Store is clean and well stocked. Associates are knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Good variety of Cat food, Treats, toys, grooming supplies, Cat Condos, Beds, Litter, collars, leashes. I order online and do Curbside Pickup, sooo convenient and quick, after I get off work. My Cat approved this review.

I'm not a huge fan of PetSmart as a company, but this location is one of the best ones I've ever been to. Lots of locations have a LOT of dead and decaying fish in several tanks nearly at all times, but this location is pretty good at keeping that down. The employees have been generally helpful here, moreso than some others. Overall the employees seem to be doing a great job here, and I'm very happy to see it

We showed up for class and ended up doing puppy's 1st play date. The staff is nice, I think they could maybe be more careful about overly aggressive pups in the groups. Our girl had a blast still!

I boarded my dog for the first time at petsmart this weekend because my vet was completely booked and didn’t have room for my pup. I was a little hesitant at first to go somewhere new but I just went with it bc I figured why not give it a shot. When I dropped my dog off the staff was so tentative. They made sure any questions I had they answered. The next morning when I picked up my pup I walked past the group play room and saw my little guy living his best life. He was so excited to socialize with the other dogs and he looked like he was so happy. After just one day of staying at the pet hotel, the staff knew Lucky by name and told me how much of a funny little guy he was. They truly made me feel so comfortable and my little dog mom heart was so full. Lucky will definitely be back to see all his new human and doggy friends!

Not a lot of product to choose from and staff ignores you when you try to speak to them. I told the cashier the price was incorrect on the shelf so I wouldn't be getting it. The 2 cashiers completely ignored me and carried on a whole conversation. It was an awkward interaction to say the least.

Great store, carries most of everything. Great selection, better then most their competitors. Friendly staff and assoc. Has everything you need, one stop shop for ur pets. Decent pricing and what you don't find can probably be ordered on line.

I've been coming here since PetSmart opened. Notice worker's aren't as friendly as previous workers. Each time I visit very long line. Very seldom second shift one line. Waiting time in Fish crickets always have get someone working. Lack of Personnel

The worst store in the plaza when it comes to customer service. Workers don’t greet you when you enter, then they will ignore you when you try to ask for help when they are not busy just chatting then they throw a fit when you ask for the crickets like that’s not their job. Make more pre bagged ones if your gonna act like that. Ridiculous I wonder who manages this store.

Went in to stock my tank, the manager was very nice and started a list for the fish I needed. However, once the employee came over they asked the size of my tank (10 gal). I wanted two quarter sized angels (full grown are about 6 in) and a snail. The employee proceeded to tell me that I can’t put them in a 10 gal because they would get “to big”. She then left and disappeared. I’ve been fish keeping since I was 10 years old, and I know what I’m doing at 21 thank you. I have plenty of tanks that these fish can grow out in, space is not an issue. Being interrogated about every detail, which I happily explained-only for her to disappear into the back and not help was extremely rude and arrogant.

Grooming is good but she never shaves my doodles sanitary area! Also there were two dogs running loose in the salon waiting area and the employees didn’t care, a little worrisome when not all dogs get along

I’m not a fan of chain pet stores, but this store really seems to be making an effort to better care for the animals. The staff of friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. You can tell they really care about the animals. Cole was patient with me and helped me pick out two of the biggest ghost shrimp which i requested from the display tank. They could’ve said no, but instead were happy to help and very friendly. The two gals are doing great in their 4 gal tank (upgrading soon!) and seem to enjoy the extra swimming space. Thank you! I love watching them

Tge only reason why this scor is a 4 is because of Gia. Gia was amazing at helping when the other cashier kept sending me to the wrong aisle. Then the same cashier was ringing me up and wasn't finished before she started helping someone help the pre ordered on the app. Cashier 767006 customer service was horrible and needs to be re-trained on customer service.

I have been using, Petsmart’s grooming service for quite a long while. I used them before moving & chose to return to them when I got back. I have always used, Ms. Rachel. Rachel has the sweetest, kindest personality. My 2 Peekapoos are very spoiled & attached to me & I know they’re sometimes uncooperative while being groomed. Rachel does an impeccable job! Again, my daughter and I both use her so we book separated appointments with her and we both feel like she’s family to us. Rachel is the only person there that I will use! I won’t recommend anyone else! I hope she never leaves working at Petsmart! Oh and she is fiercely loyal to Petsmart! I’ve asked her several times to come to my home in order to groom them & possibly groom them at my home for a cheaper price. Rachel & I are close but she always tells me no & that it’s against company policy to do a home groom. It amazes me that I offered to pay her full full price to her and yet she is extremely loyal to her company. Rachel is quiet & I’ve never walked in on her acting silly and telling jokes. She has the biggest smile also!!! I hope she never leaves, Petsmart!!! Here’s a photo shot of my Brie & as you can see, Ms. Rachel does superior quality work!!! Thank you Ms. Rachel. Brie, Beau, Louie, Lexi, Lily, Jack I & Jack II, Luke & Joey & Kevin Bakon all have & do love you immensely! ♥️🐾

I have been taking my dog to the groomer since he was a puppy. Candy our groomer is the best. She takes such great care of our dog Winston and grooms him perfectly. I would highly recommend trying the grooming salon for your dog.

Great atmosphere. I just wish the vet was a little more separate for the smell factor. My dog is in anxiety the whole time thinking she is going to the vet. Other wise great experience and she loves her new toy.

Lists false prices in the shelf, and then hides the disclaimer in the tiniest print possible that the only way to get that price is to give them your phone number to sell to other companies. If you dont give them your information to sell, you have to pay the regular price. Even so, it still seems like their fake price is higher than the ‘no games-no gimmicks’ real prices charged by the more reputable stores.

My dog desperately needed a nail trim, and even through they were short staffed, Chris squeezed her in. My dog loses her mind getting her nails clipped, and Chris was patient with her and got the job done! I was very appreciative of how well he worked with my dog and the advice he gave to help her be calmer for the next visit. Thanks Chris!

Probably the most traumatic experience I've had with grooming, and I mean traumatic. So much can be said but I will let some of the pictures do the talking as there are no words that can describe my emotions. My little boy was brought in to get something simple done. Now a little background, he is not the most calm dog when it comes to nail care but I figured they were going to go easy on him but that wasn't the case. After multiple calls to a few animal hospitals, hour of research, and a trip to vet(mind you we're in a pandemic and everything is limited), thankfully there was a spot open for him to be seen for blood work to be done, I was told that my boy had suffered trauma as a result of grooming which resulted in subconjunctival hemorrhage(ruptured blood vessel) in both eyes. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it but this was something I can't keep quiet about. Take caution when you take your pets here, especially if you have pets that require a little more control.

I just want to acknowledge the cashier, Sylvia nowadays you don't see a lot of friendly customer service good attitude etc.The store was massive busy. The lines were long there was a lot going on. She managed to still continue greeting each customer as they walked in she managed. just still give her customers 100% at the register with a smile with a calm cool attitude.. so kudos to her because you don't see a lot of that these days the quality of customer service has gone down so I appreciate her positive attitude

So the prices on the shelves here are not the real prices? Who runs such a scam? "Hey everyone give me extra free money for no apparent reason" Petco doesn't do that and the prices on the shelves are accurate! Actually most stores are much cheaper, walmart target even overpriced Walgreens has better prices on their animal products. Most importantly the prices at these other stores are what they say they are! let's all help shut these doors by shopping at reputable companies!!

Customer service at this store is horrible. The manager Kimberly was very rude. I purchased crickets and was told they would get them for me right away. I watched her check out 6 more people and then asked her if she could get them for me she told me I would have to keep waiting. I asked can I just get a refund she told me to get back in line. I responded by saying if you couldn’t get me the product why did you let me purchase it. I have waited already for you to check out 6 people that were not in line when I bought them. She said to get back in line if you want your money back. She wasn't the only cash-ringing people out. I work in the same shopping center as this PetSmart and will not be going back because of the rude manager.

A friend went in today and found this 2 month old baby Green Cheeked Conure in a very poor state. There was no water in the cage and the bird was listless and lethargic, not moving when the manager put a hand into the cage. When I called and spoke to them, to encourage him to accept help from my friend until the bird could be taken to the vet, he refused. She even offered to come in 3 times a day to feed it if they wouldn't let her take it home to at least keep it hydrated and they still refused. During my conversation, Tyler refused to confirm to me that it had since been given water or fed, just kept saying "the bird is in our care" and then hung up, twice. I raised the issue with corporate as well. Green Cheeked Conures are as intelligent as a 3 or 4 year old child, are incredibly cuddly, smart and affectionate, and can live up to 30 years. This baby deserves better. Shame on you Petsmart for taking on responsibility for this bird, allowing it to get so run down, and then refusing the help offered you until it could be taken to the vet.
