The food is really good.The service is great.Deducted 1 star for price.Grossly overpriced.$2.39 for a small drink.$1.79 for the smallest bag of chips.Fortunately all my food was good.Total was over $17I don't know where else you're gonna pay $17 for lunch besides a decent restaurant.I eat lunch out at least 4 days a week.This place could easily be in the once a week rotation.Unfortunately due to pricing, they will be in the once a year category

I orderd a pizza melt and I said for everything that comes on it. Every time I go there I get the same thing and nothing comes a messed up until today. I ordered the pizza melt with everything and they put every single item of topping on it. I have said everything before and they put only the items that go on the pizza melt. My business is lost now from that experience.

Now I remember why I haven't eaten here in months. Ordered 2 Wreck sandwiches. Both sandwiches were incorrect with added ingredients and missing ingredients in both. It's really upsetting when you ask for NO HOT PEPPERS and then bite into your sandwich to find your mouth and face burning = whole sandwich is now inedible. And its a long drive back to Potbellys.

It would be nice if they’d get my order correct. Ordered a pizza sandwich with no mushrooms and this is the mess I received. I also didn’t know they offered hair as a topping but evidently you can get it added with no extra charge at this location. Disgusting.

I always get the wreck and never been disappointed. Mac and cheese and chicken enchiladas soup is good. So I decided to powerhouse salad from pot belly’s . Ew! The spinach leaves were decomposing. The avocado was obviously sliced open and you didn’t see the black avocado?! The avocado still had some skin on it! They didn’t give me salt or pepper either... the hummus or whatever it was ... was just plopped right in the middle like piece of diarrhea.

I got 2 sandwiches with extra meat. They don't mess around when they say extra meat. Because both my sandwiches were huge and full of meat. They were both good. I ordered online and my order was ready when I showed up. Friendly staff. Quick in and out.

The employee there named Stephanie was super rude to me for no reason. I asked her if I could substitute the bacon. She didn’t say anything so I asked her again and she basically told me to shut up- by saying give her a minute -Rudely. This is my first pot belly experience so I’m not familiar with how they work and she definitely wasn’t going to help. When I got to the front to pay they told me it would be an additional $2 or $3 for the bacon substitute. That’s why I asked the rude lady Stephane in the first place. It was just a overall bad experience. I came in there to buy food not getting mistreated. The other employees inside were professional but I decided they didn’t need my money and i will Never return.

I recently came here with a group of friends, many of whom had never tried Potbelly because they are from out of state. Everyone LOVED their food and my friend even gushed about how he had the best Italian he'd ever had! The workers accidentally put lettuce on my sandwich and they made me a new one without question. One of my friends also had a long wait for her Pizza Sandwich, but they offered her a free cookie because of the long wait! Excellent service.

I have mixed feelings. Sometimes they get my order wrong. My husband is allergic to cheese and I tell them at the ordering stage. No cheese, allergy. 6 times out of 8 they put cheese on it. I absolutely love the sandwiches and cookies. The shakes are outstanding but are made by hand so expect a little wait time. Its worth the extra minute though

This was my second time there food and service is amazing.. Beef quality superior not smothering it with condiments as we usually do,allows you to really taste meat quality on homemade soft buns . fresh sliced potatoes, skin on, blanched first to allow extraction of starches and not greasy.. servings are plentiful. Get the double with their sauce which is yummy. Their shakes are good too. I went lunch and dinner time , cooking staff really cater to detail. Watch them make it! Love this place for hamburger lovers!! Do it!

The best, best, best! Their food is amazing and this location is super clean! Thank you so much for having dairy free bread so I could eat there! The staff is so friendly when you tell him you have a food allergy and they have to change their gloves you don't get the usual eye rolls like other places. Thanks for being amazing!

What can you say? It is a pretty typical sandwich chain restaurant. I am a fan of their adult PB&J. The food is consistent and the facility is well maintained and clean. You know what to expect and they churn it out as anticipated. No surprises good, good or bad, and that is exactly what you hope for in this type of place. The occasional live music is a nice touch.

Every time I come here, the guy with the beard (sorry I don't know his name, I'm assuming he's the manager) is always so nice and enthusiastic. You can tell he cares about anyone walking in. Also the food is awesome. Always live coming here!

The customer service is just ok at best. There are so many options for dinner that I'd hope that restaurants would up their service a lot more. I came to Potbelly ONLY because my young daughters wanted to come here. The employees didn't even acknowledge us and it occurred to me that they could care less if we came in or not. That's not a very welcoming feeling to come into. I'll probably come in again sometime in the future with my girls, so I hope that they work on this. Thanks :)

If I could give negative stars I would.I placed an order online, paid, and set it for 6:55. Staff didn't even start on our food until 7:05.I walked into the store at 7:20 asking for my PAID FOR food, and I'm assuming manager said she wouldn't serve me unless I put a mask on. I asked for my food, because it was ready FINALLY instead she said she wouldn't serve me until I put a mask on. Instead of arguing with me, keeping me in the store longer, she could've given me my food and I'd be on my way.I am MEDICALLY UNABLE to wear a mask. This store apparently doesn't care about it's customers and I hope it crumbles. The manager was AWFUL and has ZERO customer service skills.

This place is not your typical sandwich spot. I first had this in Chicago when they started showing up everywhere. They have a sandwich called the Wreck. Very good sandwich! The only I have ordered until yesterday. I tried the turkey club, it wasn't bad but I'm going back to my Wreck. Their soups are good also along with their shakes. Don't forget to always get hot peppers on your sandwich!

Customer service there is great. However, a warning for anyone wishing to go there (and this is nothing towards the store itself or the workers) I guess potbelly has decided to change their meatball sub.... To turkey meatballs. I'm sorry but I would never think to make a MEATBALL sub out of turkey.. We would frequent potbellys often, but with this recent change we unfortunately will rarely, if ever, return to a potbellys. The new meatball sub was just not good.

Love these sandwiches. The other day I had the BEST service ever there. Brianna was AWESOME. Handled the complicated order without missing anything, the service was friendly and the food was correct! I know she needs days off but she should be there a lot! Excellent Excellent Excellent!

I’m not a complainer, but literally EVERY time I go through the drive through they mess up my order. Shame on me for thinking they’d get it right the next time. If you want your order messed up then this is the place for you.

Placed an online order for pickup and arrived 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and they had not yet started making the salad. The customer who walked in after me ordered there and had his food before me. Not sure why they didn't have my order ready 25 minutes after placing it and someone who just walked in had there order in 5 minutes.
