Clean, well stocked and streamlined. Got dog supplies for my puppy and some roadtrip snacks. The most laid back Walmart i’ve been to yet, plus the carts here are top tier and that’s something I have never come across at a Walmart.

Rude cashiers telling my father he can't buy liquor today because I was with him and didn't have a I'd even after being told its not for me im just his ride. I care for my father who has nobody else to give him rides. From now on I won't be shopping here and I'll take him to Bradley. Thanks for nothing. You do not card the entire party you card the payer. Telling him he can come back tomorrow when he doesn't have a car is as worthless as your cashiers attitude.

Everytime you go into Walmart you walk around and see almost all of the employees just standing around and talking but not one of them can answer the phone. I tried calling 4 times and I had someone else call 3 more times and no answer. It's ridiculous.

Parked at the east entrance about 9:00 pm, walked up and two guys out front told me that entrance was closed. What a pain, so I went back to my car and drove down by the other entrance. If course I needed something from that end of the store. Why was the entrance closed, apparently they do that late. There should be a sign.

Today my wife did an online food order for $98.29 worth of food. We received our order only to find that it was incorrect. The order was a pack of chicken egg rolls, lactose free milk and powdered sugar. First off, the person delivering it has to know that theres no way in their right mind three food items so small could amount up to almost $100.00. Whoever is PICKING the items, need to pay attention to who and what orders are going out. We use the delivery service for the convenience of not having to spend time out and more time achieving stuff at home. Seriously, if you can't do that, then they don't need to be in that position. How would you feel if it were medicine for your family? Treat orders as if it were your own!

The store needs to get rid of self check out. You have to show your receipt before you walk out the exit. Why not hire people to check you out as opposed to this working for free after paying for consumer products, which is a win-win for Walmart. If you want me to check myself out, I want a percentage taken off my entire bill. Let's start with 15 to 20 percent!

What can I say it's Wal-Mart. But this location is way better than the Bourbonnais location. It's a lot cleaner. Also the employees are a little more friendlier than the Bourbonnais location. Another thing this location at least puts most of their products in the correct area unlike the Bourbonnais location.

I had a 9 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I got there at 9 and didn't get my car back until noon. Three people left during that time yelling at the people at the counter because their waits were just long. I will never go there again.

Not crazy about doing the employees job while they stand around and talk to each other. Also electric carts are left outside so there aren't enough charged carts for the customer that needs it. A solution would be to have an employee go with electric cart and customer to bring it back in to plug in for someone else. Duh!!! It is also impossible to reach some items on the shelves, too high or too far back on upper shelves. Probably not what the original owners idea of customer relations is about. That has been tossed away.

Very nice store compared to others. Shelfs were well stocked and organized.I wish Wal-Mart would show more concern for health and insist that each vendor supply a low-sodium product.

Went into the automotive part of the store and found that the wait times are long under staffing other technicians. With that said it’s WalMart. I hate the self serve checkout!!!

This store has now been taken over by the illegal immigrants using stolen identities to deliver for the Spark platform. Now us ethical drivers are stuck sitting here with no orders while the illegals hoard all the higher paying orders. I told the manager beforehand what was gonna happen and its happening. At curbside their names show up in all caps or all lowercase they use software to “hide” the higher paying orders from everyone else. I drive 40 minutes away from home to legitimately make my money because of this same issue at EVERY walmart in the country. And now this walmart has also dropped the ball smh these people are using accounts that DONT BELONG TO THEM which is AGAINST WALMART’s Spark Driver platform. Thanks alot for ruining us Walmart. Thank You

As usual. Empty store shelving throughout the store! This is ridiculous. No matter what Walmart you go to. Shelf space is empty. This means less money for them. And the aggravation for me. To have to get the items I need elsewhere!

I don't shop in places where I have to do everything myself and no jobs are being brought to the community. Walmart spends our city tax dollars for constant police presence instead of just hiring a staff of people to work at its stores. Contributing to the blight of every community unfortunate enough to have allowed them a foot in the door.

I went there the other day and all I can say is train your cashier's!!!!!! Customer are doing the self checkout and the employees can't even fix mistakes without making mistakes!

I forgot an item at the register get paid for it. I have tried calling there three times and the phone has been ringing for a total of 30 minutes and no one is picking up for customer service. This is unacceptable

I like it but you have to watch out for some of their products most are okay. For instance these jeans I bought lasted one day. And I bought two pairs and both pairs fell apart in one day. but on most products I am happy with. Mainly not on the George brand pants. But I did get this really nice desk and this lamp that pivots and I do love those very much.

This store only had one checkout open.The line was backed up.Yes, they did have self check out, but I do not like them.But they had 3 employees watch people doing the self check outs?I recommend not to use this store.

The fresh food is good. Excellent service as you enter. A lot of shoppers come here. I suppose all the good prices is why Walmart Owner is billionaire. Either way Five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Huge selection of anything and everything; food, clothing, electronics, outdoor, automotive, plumbing...the list can go on. Prices are great and store is kept clean and pretty well organized. Most checkout is self checkout. If you want to return an item remember to keep the tag and your receipt. You will not be able to return without both of these.

Got a flat tire on the interstate.. went to automotive to get a new one. Very courteous and helpful staff, especially Lamont. Car was ready as soon as I was done shopping. Minus one star because peaches did not ring up as advertised price.

Is there really anything fabulous to say about any walmarts? I hate the fact they aren't open 24 hours any more. I am a truck driver who used to enjoy shopping at walmarts way after the sun goes down. Easy in and easy out. As I'm usually a night runner. With cars and traffic and all it was just easier to get into those parking lots. I never sleep there just shopping. Now they are having more and more no truck parking signs up. So I see it as being they don't want my business while behind the wheel or when I'm home.

The carry out woman walked out. Came out before i even put my parking spot number in. Did not ask for my name or to see if they were my groceries. Continued to put them in the bed of the truck while POURING DOWN RAIN. My groceries bags are filled with water from sitting there not even a minute. She walked back into the store not even a wave or look. I got out and put my groceries in my truck. Let the other employee know what she did was wrong. Very upset about the lack of common sense/respect.
