I had to post. I purchased a Dream 5. I kept having problems. Long story short... I had to see UPS a couple of times. When I say this lady does her job,, she does her job. She can take care of 3 ppl at a time. She didn't give up. She stood up to alllll the ppl on customer service side and the supervisors. The lady got everything done for me. A big relief. I owe this lady, especially after being on hold for 1 and 2 hours numerous times..This lady I feel should be a manager or supervisor. She knows her job. Y'all when I say the memory has is beyond great. I can hand her my phone (days later) she knows my code to my phone. This lady should be in the field getting paid. Love you Amanda...

So the guy tells me free phone with new activation and also he'll throw in an accessory up to $20 free. Ok. I chose the $15 ear buds. So I get home, look closer at the receipt to find he charged me $30 for the ear buds. I go back and he tells me, it's still a $50 phone for $30 and I should be happy with that. Most people don't notice. Well I noticed. No refund, no returns. Be very careful here and check the details before you pay. Better yet, order cricket online and save money. I later saw online, no activation fees if you do it yourself online. In store is $25 per line. He must be on commission because he lies to sell you more.
