Ludicrously tight docks. Not much room to maneuver. Crazy busy all hours of the night and day, never a good time to come here, expect them to be 2 hours behind by the time you show up, which doesn't help. Only take 1 hour earlier than appointment time, idk why people are claiming it's anything but that. That's standard.Yard dog is super nice & helpful though! She can have 25 stars!

Take me before one day appointment, just a nice guy told me to stop by at noon time and he will unload me, because I arrived at 6.30 am.

Pretty much what everyone else said friendly, got indoor restroom, no overnight parking signs posted inside, appointments only unloading, unless u get lucky, easy to miss sign if not looking, plenty of room to back, no light system just have to wait until feel like there done., then go for paperwork.

Second shift is really lazy guys. No management at all in the second shift. Took 5 hours to unload trucks when there was no other trucks in the yard.

Easy to find, check in on left, door marked, ring bell once and open on buzzer. Fill out form (highlighted spots). No light system so when you quit feeling the trailer move, go inside, paperwork will be on check-in shelf. They had me unloaded in 20 minutes 0500 appointment. Greatly appreciated Petco employees!

Dont come early!!! had a 9pm appointment. Guy gave me a door a 3:30pm. I thought he was gona unload me. Big mistake on my part. Its 10pm now and guy said might be another couple hours.

Unfortunately I showed up about 30 minutes late for my appointment due to 2 traffic accidents/delays that cost me 2+ hours. But they still started unloading me right away and had a full trailer empty in about 45 minutes. Friendly folks too. Would gladly deliver here any time.

Arrived early on 24 August at about 6 AM would not touch me till my appointment at 7 PM waste of the day don’t come in here except for an hour before your appointment time I don’t know that I could’ve slept extra time. But no parking on facility. Was told there is parking nearby at empty warehouse but could not find one.

I deliver here frequently. Show up on time for your appointment and they'll have you empty in 30 mins to an hour max from your appointment time. The fellows in the warehouse get with it. Wish all places would unload this quickly.

Like the other way they're friendly, not big on sliding your you know what's.Easy to alley dock if no lazy drivers park along the curb in front of drivers getting loaded or unloaded .Dont be shy about asking drivers to move seed o you can get backed in...

They are ok but not great, if you're delivering here do NOT arrive late!!Also don't park on the street in this business park, the police will immediately swoop on you with a 225$ parking ticket.

Unloading took one hour am thankful fir that .however there is this rude short old woman with grey hair who is rude as hell .when i checked in the guy who checked me in said "10 minutes after the trailer starts bouncing come back here for your paperwork " and that is what i did .then this old woman was like what do you need .am like i just need my paperwork .she is like they are still unloading u so i explained to her what the gentleman said .she keeps repeating they are still unloading u like 3 times .am like are you hearing what i said .she must be going thru some difficulties in her life or just woke up on the wrong side of the bed .so i just left .
