I love this store. I've never had a bad experience. The people who work there are always helpful and nice. The prices are the best in the neighborhood. What else can you ask for? Some people you cant please no matter what you do.

We were looking for a mattress, it was morning so it was quieter. You g man (Cole) came over to help as soon as he finished with another member. He knew the answers to our questions and was able to manage the mattress and box spring with my husband. Great mattress set at a really reasonable price with great service.

Not real happy with the rotisserie chicken. It smelled good, and tasted good, (the small amount you could pry off the bone and separate from the fat and gristle)... The Shrimp we bought was very meaty, probably the best I've had in a great while... If I visit Sam's again, it WON'T be for chicken.

Wish there was more cash check out lanes open. Joe was wonderful getting items from the produce section while a forklift was moving pallets around. He was kind and considerate to get products for customers instead of just making them wait.

They put a sign up on Thursday night, but the prices were not changed on the product itself. I followed up on Sunday at the customer service desk to seek a refund and I was told the department never puts the sign up until Friday morning, despite my seeing it and mentioning it to a friend on Thursday after I had left the store. I then noticed the tag was not adjusted to match the posted price (which may be illegal). Don't do business with scammers, whether they're large or small corporations... they don't deserve it. I'm returning the products I bought on Thursday and Sunday and will just go to Costco because, while more expensive in some cases, are at least honest about the posted price. And I'll just cancel my Sam's account. It's up for renewal in February anyway, so good riddance. Maybe it's just this location, or maybe it's a pervasive problem with Walmart properties.

I have been a Sam's member off and on for a long time. As a Costco member as well, I have a good point of reference in which to make a comparison of this type of retailer. Sam's is way behind Costco in a variety of areas but one that prompted me to write this review was my recent experience. Upon entering the store, guess what they were out of? Your first thought is try and think of popular products. Milk, eggs, dog food? Nope, it's more basic than that. They were out of shopping carts! No shopping carts available! Yeah, they were busy but I have been going to Costco for years, who is way busier than Sam's, and never once did I enter their store and there were no carts! Evidently the Chief Executive Cart Officer (CECO) was on break and did not notice the dwindling supply of carts until it was too late. Also, this is not the first time this has happened to me at this Sams location. It should never happen - but I can recall at least three times the CECO was not doing his or her job. So, if you plan to visit this Sam's club, BYOC - bring your own cart:) Seriously though, you shouldn't have to pay for a membership at a retailer that can't guaranty shopping carts for its customers. Aside from that, prices are OK but product selection, especially the food selection which is mostly unhealthy junk foods, needs to be improved. Costco sure has improved their food offerings over the years but not Sam's. They have made some improvement but are still lagging.

All the shelves where filled. They where out of a couple things I needed. Actually both the Tinley Park and the Joliet where both out of my dog food. Which I was out of and needed. Which is very unusual. They always have my Member's Mark dog food. But I bought another brand. I hear Beniful good. There always helpful there, very polite. Been a member for years. Sam's also has great monthly sales.

Ohh Well! It looks like today was not the best way to start the day. It's a sunny day out there but with the so disgusting customer service KIM is offering at the cust service desk today, everything turns to a paint in the ...bIs a desgrace had to be dealing with someone so rude. Her rudeness isn't necessary to proscess a return to a customer

Staff were friendly in pointing things that I need towards my direction. The scan and go is a life saver. Especially if you are in a hurry. Bought more than enough food today.

The store was clean, employees helpful & friendly. Prices marked well and stocked shelves. Customer service woman was helpful explaining difference in the club levels. Be careful if you smell the bakery....delicious 😉. The woman's restroom is a bit dark and the handicap accessible stall is small.

Very busy but quick service or you can scan and go yourself. Love the Big Bungle deals. It's wheelchair accessible and a very friendly atmosphere. If your an early Christmas shopper Sam's is already set up for your Christmas shopping 😀

We use the gas station at Sam's.Price is usually lower than other gas stations in the area.Very nice facility with an attendant on duty.Clean restrooms.Easy in/out.

put in an order for delivery . I got a call the order was ready for pick up at 6 oclock at nite . I asked them to deliver the order im still waiting 3 days later . part of the order was Halloween candy it is scheduled for delivery Nov 1 maybe what am i going to do with the candy after Halloween?DON'T TRY CALLING BECAUSE YOU WILL BE ON HOLD ALL DAY UNTIL YOU HANG UP

Member service area is idiotic!!! One register! Line is always long! The club manager whose picture is on the wall is the one I was told was responsible. They need a new managementThe food here is very cheap but run very inefficiently. There is usually one maybe two people behind the counter with lines around the corner.

It's a Sam Club. It's an older club, thus it's a little smaller than more newer clubs so it doesn't carry in-house as many items.

Everything is in stock at the moment, Great trip to Sam's. Use the scan and go and skip the lines. Great items and great prices, always buy our meat here.We try to limit our visits here because we always spend too much money. Great items and great prices.My wife bought the clothes this time. Stay away from the cafe it took this lady working here by herself 15 minutes to hand me a hot dog, they need to hire people that are motivated to work.

I had to give it 1 star in order to post. On September 24, 2023 I purchased a case of mangoes that were green. I got home and washed them. Yesterday this is what 3 of the 5 mangoes look like. This is gross! What kind of fruit goes bad in 5 days? They’re not ripe enough to eat. This was at the Sam’s Club on Larkin in Joliet IL. 🤮Check out the photo in photo

Food court is nasty you 4 ladies standing around starring at registers instead of whipping tables! Covid and diseases are still real and they don't disinfect nothing the ladies working behind the cafeteria always busy but them other staff standing around registers can whip down tables!

Came to Sam’s yesterday. Found everything I wanted. Used the scan and go feature (that they have been pushing for years now) as I was shopping. Paid and got my QR code. As I proceeded past the registers I saw the line to exit. Probably 15-20 people long (with more being added as they finish checking out) with their carts in line as far back as the cafe area. Felt bad for the SINGLE employee checking everyone out. Very annoying, might have to rethink my Sam’s membership if they don’t fix this issue. If you have an influx of customers needed to be checked out because of self checkout or scan and go, then you need to add the employees to help “verify” the accuracy for shrinkage.

Found everything I needed but first time visiting this Sam's club store. This place is actually not as organize and clean like the one in Hodgkins Illinois. This other clubs need to learn a thing or two from Hodgkins location.

I love sams club saves me a good amount of money. I just really hate the sales people that are in there as soon as you walk in. It get really annoying. I try to avoid them all times.

Great store and people. However there is a customer who comes weekly with her dog and I just seem to come in at that same time. The dog clearly isn’t a service animal (isn’t labeled and barks through the store). She walks the dog even all in the food area.
