Very nice people there. You can email your application in for approval. Once you’re approved they come out and do a leak test. When you pass that they fill your tank up and send you the bill. The driver was also very friendly. But if we’re gonna try to use Western Kentucky allied with your bill forget it they will not join the program. I called and specifically asked why she said we’re a small company and we don’t wanna jump through those kind of hoops. Who doesn’t take money seriously
