But id especially like to say the employee who helped us pick our new fish was so awesome and friendly she went above and beyond to help us out. unfortunately i forgot to catch her name but she was working january 9th at about 730 pm. Very sweet staff. One boy in particular talks to us and offers to show us any reptile we're curious about. Tells us about his own reptiles and helps us buy product based on his experience with the animals. I fs think he deserves a raise.

Says on the door price match and what a joke. They will call other stores to check if it’s in stock and rude about it. I don’t have time for that and won’t be back! I will spend my money and other places. Ridiculous

This was probably the largest, and best looking Pet Supplies Plus I've ever been to. We aren't locals, so weren't familiar with the layout, but were able to find exactly what we needed right away.Checkout took a while because there seemed to be only one person working, she apologized to every person as soon as they were in front of her, and tried to maintain a cheerful attitude despite her workload.I wish I could teleport this location to my area in northern Illinois!

This store amazes me with the fish department. The fish almost always die within hours or days.And they always have ich.Every time I go in there the fish have ichIt killed most of my fish last month.I go in tonight and once again fish in several tanks are covered in ichI do Mean covered.Whoever runs this store needs to go.If your selling fish you know have ichThat is wrong.And the workers said the manager knows they have ich.Yet nothing is being done to treat it.I won't be going back to this store.

Super nice! I normally shop at the Pekin store but was in the area so popped into this store for some puppy food. My pup got her pic taken by a kind employee and another offered a treat. Thank you for all your kindness!!

This is an excellent place to get your dog groomed. They are professional and kind. They get better with each visit as I learn what I want and they figure out the best look for my dog. I don't worry about leaving my puppy here. I look forward to getting him back and have no issues at all. It costs me $30 to get my small dog groomed and have his nails trimmed. I believe I saw that it is $5 for small dog nail trimming and $10 for large dog nail trimming.

I'm interested to try the self serve dog wash once ours arrives, if that's great then I'd say this is a fantastic store.

This is the best pet store! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable on the products they sell. I had some questions on a dog food, and while they aren't veterinarians, they were very helpful in assisting me purchase healthy food for my dogs. They are awesome! Highly recommend for your pet needs.

The staff is fantastic. The store is clean, friendly, and the goods have a wide variety. I love to stop here, and the cats on display for rescue are a sweet touch. I take my daughter here and make an exscuse to buy something if she had a bad day.

They have a good selection of fish but most of the ones we've bought from here die within a few days of bringing them home. We have other fish in the tank that are fine so the problem isn't our tank. The worker with the wrist brace is rude and complained about having to do her job. when she got fish out of the tanks with bags of fish in them she thew the bags of fish on the ground. I've been here several times and she has been rude everytime I've been in.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Also like they have a dog washing area, complete with towels, soap, and after all the rinsing and towel drying, you can use the "blow dryer".

Good prices and some good employees but there is an older lady in the fish department who has no right to be there I've bought fish here 3 times all three times only 30% of them survive the first week I've seen this employee toss bags of fish on the floor. I bought two dojo loaches if you don't know those are large fish and she put two of them in the same bag with little to no water for me and low and behold they didn't survive. Fish have to be treated correctly if they are to thrive in an aquarium at home.
