Called to see if they had a medicine in stock I needed to start that same day; they said they had it so I had my doctor send an order to have it filled. They got that order at 11:30 am. Called multiple times to see when they’d have it ready and they would not give me a time they just said “it’ll be ready today we can’t give you a time but we’ll call when it’s ready” fast forward to 7:00 at night and they still don’t have it ready when they had it in stock knowing I needed to start it same day. Poorly run pharmacy and they could care less about their patients needs. I ended up getting it at CVS and was able to start it same day thank god. Do not go here!

Shouting a huge THANK YOU to Alyssa in the pharmacy! My daughter will have the medication she needs so she can start to feel better. I appreciate the professionalism and urgency applied to get my daughter her meds and the fact that she was the only person who didn't send me back and forth like a ping pong ball between this Walgreens location and the one in Channahon. This woman deserves a raise.

Every time I go to Walgreens and write a check.Each employee has me to do something different. Some employees run the check and give it back with the receipt which has been done for years. I used to go there and get my moms medicine. For some reason I go there today, the lady made me fill out the complete check. Something I have NEVER had to do. Each employee tells you something different. Walgreens please train all your employees the same. It really doesn't matter to me. But please let's all be on the same level. Train all your employees the same

Absolutely whatever you do do not go to this Walgreens under any circumstance, especially for the pharmacy. This can’t really be real life. How can a name like Walgreens run what seems to be a small town scam. You will wait in line for the pharmacy all to get close to check out and it seems like everyone there is trying to be more unhelpful and they are helpful. Honestly, it seems like it’s taking them more effort to not help, then help.Even if they say they have to drug available, it will not be worth your time trying to visit this place .

If I could give a big fat zero I would. They are infuriatingly slow! Can not get the order right. Set up auto refill numerous times for it to not refill. People are rude, slow, and don't care about you or the job. Constantly grouped away from counter shooting the breeze while the line is half way across the store. Obviously the management is no better and let this happen or join in. God forbid you call during open hours to check on something, nothing but horrible attitudes on the phone. They are the perfect example of terrible customer service with completely unqualified management.

Day 2 of dealing with Colleen the pharmacist. After waiting 24 hours for my prescription. I went to pick it up I had the mis pleasure of meeting Colleen and her attitude in person. I left without my meds. Dealing with the post operation pain is less painful than dealing with her.

Pharmacy manager doesn’t pay attention and she gives out private HIPPA info about patients to the wrong patients. I think it’s time for her to retire plus she is very rude when you ask her a question. I think her bias should come down and see how she speaks to her staff and how she speaks to customers because maybe she won’t be there anymore. She portrays very portrays very poor customer service!

Have had many experiences at this Walgreens that have not been great. Tonight was wake up call that I finally need to switch pharmacies. I order my prescriptions through the Walgreens app. I received a message saying both were ready for pick up. When I got to the drive-thru the pharmacist told me that one of my prescriptions wasn’t ready (he was being rude with his tone). I proceeded to the parking lot to sit for 20 minutes to wait for it. When I got a text saying my prescription was ready, I went back to the drive thru stated who I was. He said in a rude tone, “I can’t hear you from across the car”. Anyways, I needed to pick up two prescriptions. I had a feeling something was off about the prescriptions I was needing, since the pharmacist said the prescription was too big and I had to go to the front to pick it up. I was needing prescriptions that were small. I drive to the front and pick up my prescriptions. I notice they are wrong and so instead of waiting in the drive thru for another ten minutes. I head home and call in, thinking I could pick up what I needed up the next day. While speaking on the phone with the pharmacist, he proceeded to tell me my prescription was ready, it had just been waiting on a doctor’s approval. I called the after hours nurse and she told me the order was just requested AT THE TIME I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE PHARMACIST. This order had been put it in several days prior (stating ready for pickup on my app) and when I went to pick up he basically lied to me and proceeded to lie when I made a final call-as he had just requested the doctor’s approval. Very unsatisfied with the customer experience.

This place is an absolute joke! After waiting 15 mins for my prescription to be ready I was told it would be another 45 mins. That turned out to be nearly 2 hours. When there was a problem with my insurance I was being "helped" by Lauren. She was condescending and rude. She rolled her eyes at me 4 times while I was attempting to tell her what the insurance company was telling me. My husband decided to give them another chance and when I went to pick up my meds for my children I told them exactly how to run the insurance so we wouldn't have the same issue. They ignored me and we were back at square 1. They advised me they were not going to call the help desk (they are legally responsible to do so). They told me I had to call. I did. The insurance company needed to speak to them for access to the account. They refused to speak to them on my phone because they had to use theirs which they refused to do. While the only decent man in the pharmacy was trying to get the others to help me I could see Tyler shaking his head in disgust repeating that "I'm not doing it". I spoke with the manager who informed me that she knows the pharmacy is in bad shape. They are getting new employees because the old ones just refuse to do their jobs. If you know your employees are not doing their jobs, fire them. I will never return there and I will make sure everyone I know hears how terrible they are.I took my prescriptions to Jewel on Washington and they were wonderful. They helped me within 20 mins of my visit.

Just called to check on my prescription status since the app was glitching. When someone finally answered she was nothing but rude. I will be removing my families prescriptions from Walgreens. This is not the first issue with this particular Walgreens.

Well here's my experience when I did the paperwork for the booster shop for COVID-19 they didn't tell us about you don't really need an appointment just get in line and I was not happy about that and it would probably would take at least maybe half an hour or more.

Went to get pharmacy prescription and specifically asked for a dose that I needed when I had 2 prescriptions to the same medicine. Got home and they had given me the wrong dose. I called and asked to get it replaced and they tried to tell me I had to pay again for what I had originally asked for in the first place even though it was their mistake and not mine. So now I have to pay double for what I had asked for in the first place.

Wait in drive-up can be 15 minutes.Presriptions that are texted or phone calls from the " Arizona software company or something of that sort are never ready when it says. Partial refills on popular drugs or are out all together. Been going here for 40 yrs and the last 4 months have been simple pathetic.Please hire some people whom can move faster when needed and get a new tech company for your refills. PLEASE.

They have a time issue that needs to be addressed. They are always backed up. Several times our prescriptions were to be ready at a time they told me...only to come back to, " were working on it, should be about another 20 minutes". This is after the 2+hour wait prior to...another 20 minutes. Thinking of switching to another pharm.

Someone at walgreens lied to me because they did not want to do the work needed to fill my scrips. My Dr.'s office was going electronic and walgreens on Kennedy wanted to continue to fax so a person named Sandy told me Walgreens could not fill scrips that way because that is illegal. THEY WENT ALMOST TWO WEEKS NOT REFILLING MY 2 OF MY SCRIPS JUST BECAUSE OF LAZINESS. I'm on 5 different blood pressure meds along with about 5 others because I almost died on 10-05-2013 due to a burst aneurysm. I know they lied because the Dr.s' office called Walgreens put them on speaker and let me listen and the Sandy that me it could not be done did it while the office was on the phone and acted like she never told me that. I thanked the Dr.s' office for helping me know the truth.

Trying to understand the point of scheduling an appointment for the vaccine if I'm sitting here an hour after my scheduled time. No apology for delay or reasoning why I'm still waiting when no ones here!!! Terrible!!!!!!

I’m not filling anymore prescriptions at this location. The wait is terrible. It takes a day or two for them to get my prescription to me sometimes. 👎👎👎
