Not only is the team the friendliest groups of smiles put together but they make that little space feel like i just pulled up to the club to meet up with my besties!! Talk about NEIGHBORHOOD! S/O to the manager. They make my ice cream THICK & FULL! & the suggestions were top tier. I cant wait to see the next new flavors!! See yall soon Team DQ! If I could give this location 10 stars, I would!! They saved the day for us. We ordered a cake at the DQ on Maple Street and they "lost our slip" and made no effort to make it right. In the parking lot of the Maple location, we called here and asked if they could make a cake very quickly for us to pick up 10 minutes later. They were incredibly kind and had the cake ready by the time we got there. The writing is neat and pretty, and the cashier was very sympathetic to our situation and made sure we felt taken care of. Would highly recommend exclusively doing business with this location. We will be back!

It’s hit or miss with this location and I’m sooo tired with the staff under serving when I PAY for extras! If I pay you extra money for extras how do I end up with less in my blizzard that a normal blizzard. Driving across town next time I want DQ. Kankakee DQ just frustrates me

We did not eat here. But we did map to this location because the name did not include "(treats)" in the title of the location...I say this because many of the ice cream only locations do this . The description includes "classic burger and fries" so we thought we were good. Unfortunately, this is a cool treat location only. No hot eats.

kinda tired of the prices going up and the quality going down. there's no reason I should order a small blizzard and find that only the first quarter of my blizzard is mixed, while the rest is just vanilla ice cream with zero toppings.

Always a friendly staff. The new tropical lemonade twisty misty slush was a hit with my kids. My wife loves their cookie dough blizzards. Would have been 5 stars but I tried something new, their crunch buster bar, and it was not good. I love their crunch cones or crunch blizzard, anything covered in crunch topping. When I saw they had a new take on the buster bar that had layers of crunch and was covered in crunch topping I was excited to try. It was a disappointing. The crunch topping was different. First I thought that maybe because it was prepared ahead the topping had just changed over time being already mixed with the ice cream. But the more I looked at it and ate the more I came to the conclusion that it was a different topping entirely, most likely made to withstand being in contact with ice cream for hours or days without going soggy. It was darker and smaller chunks, that while still crunchy were not as crunchy as normal, and the taste was much more bland. Not gross but not much of anything really. If all this post has done is steer one person away from this new abomination that does not deserve to have the crunch name, and towards another tastier treat, then my job here is done.

A Dairy Queen with no FOOD?! Isn't DQ's slogan "... it's fan food"? I asked if they even have pop. There's no tables or chairs inside, but I had an expensive medium Blizzard outside at their sticky, gross blue tables. I went back up and the boy said, "What?!" I asked for a napkin. He gave me one and quickly slid the window closed. If they don't want me back, that's no problem. There were four of us; none of us are going back! I think his job is more than just dumping candy and syrup on everything; it is about kindness, patience, and being proactive. If I ask for a napkin, instead of tossing it in front of me, he could hand it to me and ask if I need anything else, or wish me a nice day.

Always a great frozen treat. I feel like the prices are a bit high for what you get but everything is always delicious. There always seems to be interesting limited time Blizzards and all of the other normal frozen treats. The Dilly and Buster bars are always get to bring home to leave in the freezer for later. My go to item is the Reese's pb cup Blizzard.

Drive through was somewhat busy but didn't have much effect on people like us walking up. Staff was also responsive and friendly, they also answered my mom's questions about the Caramel Cannonball. I recommend the new Dreamsicle Cone, the limited edition Brownie Dough blizzard or the Cookie Dough blizzard.

Was passing through this little town and stopped here for a blizzard. This Dairy Queen sucks. I received very poor customer service from what looks like a bunch of baby prostitutes inside wearing itty bitty booty shorts. One employee even had purple hair. This place is trashy. God I miss the way dairy queen used to be when I was a boy.. Strict dress code policy clean and full of friendly professional workers.

I love the taste of Dairy Queen goodies. The ice cream is so creamy and good. We even get our dog a puppy cone. And the staff is so friendly!!!!

They all seem scripted with the greeting. Like bad programming.They don't care about customers. they only nice if customer is pleased. The moment your order is messed up or they forget something they stop smiling and look at you like you crazy or annoying. Jekyll and mr. Hyde.Will never take my daughter here again.

This year Dairy Queen has a lot of new things on their menu got to try them all they have a new Misty freeze and I tried and it's delicious and they have a new double chocolate Dilly bar that is my favorite besides the chocolate in the butterscotch and the Cherry and they have new blizzards also Dairy Queen is stepping a game up and they are treating you right👍💪💯

Great stuff, who can resist an Oreo blizzard? But, I find DQ to be quite expensive. I can get my ice cream "fix" with a Wendy's frosty for a third the price.

Good people good at what they do. The only real knocks against them is the location with very little parking space. Not the easiest to get in and out of. Also not very many tables to eat at.
