I went thru the drive thru as I have many times before always order the same thing. Chicken strip basket and strawberry shake. When I got my shake it was white with no Strawberry chunks in it as it normally does it was white instead of pink. I asked them to remake it and spoke to Megan who was very rude and stated she’d have to charge me to remake my shake, that wasn’t even right. I asked for her name, she told me it was megan and then asked why do I need to know her name. I responded because I’m going to make a complaint and she began to argue with me until I said I wasn’t going to argue with her and left.

This place is very very disappointing! The manager who offered to remake our blizzards and wanted me to call her and let her know how they turned out , so I did and she didn’t like my answer , so she got very made at me and she told me she was. When my daughter went back up to have her remake them she told her no I’m not remaking them said I’m giving you your money because you guys complain every time you get one. I’m not sure what she is talking about but that has never happened!!! My daughter told her I use to make these and you are over mixing them and the lady said don’t you tell me how to do my job unless you have one. REALLY!!!Told her not to come back and every time my daughter tried to say something she would close the window then open it back up to keep yelling at her!! Let’s just say that I am appalled to say the least! We spent a lot of money there! They have new owners all I have to say is you better wake up! I also called corporate on her!!

I would not recommend to anyone to come to this location, take the extra 20 minutes to go to Godfrey, they are messy in the store and when I got me and my girlfriends food not only were the fry’s soggy but the bread Burnt. I was never asked if I wanted any sauce or anything else. Poor poor poor customer service, terrible food.

I hadn't been to DQ in a few months or more, and decided to stop by after my workout. I was genuinely confused when I heard "$17.11" for my #8 large. Of course I paid it, I was hungry, but will I be back? No. Don't get me wrong, DQ is okay food. But is it worth $20 for one person? Not a chance. Iive 2 blocks away and had to re-microwave my microwaved burger bc it was cold. It's safe to say they are the most expensive fast food in town, even surpassing some (most) of the sit down joints for a burger and fries. I can go almost anywhere in town and get a similar meal for 10-12$. I don't know if the local branch owners set the prices, or if it's a corporate thing, but the greed has gotten out of hand.

My mother ordered food and a drink here (Jerseyville, IL DQ) around 10:30am today. Normally good service but today my mother was served a drink with a black substance on top of lid, side of cup, under lid and also soda dripping all over cup from it being over filled no napkins given. My mother requested to return it and get her money back for soda. The girl at the window said let me get my manager. The Manager came to the window and gave my mother her money back, no apology, no sorry this happened, just here's your money and have a nice day. Then laughing happened as she closed the window. Are you kidding me! Very immature and no professionalism. My mother was very upset which is upsetting for me. She will not be returning here. Managers may need more training on manners and how to be professional. Hopefully this is taken care of and not overlooked. Will be notifying corporate about this situation.

Street seeing almost a million commercials in 10 minutes of blizzards, I suddenly had a craving for one. 🤣 I haven't had dairy queen in a long time, and they did great here. The blizzard was perfect. I got the royal Rocky road and my husband got the royal cheesecake. Both worth the money. Will visit again ♥️

absolutely astonished at how bad this place is. My boyfriend and i went to get a bite to eat and i specifically asked for onion rings instead of fries, due to having an allergy to potatoes. they gave us our food, but my boyfriend did not get his fries with his chicken strips. so i went up to the counter and was told i did NOT ask for onion rings, and then gave us the fries for his chx strips. went to ask for honey mustard and was told it was a 49¢ charge. bread was basically untoasted and the chx strips were the size of a pinky. will not be returning.

Ok let's start by saying I will never eat there again. Called back about the gravy with a chicken strip basket was almost water was told the gravy was fine. They offered me a free gravy for the one they forgot and continued to tell me the gravy was fine that she just checked it and continued to escalate the situation I told the lady I was not going to argue with her and she continued on so I finally just hung up. Will never be back and don't recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service stay clear of this place. Oh yeah was told I was speaking to the owner. I'll be posting the water gravy on FB Instagram and Snapchat.

This Dairy Queen always has the best workers! We went in today and I ordered a strawberry shake, which I love, but I hate the chunks or soggy strawberry in my shakes. The workers were quick to suggest a strawberry shake made with the strawberry juice instead of scoops of whole strawberries. They went out of their way to take extra time to scoop out just the juice for my shake and it was perfect. Thank you for going out of your way and wishing us a great weekend!

I have always loved DQ but lately they haven’t been doing too hot…I’ve gotten raw chicken strips 3 times within the last 6 months. The first time I didn’t check because I have never had an issue with DQ and ended up getting food poisoning but the next 2 times I did check and they were pink. I have given this place many chances to correct their mistakes but there is absolutely no excuse for having raw chicken strips 3 times in 6 months! So many people can get sick from this and is completely unacceptable. I just went today to get a blizzard and there was no cheesecake pieces in it, which I asked for extra. I only eat cheeseburgers and fries from this place now and I love them but I can’t support a fast food restaurant that keeps putting out undercooked food. I hope they get their act together to start producing cooked and quality food. They’re always super quick which is nice but they should stop worrying about being quick and worry about actually fully cooking the food. I am not trying to judge anyone because I know food service is a hard job but they do need to pull themselves out of this issue before they start getting complaints. If you do end up getting chicken just make sure to check.

Nice and clean place fast service my food was hot I love this location now it’s my most favourite place bcz there customer service is really good.. I like the way lady treating a old guys who front of me and they have a some trouble understanding but she handled them nice and calm and she tack my order to I think her name start with P she is really good.. Whatever I Spen it’s worth it bcz there speed of service the way they welcoming customers it’s hard to find now days I must recommend my family and friends to stope by this location thank you guys for making my dinner good keep it up..

Their hamburgers r AMAZING, if they get ur order right. The cotton candy dipped cone & pretzels w/ the queso cheese is by far the best. Before u pull off u better make sure ur order is correct cuz they have a problem getting it wrong nearly everytime we go. The staff n Jville also could be alot nicer. Sometimes they r hateful.

Usually have good service but tonight I had to wait for them to cook burgers....it was 6:30pm, they should have had some precooked so people don't have to wait. Also our blizzards were not mixed well at all.
