One of my favorite stops for gas, snack and restroom. Very clean facility and very friendly staff. However, sometimes had to wait for people at the gas pump. In this photo, 6 out of the 8 pumps are occupied by empty vehicles, and their occupants are nowhere to be found.

20 minutes of nothing from the east and another hour of nothing heading west. Jacksonville, Illinois is one of the more boring stretches of I-72 so I stopped here for a quick break as there isn't a rest area until well beyond Hannibal.This is a rather standard Love's and it was good to find a clean restroom. In the convenience store, snacks and drinks aplenty and the roller grills were decently stocked with hotdogs and other tubular shaped snack meats.The station is close to the Interstate exit but there will be a couple of turns. Nothing that even the largest tractor-trailer can't handle. There is NO shade in their parking lot.

Love my Love's, out in the middle of nowhere, plenty of parking and with the IHOP Express. Good food Good fuel...5 years later, and this place looks amazing with a Taco John's.

The lady DORMA they said is her name , in the cash register I said charge my CC to pump 150$ but she charged in total 1,500$ amazing Work DORMA, and instead of been polite and accepting her mistake she just said I can’t do nothing and hung up 2 times my calls… totally disgusting and not respectful at all …And just in case is not her name DORMA is the lady in the cash register in his 50’s or 60’s that miss 1 teeth….Bad service bad behavior and unresolved issue that she caused…

I am commenting on the coffee so far as I haven’t really gotten to know the place well yet as to the coffee good as coffee can get i got the house blend but this is irrelevant to my question why is it so hard to get coffee supposedly fresh cup every time with the new coffee grinders that promises fresh cup every time woa back up did I tell you I went to three different places and each one I touched the screen a message came up saying required cleaning soon I do know I was gone for a week on my return one I got same message on same machine is this a difficult thing to do throw some pills in and it is supposed to be automatic just takes a trained eye to see the problem do not serve to me is my choice of words ..overdose staleness is the word soaked up and let stand forever collected on possible mold yuck !!! ;( thanks loves truck stop for thinking about the good coffee service is the reason to come ☕️☕️

I only stopped in to get something to eat at taco John's, only to find. They are not 24 hrs like the app says for love's.. All these chain brand truck stops Stop doing food late night Like trucking is no longer a 24/7 business. I sure missed the mom and pop truck stops That actually served real hardy stick to your rips food. I'm tired of eating this garbage fast food especially subway.

I typically love Love's, but had a difficult experience with paying at the pump with my card. The staff handled it really well and were understanding. Clean store and plenty of food options.

Early this morning my heart rate dropped and so did it.Right in the middle of their store.Jon you really went put of the way getting the ems there very quickly.You came and got me from the hospital and also watched my dog i left in the truck in front of your pumps for 5 hours while at the hospital.You're a amazing person with a beautiful heart as well as your coworker Mindy or sorry if I forget her actual name.This store is well kept, well managed and has a very accommodating staff.I hope all drivers who pass through here and see that and make sure to show their appropriations.From the bottom of my Heart,, Thank You.

Entering this branch of Love's Travel Stop I searched the very clean lobby frantically for a sign, I was greeted by an employee who said something to the effect of "welcome to Love's, restrooms are in that direction". The location was very tidy and past experiences make these locations a great place to stop for almost any of your travel needs.

As a truck driver, I often visit Loves truck stop to meet friendly people, but this particular store was not like the others. I believe that the store should be renamed from Loves to Means because a strange psycho person with a nose piercing pounded on my door all night. He claimed that he worked in store, so I think the store's management should keep hiring unprofessional staff like this person. He was impolite, shouted frequently, and claimed to have called the police, even though it was not an emergency situation. When I asked him who he was to speak to me in that manner, he replied that he worked at the store. Thank you for the sleepless night, now I have a migraine.

5 stars for the excellent staff and cleanliness. The prices are high, but that's the price of convenience. Also has a small dog park and plenty of walking space for furry friends around the complex. Very nice truck and travel stop. Would recommend.

Very helpful and courteous staff in the Loves and Taco John's. In addition, they all greet upon customer's arrival. The food looked good on the grillers. Coffee area, grilles, and condiment areas were all clean and well organized. Cashier in Taco John's was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the menu. I was in and out, yet thoroughly impressed.

One of the better Love’s - clean and the employees were very pleasant. The Taco John’s was exceptional. I have never seen a fast food place as clean as this one was. Having never been to a Taco John’s before, I was pleasantly surprised that they serve lunch food, even early in the morning, for those of us who don’t like breakfast food. Good food for the price, which is very reasonable.

Truckers beware!! Husband was parked there waiting for a load for over a day when the police office knocked on his door. Police officer wanted to search cab of truck for no reason and then had the nerve to say he would bring a dog to sniff around the truck. Not sure if employees called the cops but never has this happened since he’s been driving.

Supposed to check restrooms every 30 minutes if toilet gets under half with both rolls there supposed to replace one both rolls empty that doesn't happen in 30 minutes.

Truck stop, 5 star. Taco Johns, 2 star. Susie was so delightful I wanna keep her. But the food was way too cold. One burrito was properly warm on one end and had icicles in the other. That takes talent! And the coffee was very good.

first of all we were standing at the register for two minutes and the caucasian lady at the front with Burgundy/purple hair and glasses looked at us MULTIPLE times and still ignored checking us out, we went to the diesel side to checkout and i seen another Caucasian woman with blonde hair go to the same register and she IMMEDIATELY stopped to help.

Nice clean place to visit for truckers and others. They have the lowest prices on American spirits cigarettes in that end of town. They have a lot to offer in the store for travelers and truckers. There's a Taco John's there too. A lot of parking for people to rest and sleep. For truckers the lot is nice and clean. It's fairly new location

Lots of space, extra fuel pumps and very clean. Staff are friendly and outgoing. Showers are clean and they immediately clean them when emptied instead of leaving them sit dirty forever like many Love's do. Just wish they had something besides Taco John's. Can't stand that place, worst tacos ever.
