There is always an issue when I come here. The last straw happened when my doctor sent a prescription to them at 11:51am. I called to confirm they received it on my way home and they said it should be ready by 7pm. However, when I called again they claimed to have no record of receiving the script at all. The doctor sent the script a second time. The pharmacy even sent a confirmation that they received it. And yet again, they claimed to not have received anything. There’s something seriously inept about the people working here. I don’t understand how they function.

Debbie was amazing this morning! The store is in the midst of a remodel so kind of difficult to find everything.Noy only did she greet me, she helped me find everything and help me check out when the self checkout was not behaving. She could tell I was having a rough morning and really did go above and beyond for me. I specifically asked her name because I wanted to leave a review as it is well deserved. She made my day! Was told my insurance didn’t authorize my medication.When I called my insurance, they advised the pharmacy has been doing this for months to “ration” the medication due to nation wide shortage. They suggested I use another pharmacy as this location has a history of misrepresenting situations like this.

The pharmacy is horrible they never filled my prescription after calling several times over several days. No one called and provided updates I constantly had to keep calling and every single time they would act as if my prescription was never sent to them. I needed antibiotics for a tooth infection so it could be cleared so I can get the tooth pulled. I'm not sure what they have going on but save yourself the migraine and go somewhere else.

The joke of a pharmacist they have running that zoo told my dr he wasn't licensed to call in prescriptions. Cots me lots of time and I'm in severe pain and need the meds. Do your self a favor and skip this sink hole.

I’m in need of a shot for my college class and had contacted someone at cvs. The guy was nice and said they were ordering it for me and gave me a date. I called the day it was supposed to come in and the same nice guy said it should be that evening. I just called today which is two days later and this girl answered and was rude from the start. I don’t normally write reviews but her attitude and the way she talks to people is not okay especially if she wants to be in this field. Was extremely snarky and said she had no idea when it would be here but it’s not and she can’t check on it so look somewhere else. So, HELLO WALGREENS.

I am not writing to complain about the staff at this CVS, but I suggest that if you make an appointment to get a COVID test, you schedule it for the early morning. I made an appointment for 3:30 p.m. Got there early and there were already a line of cars in the drive thru. It took me 45 minutes to get to the window. At that time I was told the nurse practitioner left at 4:00 p.m. and that she has a habit of doing this. Didn't matter that people had appointments for tests, she just left. Very rude

Pharmacy is a joke. Literally waited in line for 15 minutes with my screaming child to get up to the window and to be told that my prescription wasn't ready and that I could go drive around for 15 minutes while they get it ready. Yeah because I want to drive around for 15 minutes with my child screaming.. Mind you it was called in at 830am. I went to the pharmacy at 1045. I feel like two hours is plenty of time. Also am I the only one who thinks it is ridiculous that they do covid testing in the drive through. If your going to do that then open the other lane for prescription pick ups. I moved from walgreens to there thinking it would be better, I was really wrong.

CVS in Kankakee County needs an overhaul. As a former medical office administrator, I have dealt many times with ALL of them in the past. Pharmacist chose not to answer me about the side effects of a Shingrix shot, my prescription that was ordered yesterday got lost in a HUGE power outage, not the first time for that excuse either. On top of that, got charged a huge amount of money for vaccinations that were covered by our insurance plan and now have to jump through hoops to get our money back. Very happy open enrollment is coming, will make sure our next plan covers a different pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff is always trying to be helpful. However there must be some intrinsic flaw in the system. They're advertising as a no wait pharmacy and prescriptions will be ready when you get there. That being said that is more the exception than the norm . You think your prescription will be waiting for you when you get there be prepared to be disappointed

Went there today for covid vaccine and had to wait after for 15 minutes. I decided to use the restroom before heading back home an hour away...HUGE MISTAKE! its 1145am so i know the bathroom filth was from not being cleaned night before nor checked morning of. All stalls and sink area garbage over flowing to the floor. Soiled maxi pads on top of garbage. Paper towel dispenser front face broken so you have to hold roll to RIP apart! Cvs is advertised as health but this bathroom screams PANDEMIC!
