So usually I go in and out Walmart because of inflation just get what I need and look away but this day felt like they stocked up every isle I passed had a lot of things clothes shoes Mother’s Day items and graduation items which definitely going back cause I Have a kindergarten who graduates this year i definitely recommend going to this Walmart bright and early like I did.

I walked past 5 Walmart employees who saw me and several other customers heading towards the exit doors for home and pharmacy.Not a single one said anything to anyone about the doors being locked.It doesn't take much to say, "Hey folks, btw, those doors are locked for the evening".

3 times i went here to purchase a brake light in auto. 3 times i waited for 20min for someone to open the glass case. Everyone i asked did not have a key. I totally understand that there is such a black market for $3 light bulbs they need to be under lock n key, however you are more likely to catch a scorching case of herpes than you will to ever find someone with a key to the lock.

1) Love the order pickup service because it keeps me from roaming around the store and blowing money on extras that were not on my list 😄2) My orders were always right.3) I received my orders at the time promised.4) I appreciate the professional and friendly service of the staff that loads the order into my suv.

15 items from my last online order were not delivered. Kylie, store supervisor, told me I’d receive a refund in 3 days. It’s been 7 days and no refund. Went back to the store today and was told they can do nothing because it’s been 7 days and there’s no proof. Walmart is now in the business of taking consumer money without providing the product. After 30 years of shopping at Walmart, this guaranteed I’ll never shop with Walmart again.

I have not been here for a few years. I usually just buy online. I was very pleased with my experience 😄. Everything was clean and the people in there were nice? Usually the customers are different to say the least. I talked with so many nice people while shopping. Prices were good. You had to watch some of them. They do have items you can't find at your local grocer. Example; tart shells etc.. The produce was fresh. Eggs cheap. My dog's favorite chew treats. I'm a happy camper! Was very sorry to see so many homeless people by and inside Walmart.

This is usually my go to Walmart. But lately I'll order something & it'll be out of stock but I'm still charged. There substitutions make absolutely no sense as well. Why lie about it being avaliable and if it's not tell me immediately & refund my money immediately.

store overall is what you expect it ,lets talk security truckers got 2hrs to shop. "lot" security supervisor will time and watch & wont say anything till the second shift shows up and has them do her dirty work...what a spineless "SuPeRvIsOr"

This I think has been my worst experience at Walmart. The people they have working there are really ignorant. I couldn't find the Kleenex and I walk all the way back up to the front by the registers and ask one of the employees where I can find the Kleenex. He tells me by pharmacy so I walk all the way across the store to pharmacy and still can't find the Kleenex. Then I see the girl who works in that area and I say, "I was told that the Kleenex is in this area". She looks at me, shakes her head no, and walks off! I mean no "let me see if I can find this for you", nothing- just walks off. I'm at the point where I'm ready to talk to a manager because how are you working there and you don't know where anything is or at least pull out your little device and tell me where I can find it for crying out loud! Then they send me to customer service where I don't get to talk to a manager just some dude with false nails that are super long telling me that it's in the first area that I was at in grocery. I was so tired and upset by this point I just went and checked out. I'll get my Kleenex somewhere else. They need to do better with training people in customer service!

I recently moved back to Joliet and unfortunately this is the closest Walmart to me. I’ve ordered for pick up several times and the wait time is unbelievable! I also went inside a couple of days ago and asked an associate for help locating an item. She seemed to have been annoyed that I was interrupting her while on her phone since she replied with “WHAT?!” after me saying excuse me 3 times. The just replied “I don’t know where it is” and left it at that.It doesn’t hurt to be kind. Especially when working for a CUSTOMER SERVICE job!

Very poor professionalism at the bakery. They refused any request my wife and I asked for our kids' birthday. Simple requests to customize a cake. They gave no explanation for not having the materials and gave a terrible attitude toward frustrated customers.

While using self checkout I heard a beep when I scanned some toothpaste, but apparently it didn't scan correctly. The self-checkout monitor came over immediately and told me that I needed to get it out of my bag *now* like I was trying to pull off an Oceans 11 heist.It could have been handled much more professionally.Their problem with theft, whether intentional or accidental, at self-checkout is a self-inflicted wound. If they hadn't tried to cut labor costs by going to self checkout this wouldn't be an issue.

I went into a bathroom stall after an employee only to see he has urinated all over the toilet and seat. When I asked him about it, all he did was scream at me that he was on break.Note to manager: it was a few minutes after 4 on Thursday Jan 18. Whoever was coming out of the bathroom at that time should at least have to clean all the bathrooms, but I would fire him for treating customers and Walmart property with utter disrespect.

I am an employee that got fired from this job. If you ever apply here just to concern you . Walmart doesn’t really care for it’s employees work, health, or physically. For whoever reads this review. This is a horrible job you can apply to. I wish nothing but a better job than Walmart.

Typical Walmart. Usually good stock. Biggest complaint is online orders they sometimes say they are out of something but when I go inside it's there but who knows could have been recently restocked. Otherwise ppl seem nice and typically helpful

If all Walmart stores were like this one, I wouldn't go to any of them. All the employees acted like they were there for a check and had brutal skills in customer service. Tried asking one of them where something was and they didn't speak English. The neighborhood is going down the tube also.

I informed an attendant that the bathroom had multiple clogged toilets and that it was messy, and she told me that I have to go to the customer service desk and report it to them instead. Sadly I don't work for Walmart, so I didn't spend the extra time to go to the service desk and report it there ;)

Rude walmart worker at self checkout came over invaded my space without courtesy of saying excuse me or nothing and she just check monitor while im standing in awe and wondering at same time why i,and what is she doing as if I took something I understand this time of season of thefts but it the way you do things too she could have said excuse I need to check this monitors for a moment and then I watched like a hawk all I did was sit my keys and wallet on the table of the checkout I guess that sent an alarm unbeknownst to me she could've even warned me bout doing even that but no word just silently invaded my space this happen in Romeoville and I rather get checked out at cash register now

This review is based on my experience today. I rarely shop in person and usually opt for grocery pickup but my visit today was pleasant. The store wasn’t that packed and I got a good parking space. I love the renovations/upgrades especially the fact that I was still able to find what I came in for. It was a quick in out visit.

Got a pack of peanut butter cups from Walmart. I just took a stale bite..they got a little bite to em.. Something's off here..hold up..this thang is expired son 🤦 Hopefully I don't get food poisoning because it's darn near December and this thang expired in April 🤦🤦🤦. That's a long time.Do better. The associates are rude and everything is a mess. It is hard to find some things and even got into an argument with an associate because they had something in the wrong spot picked for $10 cheaper. When I asked about it they told me I had to pay the one price not the other even though they said it was their mistake. That is called a bait and switch...

Waiting for 40 minutes at jewel department and nobody got here 11 employees asking me if I need something and I said yes they say I’ll be right back and nobody comes !
