The spots to back in to are so tight you need Wesson oil, and a shoe horn. Don't open doors before backing in, you'll rip them off!Once you finally do bump the dock, you have to disconnect, and bobtail out to wherever you can find to park.Supposed to call when they are finished. Slower than snails!

They are very slow they want you to drop your trailer on door she will say I will call you when is ready while you waiting you can't be on their parking alot you have to go other side of building. You just wait on your luck if you go back and ask her she has very nasty attitude she just yell at you like kid. I am not going back here and i am not coming back here again i checked in at 11am now is 4pm still they didn't call me . Because of this kind of people they are making hard ond driver.

Avoid anything involving this building and it’s staff as clients. The Jb Hunt and Petco staff are utterly incompetent and disorganized, constantly having miserable attitudes and confusion when dealing with anyone. Not that it’s an excuse, but I would be miserable too working with the OSHA violations in and outside that warehouse. Whether it’s loading or unloading, you can count on them to take forever or possibly give you the wrong load. Also, they treat security guards less than human, allowing local and 3rd party drivers to verbally or physically assault them without consequence. Yes, I’m serious. You are there to be an unarmed human shield scapegoat, with no say-so and a BROKEN gate, all with no guarantee you’ll even be paid. Horrible place to work and work with, and worse people inside.

Arrived at 435am for a 5am delivery. I was told I had to wait until 450 to be checked in so I sat in my truck at the gate. 5 minutes later dock worker let me go ahead and check in, and gave me a door got into my door at 5am..got my paperwork back at 550am…good job
