Extremely busy. Someone told us it's always like that. It took us a while to get through the line to order our sandwiches from Subway. It seemed to be understaffed but the men helping us did the best they could. We were with a bus tour, but not everyone went to Subway.

Manager was overwhelmingly and unnecessarily rude when handling a small issue. We, as customers, had to de-escalate the situation, as he was making it much worse.

I was just denied the price on the tag, $2.97. Instead, they wanted to charge me $3.97 that was on the larger price board. That is 100% illegal. The law clearly states that a business has to honor any shown advertised pricing. Wal-Mart just wants to steal your money.

Everything went well at Walmart and I found everything I needed, but then it was checkout time. I can't stand self checkout. I waited a good 20 minutes to go through a cashier's line.

Prices do not match .On the shelf, self check out. I go to Schnucks to get fruit because it's so much better and I see that about half the things I buy it Walmart or actually cheaper at Schnucks so much for the Walmart has the best price days I would advise everybody shop elsewhere every chance they get Walmart is engaging in deceptive business practices

Just so people know that they do check both IDs when getting alcohol and if they say it's the law that is lie, so Walmart please change this policy. Cause some people have kids they bring in are do people have to leave there kids outside just to get a drink. Have read many reviews of people getting alcohol and there kid help put item on counter and they don't allow the sale so change this policy.

I believe the Jerseyville wal mart is hands down better than Godfrey. Cleaner store friendlier staff and self checkout is better too. Unfortunately I live 5 minutes from the Godfrey location but of course they don’t have automotive services there.

I like this Walmart. People are helpful, pleasant and polite. Happy to assist. A pleasant place to shop. Love the new sensory hours. Makes it a very peaceful environment to shop in. Was a great experience.

If I could give a 0 I would. Just went in here to order sandwhich party trays, a cookie sheet, and cupcakes for my daughters baby shower. I was told by JEREMY that I could not customize the cupcakes or cookie sheet. I was not allowed to add "Welcome baby Azara" that they are not allowed to change "trade marked" items. I was not allowed to change the icing color from blue to pink either. I went to the front desk to ask for a manager and here came JEREMY wanting to argue that I am wrong and he is right. I told him to cancel everything. I will go to Godfrey Schnucks and place an order.

Marlene was a very helpful and friendly associate! Since the store had recently moved items, she cheerfully dropped what she was doing and helped me locate a couple of things. The store didn't have everything in stock that I needed,but overall it was a positive experience.

Sadly, there are few employees ever visible, and many don't seem to know or want to help. There were 3 teenage girls who walked into the store laughing etc. Each one proceeded to get in, the handicapped electric carts, and ride around the store "shopping!" I get "having fun" but they took all of the carts. What if someone who was really handicapped needed one?

Workers were beyond amazing and helpful!Wal-Mart as a company needs to stop working the employees that do show up to work as hard as they are. These employees are exhausted but still smile and offer to help. I do not enjoy checking and bagging all items myself and having to wait longer to have an employee help anyways for items that do not scan or scan more than once to delete.
