, and angry at the way I was treated as an inconvenience and bothersome. I was even asked to pull forward and drive back around the pharmacy to give up my place in line for 2 other vehicles to be serviced before me due to the discount they mistakenly had not given me again. I typically use a different pharmacy, as there are 3 in this town. But my Good RX discount showed CVS to have the best discount for my prescription. Frankly, I'd rather pay more just to be treated fairly and with a little compassion and dignity.
