Cedar Rustic Fence is Quality from start to finish in all aspects of their business. The office is organized and efficient, supplying information and communication at all times. Debbie came out, within 2 days of contact, listened to our needs, measured, drew it out, and left an estimate within an hour. She thoroughly explained the process, leaving us with no questions unanswered. Financials were worked out seemlessly in 48 hours, and we were scheduled 2 weeks out. Integrity in their word, the installation crew showed up on time the very day set originally. The install crew was respectful of all surroundings, neighbors as well as our home. The quality of the cedar fence is top- notch. All sections and gates measured out perfectly. They came in, had old fence and posts taken down and out in an hour and a half. Methodically, they worked very organized and clean ly. They know their trade, and their work proves it! We are very excited to have a beautiful fence to appreciate for years to come. Cedar Rustic did an amazing job from the product team who came to our house to survey the area to give us a quote, to the installers, to the finance team to called us about the bill. The fence looks beautiful! The people who put the fence up followed our complicated instructions on how to redraw the fence along a new property line and they even cut around tree roots to sit flush again the property line while not damaging the trees.

This is my second fence from Cedar Rustic. They did outstanding workmanship both times. They went the extra mile and had to deal with extremely tough ground. Our area is river rocks... The workers showed up and had to dig by hand for nearly 2 days. When the fence was complete they cleaned up. The sales person ( Debbie) followed up with us after the install. They responded quickly to our quote request and were willing to replace the fence on just one side of our yard. Other companies we called were only interested in doing full yards. Their pricing was very fair compared to the other quotes we got. One other quote we got was for twice what rustic cedar quoted us. We set an installation date with them and there were no delays. The installer was very professional and went over the process and made sure to answer our questions. The finished fence is very high quality and we are happy with the work. The installer also cleaned up really well afterwards. He removed all the dirt from the post holes and the old fence sections. No stray nails or anything. Very pleased with the work and we would recommend them highly.Service: Wood fence installation

I waited for one year after the installation of my vinyl fence to write this review. Communication was good before the install. Fence looks nice. After installation is where all the problems came up. Posts started to come up out of the ground. I understand some areas are wet, several months out of the year but I informed the company of this before the install. In one year, I now have another service ticket (2 service tickets in 6 months) for posts moving. This time it’s in an area where water never settles and the ground is dry all year around. I recently discovered that both of my gate latches are missing screws and the screws that are still there appear to be striped. Considering one of my gates has only been opened a total of 5 times since the install, I figured this was done when it was installed. I should have said something when the crew installing the fence told me this was their first year with the company but assured me that they have many years of experience with fence installations. The product itself looks amazing but I wouldn’t have thought that this many issues would arise within one year. I don’t blame the company itself, I believe this falls on the installation crew and the lack of experience. The company has been very responsive trying to rectify the issues I’m having.Product and customer service is a 5 star rating but the install is the main issue.4/20/24Update , yet another post is coming up out of the ground. Once again to call and ask to have corrected. I see this issue happening every year. Very disappointed.Service: Vinyl fence installation

After much trepidation, we decided to replace our old, dilapidated cedar fence. At the recommendation of a neighbor, we opted to have Cedar Rustic replace it with a vinyl, no maintenance fence. Debbie, their saleswoman was most pleasant, informative, helpful and most importantly...patient in assisting us to make our decision. Seriously, we would have been lost without her.Our fence was installed by Cruz and Jose, two of their installers. We were shocked that there were only two people since the job entailed the removal of the old fence and installation of the new. We are retired so we had the luxury of being able to sit on our deck and watch. Honestly, soon after, we felt mightily embarrassed for doing so as they worked their butts off. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they were most pleasant, professional and considerate. They made sure that we were completely satisfied with the install and left us with nothing to do but enjoy their handiwork. Amazing doesn't begin to describe these men's work ethic. And though we're fairly certain any of their workers would have done the same, we are grateful they sent us Cruz and Jose.So, thanks to Debbie, Cruz and Jose for a job well done.

The worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.Explained to the estimator that we wanted to replace existing fence. I told her removing the existing fence would involve a great deal of labor. She guaranteed me the fence would be removed and installed in one day.This was a concern I had since I live on a corner and have a pool.This promise was also repeated by office staff. Not only was the fence not completed in one day but it took numerous calls to get them to rectify mistakes in installation. Look for another contractor

They did my fence some time ago.It was time to replace the fence and as I got to the back part of my yard I found that they didn’t use concrete to hold the posts in and only went 2 feet down. Now I have to replace 20 posts.The other posts that were installed properly are actually still fine. I paid a lot of money to this company only to find them do an unprofessional installation.This is a typical “Don’t do a good job, do a job that looks good” outfit.Service: Wood fence installation

Cedar Rustin did our fence and it looks AMAZING! The sales experience with Jim was so easy and we felt cared for and that we weren't being taken advantage of. Often, because we are young (and look younger than we are) that is a big concern for us. Then it only took a crew 1 day to put up the fence around our entire large yard. I cannot say nice enough things about every. They were perfect! After the fence was up, people from all over the neighborhood came over to compliment it.

The fence looks great minus a couple flaws, white vinyl 4ft semi privacy. The two installers worked very quickly. They showed up around 9am, and the whole fence was done by 4pm. Unfortunately the installers trashed our yard with fence waste as well as many cigarette butts we had to clean up so our dog would not ingest them. Working with Kim (Rep) was the best part of this whole experience. Sadly I reached out after the install about my few concerns and weeks later have not heard back yet from management. We've recommended this company to many people and are disappointed that they don't have better customer care after install.

HOPELESS SERVICE. Don't waste your time and MONEY with these people.. They don't give complete/proper information to you just to get your business and you'll end up paying more at the end. They'll stop receiving your calls once the job is done and they get their money..Bad/waste customer service, they will just say SORRY at the end.I'm sure they do same thing all their customers, bad reviews states that.I Wouldn't recommend them to any of my friends..Your employee should have been more clear when taking the business, talk about that, It's clearly not me and my neighbor, because it's our understanding that we're still discussing it out with you in a proper manner.And there is a reason you have LOT OF BAD REVIEWS..AFTER GETTING MONEY, YOUR AGENT DON'T PICK UP THE CALL. IF YOUR COMPANY WANTED TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SSATISFACTION, YOU WOULD HAVE TAKEN THINGS INTO CONSIDERATIONS. HOPELESS SERVICE.Thanks for the great experience.

I just had my vinyl fence replaced with a cedar fence from Cedar Rustic. The value was great! And the service from the installation team was even better!! I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend. Cheke Gomez and his team did an excellent job taking down my old fence and posts and installing new. From the project's beginning to its end, everyone at Cedar Rustic was very responsive and professional. Anthony came out the day after we called to discuss the project and give us an estimate. He spent a lot of time explaining our options and providing alternate estimates, and he came up with a novel idea for saving a tree that had grown into fence line. The crew came early and worked hard, cleaned up and even removed parts of the old fence that had come down years ago. Carla at the office was great at calling with installation dates, which had to be put off several times because our city hadn't completed the permit process in a timely manner. When there was a question about the way the fence was supposed to go around the tree, Anthony and Carla responded immediately and Anthony discussed the question with the crew and resolved the issue right away.
