Great service from jesse in the deli very pleasant to deal with made sure I had fresh chicken and potatoes. Also at the time I was there someone made a mistake on an order placed a few days ago like 20lbs of potatoe wedges Jesse hurried to fix the order and quickly completely de- escalating the situation. As I shopped I seen a few employees being very tentative to customers Unlike Wal-Mart down the street.

This store is not even worth going. they almost have nothing youre looking for in stock, rude employees who demand for higher pay but cant even do their job right, and they also have terrible management. jewel osco just hires anyone nowadays

This is absolutely unacceptable! What kind of scheme is jewel pulling!? Be cautious! I bought a rotisserie chicken with the date saying it was good and when I took it out of the grocery bag the label got stuck and came off revealing another label underneath stating it was passed its sell by date! Are you kidding me!? This is a consumable product and should not be worth taking any chances this could dangerously affect someone's health!! Watch out! I have multiple photos . I am so appalled. About to let everyone know what's going on here, be aware! I have reached out to Jewel and have not heard back. What a disappointment!

Very convenient location and stocked good with groceries. The Oscos attached to the store is a plus. People can drop off prescriptions and shop for groceries, while the prescription is being filled. At the deli, you can also purchase chicken fried, or roasted as well as a variety of salads. Fresh fish is also available. Help to your car with groceries is also available. There are self checkout stations available as well as cashier's.

What Can I say about Jewel's, my friendly experience was I only had $9. I was only on my phone in the store s wheel chair 💺 because I have a few medical issues, The clerk came & helped me check out and slid her card through and I said she must need my cash. But she said no, it's yours. I gladly thanked her & went on my way.Thank you.

I have to say I avoid this store because I always felt that since isn't the greatest neighborhood that Jewel just didn't care about its customers. I was completely shocked! Great produce; the store looks brighter, cleaner and it make me happy that the seniors and others near that store get some of the same meat and veggies that other stores get!

I only stopped here in my way home. I usually always go to the store in Bourbonnais IL. It's been a long time since I've been back in this store. They'd remodeled/relocated some things. It seemed more open and not everything crammed into place. I also seen some products I don't typically see at other stores. It was clean, the cashier was nice, not was bad experience at all.👍

Nice grocer. Easy to pop in and out. Friendly staff. Good selection of produce, fresh fish, and meat (pork selection is great). Jewel is gonna help me give the grill a workout this summer.

They don't have a large selection of meat and the bacon i bought was brown and not fresh at all. Every time i pull into the parking lot a homeless bum asks me for money. On the other hand the staff here are always extremely nice and friendly and i can get all of my WIC food here no problem. Convenient location for a quick food run.

Call to ask if they had craw fish, and the guy on the phone that works the meat department was incredibly rude. I tried to be friendly and asked if they could put however much they had on hold for me to get there and again rude. Acted like his job is so hard to check to even see if they had any!!!

I give your employees 5 stars but I would give them 10 if I could! They put their health and the health of their families on the line every time they walk into the store so the rest of us can get food during these hard times. The least that Jewel could do for these awesome people who work for them is raise their wages and provide health insurance for them.

I always Visit here and Even have a friend that works here too. They get five stars from me.Just lower price on Grapes 10 dollar bag WOW. You have to bring price down more. Or you will lose business. Customers will go else where. You do not want that since this store has to remain here. I pray for this store Because its one of the few originals left. God bless you all You get Five stars from me.

Went here to pick up a family chicken meal for me and my kids for dinner. The lady behind the counter gave me a extremely dirty look, didnt say anything, just looked miserable. The food looked like it had been sitting out all day. I asked to speak to a manager and just got laughed at. This was in the chicken.

My favorite grocery store in the area.They always have great deals on meat (different buy 1 get 1 free deals each week) and the staff are friendly and helpful.Special shout out to David the bagger for always being so friendly, cheerful and helpful. I can always count on David to put a smile on my face even during the worst of days.

You'll find less variety than at other Jewel and area grocers. The employees are helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is worriesom in the evening. I've been approached several times in the parking lot and inside the store for handouts and "deals" on government assistance cards.

Three stars because this store has been here the entire time i have lived here . Since 1986.With that said.....SEVERAL OF YOUR CHECK OUT CLERKS HAVE HORRIBLE ATTITUDES, TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE TRASH AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK HAS TWO NICE EMPLOYEES,THE OTHERS HAVE THIS ATTITUDE LIKE ANY PROBLEMS OR ISSUES THAT YOU HAVE ARE NOT THEIR PROBLEM & YOU ARE OUT OF LINE FOR BRINGING THEM WORK."Some employees are the nicest people you could ask for & some are the opposite, you have to learn which one's are which, HOWEVER....WITH SOME POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT TRAINING THERE IS POTENTIAL FOR AN ENTIRE CREW OF GOOD, HARD WORKING PEOPLE...THEY NEED POSITIVE ENERGY....ARE YOU LISTENING??? Every time I go the produce just seems to get worse and worse! This also has to be the smallest Jewel I've ever been to and the selection definitely reflects that.Honestly, I wouldn't waste your money at this place. It's not worth it.
