Sarah has been seeing my baby Harper since she was 8 weeks old. Harper loves Sarah and always goes with no problem. Sarah has always provided amazing customer services and took great care of my baby. Harper has even stayed for boarding and stayed with Sarah and her family multiple times. Sarah has always provides updates and pictures of my baby and answers any questions I have. I would 100 percent recommend her for grooming and boarding!!!!

We moved to Joliet about 3 years ago and we are incredibly grateful we found Sarah. We have a poodle that’s notorious for hating when we try and groom him and because of that he was often knotted up and had some rough eye boogers. Since coming to Sarah, not only have we had nothing but the best care, baths, cuts, and comfort for our little poodle but we also get advice on products (when asked of course!) including a brush she recommended for getting tough knots out of his fur that doesn’t pull or hurt. We’ll be coming here for as long as we’re in the area and probably even after that. 5 stars every time

I’ve been with Sarah since before Sarah’s Dog & Cat Grooming and she (and her team) is the only one I trust with my dog! Not only does my pup always get picked up looking fabulous, but my anxious dog willingly leaves my car to be with Sarah and her team each visit! Sarah is so patient and you can tell she truly loves each animal she comes into contact with. When my dog is sick, she checks in between visits. She provides suggestions. She’s truly more than our groomer - we love her!!

I take my dog Bob here once a month, they do a very nice job!! They clean my boy up nicely, give him a bath, and a cute little signature bowtie!!! The whole process takes only a few hours and the customer service is more than exceptional!! I'm one of their regulars, you won't regret trying these guys out!

I can’t say enough great things about Sarah’s Dog & Cat Grooming. She is so kind and absolutely amazing with my baby. My spunky, long-haired cat can barely clean himself by the time an haircut is needed (he gets that fluffy) he always looks and smells so clean afterwards. When we get home, he prances around the house confidently making sure everyone notices his new “do” lol.

Oh WOW. Had taken Daisy a few times for nail trimming and was very inpressed with Sarah and how she tended to Daisy. Took Daisy in today for her first bathing and wow what a wonderful job Sarah did. Daisy cleaned up good and was so very happy to have been taken care of by Sarah. Wonderful job done and will most definitely take Daisy back for all her grooming needs and recommend to everyone. She has always being willing to work with my schedule and anytime I have begged her for a last minute appointment for a rescue I took in she has always stepped up! We took our family cat here, he’s an orange Persian, very feisty and moody. He was severely matted, he doesn’t let anyone touch him and all the other grooming places we took him too did a terrible job. He got traumatized at those places but Sara did an amazing job, she gave him a beautiful cut, there were no cuts or scrapes, his coat felt so smooth like never before and he smelled like fresh flowers. Her pricing is reasonable for the services she provides. I do recommend this place for cats.

Hard to find a decent groomer, and just when you think you found one they turn out shady and raise their prices outrageously without mentioning it to you until AFTER they've done the work, of course. It's one thing if they do a great job, but for a halfway decent grooming? Absolutely not. Save your money and find someone better than this. I know I will.

She remembers the animals she works with (and their quirks), going above and beyond to ensure pets and their owners feel comfortable with each service. Sarah's Grooming is awesome! Everyone I have dealt with was super nice and even helped me to get something to make grooming our Persian cat easier.Our cat BMO came in very matted and if I would have taken him to Petco they would have shaved him. Instead, Sarah and her assistant (sorry young lady, I didn't get your name!) took the time to get the mats out which was awesome, her looks so much better. I'll be bringing my dog in too, much recommended!
