Both Greg and Zach did a first-rate job of improving the quality of our water. The overall process and installation was quick, friendly and efficient, and well worth the monthly rate. We also liked that Greg made a follow-up visit to test the water ... which has improved from poor to excellent.

The tech that was out did a fantastic job ( 5 Star ), however I never received a bill. I called and left a message, received a bill. I paid the bill in full - 4.00 fee to mail me a bill.On 4/12/24 I receive a letter/bill so they are turning over my account to collection agency. I will mail you the 4.00, but I can guarantee you that I will never recommend Culligan of Kankakee, or use you again. I can buy your Culligan filters on line from other Culligan dealers, and swap out myself.Also I would like to say, when I called originally I believe I waited 3-4 days for a return call.

Awesome from sales to service! Greg was great and went over every part of testing and showing how he’d the water was without the system and how soft it could get down to with the system and explain all my options. Service was timely and without issues the installer was friendly and courteous while in the home. And the follow visit to retest the new system and make sure everything was working properly was great. Definitely the quality service that should be an industry standard and would highly recommend for anyone looking into water service.

Greg was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I spent a decent amount of money for a RO system and a new water softener system as well. I could not be happier about the service install and the guidance Culligan gave me. Great warranties and knowledgeable about the water system questions that I had. Also there was no pressure to upgrade or to get more expensive units. Overall I am happy and now we have great water to drink and to use for every day life in my house in the country. They made me a customer for life.

I understand everyone is short staffed, but our water delivery has been consistently delayed, leaving our office without drinking water. It would be ok if it was a day or two, but we're seeing delays of up to a week or more.If we're paying for delivery I would think we would get the delivery in a timely manner.UPDATE: Culligan was very responsive and quickly remedied the situation. Very impressed by their efforts.

Totally professional. Greg was amazing in his sales and services. I had called two other local companies, one walk in an stated his equipment wouldn't fit. The other one never tested the water, just stated what equipment was needed. Greg on the other hand tested the water, informed me of what was needed and came back to recheck the water after installation. Awesome! God Bless!

Excellent customer service!!! I recently inherited my parents home. They have been using Culligan for decades now that I am in charge of the account, I am impressed with their quick response time, willingness to accommodate and go above and beyond (driver dumps salt for me), and they text and email like experts!!! Greg and the rest of the Culligan crew from technician to customer service have been amazing starting with Greg's 1st water test to today's Greg's return test...they truly care about their customers. I would highly recommend for your hard water troubles

Been trying for a week to contact someone to get water delivered to my in laws house. Phone always goes to voicemail and no one ever responds to voicemail. Tried to even go to location Route 50 location and there is a sign no in person service “Should really say No Service”. Even COVID is no excuse for this type of disservice and lack of responsiveness. At very least they could acknowledge receiving the messages.

I really like this service. I don't have to try to lug the heavy sacks into the house -- Brandon is super friendly about doing this for me. And I also like receiving texts the day before a delivery. Totally worth it!

I used to have to buy salt, bring it home and fill the tank. Culligan's scheduled delivery service is very convenient and hassle free. I don't have to lug 40 lbs bags of salt around.
