Awful customer service and dirty location I will never return

Poor customer service - stood in the line for COVID shot booster (which my husband and I had appointments) for 15 min - AT THE WINDOW in line for shots! I understand being busy but many employees walked past us at the window and didn't say a thing! FINALLY when the line got HUGE and down the aisle behind the pharmacy area, someone came to the window and asked if we'd been helped - NO, we haven't. We said we had appointments that had already come and gone, had to fill out paperwork and take a seat. Waited some more. Over half the people in line were told to come back later because their RX wasn't ready. Most were older sick people. :( We were just going to go elsewhere to get our boosters, when finally someone called our names to get the shot. Never ever ever have I received a shot given so forcefully - it was ridiculous. No reason for it since the covid vaccination is such a tiny needle - I didn't even feel the first two shots - it was almost funny how forcefully she jabbed it into our arms, like it was a spear!I came to this Walgreens because we wanted to get our boosters this week and in the Godfrey/Alton area, where we live, there we no appointments left in the evenings this week. Jerseyville had and open book of appointments open - either because people aren't getting boosters in this area or Walgreens just doesn't record and honor appointments.I will never go here again unless it's an emergency. It was hot mess and no one apologized for the waiting or the madness in the store. :(

I bought this trimmer and I owned one I had for years and worked great but this one is a peace of junk you have 5 trimer edges but so cheap no place to put them what a joke if I hadn't opened it I would have sent it back!!!

Love my Walgreens . . .I can get in and out and not have to walk all over store to find what I need like at Walmart. I get rewards and lots of savings using the Walgreens card.

I thought every walgreens had an atm. Walgreens in Jerseyville don't have one. That's kinda odd.
