🥫🥫🥫🥫🌃📝☑️Awesome location down past the gas station and has a pretty nice setup. The staff are alert and the shoppers are usually polite here. So long as you maintain social distancing this is a really safe place to shop for those who have business and don't lollygag too long. 👍

Great prices as expected and a decent selection but the store is always dirty. Between the sticky floors, boxes on the floors, and carts full of clearance items, it's difficult to maneuver around the store. Not bad when it isn't busy. The check out lines get pretty long too.

This place had so much potential but it's managed horribly. You can't even walk through the aisles because there are 2 wheel carts everywhere. The store is honestly one big junk yard. You can't find what you're looking for because the carts with boxes are blocking all the aisles and products. If Family Dollar corporate or whoever represents the FD Brand would be completely embarrassed if they saw this place. I like the other person's comment about the employees being The Three Stooges. Spot on. Nice to see a Dollar Tree coming in across the street.The black girl behind the register with the bowl on her head haircut should consider a career in the Department of Corrections. She was there on 5/26 at 6 PM. her personality is more suited for dealing with prisoners than the general public. As rude as the day is long. Family Dollar corporation should be ashamed of this store.

This place smell really bad, and it’s unorganized but the really bad thing it’s the store manager is 100% inhuman and disrespectful because today I went tho the store to buy some stuff I need and mi dougther was with me and she was carrying her Pet ( small hamster) and I clearly ear when she’s saying the person who is bringing that here they need to go out of the store.Another worker told me that her boss saying that we need to go out with the hamster but I told her that I can’t leave my dougther out of the store just for that and my concern is WHY SHES SAYING THAT if I don’t see any notice saying that No pets allowed in the store.But to me she saying that just because she don’t like it.Store owner if you see can read this please fix this and try to talk with your workers because that is not allowed. We are customers and we want respected from your workers.

If you're in a hurry and expect to run in for 1 thing, be prepared to wait in line for at least 10mins. Also, older white lady that works there is always yelling at someone when I go. Either to her coworkers or costumers. Very unprofessional. Kind of got into it with her myself and I'm a great costumer. She refused to use a coupon. Smh acting like that $1 coming off her paycheck. Rather travel to Walmart than to see her face. The manager is cool and their prices are good though

Merchandise in boxes are always blocking the aisles. You can't even get through with the shopping cart. Service is so slow! Store always looks dirty! Corporate should definitely close this location down!

This is a really nice discount dollar store located on Joliet IL far east side on Cass ST. This store has cheaper prices than Walmart super store. I love their products & low prices. I know you will love this store to.
