The experience was awesome. First of all, the staff was SOOO nice and my crazy pekingese Daisy looks amazing. Daisy is very sensitive and I have never been able to get her groomed. I will definitely be taking her back and she looks perfect!

Absolutely LOVE Sandy and her crew! I've been going to Perfect Pooch for 5 years now with my 2 dawg-ters 😂 and they make you feel like family from day one. Sandy genuinely loves and cares for each and every furbaby that comes though her door, as if they were her own. It may take a little longer for the grooming process, but that's because she always has plenty of customers and makes sure that each one is groomed to perfection! During this time, I usually go home and have a guilt-free lunch, while I enjoy not being stared at! Lol I'm so happy that I found Perfect Pooch! Lastly, Sandy's prices are very reasonable! I won't be taking my babies anywhere else!

This business continues to call me, and I've told them over and over and over again that they are calling the wrong number. I live almost 500 miles away from where they are located, and we've never done business with them. Also, every time they call, there is so much noise in the background, it sounds like there is chaos going on! I now believe they are purposely harassing me or, at least who they think I am, maybe customer who owes them money. They truly lack professionalism and attention to details!

I have been going to Perfect Pooch for over six year. They are the best, friendly and they truly love all their clients. They treated my 12 year old dog like she was their own pet.

I brought my husky in for grooming and specifically asked for them to use deshedding shampoo due to her shedding so much of her winter coat. When we got her back, they told us she wasn't that bad, so they didn't use the deshedding shampoo. They didn't even brush her at all. On top of that, it looks like they trimmed her hair on the sides of her body to make it look like they actually got some of the winter coat out. It was a huge waste of money and I will never come here again. I'm beyond disappointed.

My dogs love going to Perfect Pooch to be groomed. The staff is very friendly & always cut my dogs hair to my specifications. Sandy & her whole team are wonderful. They take such good care of my dog that developed diabetes. I can tell they love her as much as my own family does.

Sandy is the most loving and wonderful person. For the first time my dogs aren't scared to go to the groomer. She will listen to your needs of your pet ALWAYS and work around any issues your babies have. Love her and her staff...

Our goldendoodle was left unattended and jumped off the grooming table resulting in a three fractures in his left paw. Groomer was very apologetic and agreed to pay vet bills. Our dog was in a cast for nearly eight weeks and vet bills well over $500. He’s now doing fine but will be left with a permanent limp. The groomer now refuses to pay any further. She also said that she will no longer groom our dog. The owner of the shop is very nice and understanding and the groomer has turned out to be uncaring and irresponsible. We won’t be coming back with either of our dogs.

No computers that I could see. Use note cards which they seem to have difficulty finding each time but it last name is kinda weird. Quality work and very flexible with scheduling.
