Do not waste your money here! They have no customer service, you can not make returns, and their products are often faulty. This is so much more trouble than it's worth.You can often find things on sale for a better price at the big box stores. I really wish that this was not the case, but I've been burned with too many purchases.

We went in last week asking for a WINDOW AC unit and brought up the orange paper so they could bring the unit to the car and they brought us a BEDROOM WALL unit. All of the bedroom wall units are marked as window units. But they cover the actual label with their orange label so you can’t tell. We figured we’d try to make it work but the air wouldn’t cool down our house lower than 72 so we exchanged it for a portable AC. Low and behold the portable AC had previously been damaged and returned. When we opened it all the contents were in a ziploc bag, the hose was cracked, there was weather proofing tape all over it, and the AC wouldn’t even turn on. So at this point we just wanted our money back so we could go elsewhere. I was told no, we could only exchange it or get store credit for an item they knew was broken and sold anyway. They claimed all the items in the warehouse are brand new, never opened. But why was mine completely broken, used, and even had the contents in a literal ziploc bag? Both times I returned the AC units I physically saw them put the units back on the shelf! To resell! So if you’re looking for an AC do not get one from the warehouse. I had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get my money back for a completely unusable BROKEN item that was willingly sold to us.

I spent over $10,000 on shiplap and flooring and they can’t even exchange 16 bad boards for 2 boxes of flooring?! Unreal. I would have been better off sticking with menards. The manager just cost their business thousands of dollars as I own my own business and could have been a long time customer. Never again will I step foot in that place.

My husband and I purchased two windows and decided we wanted a different size. Went back the following day and was told no returns, exchanges or refunds. We were told it states this at the bottom of the receipt. Okay, well you don’t get a receipt with this information until after you pay for the items. This makes zero sense to me. In the past I store credit was given but now it’s “too bad so sad”. Mind you these windows were never even unloaded from our truck from when we purchased them. Warehouse doesn’t even deserve a one star. We will not purchase another item, not even their $.50 Ajax.

Totally furious with place like this!! Was told high efficiency water heater down there for 525 to get down there to be told sorry we were wrong. We didn't know the difference. Turns out they wanted to charge 849 for a high efficiency water heater which was a 40 gallon I was told 525 for a 50 gallon. After it debate about saying they were sorry and everything asked about the warranty. 30 days only. They ended up after a long period of time saying call owner this isn't right for me to drive down and not get a high efficiency for 525. They agreed on a 30 gallon lighting was not the greatest I paid for it. Pulled around to load up to find out it had weld marks on it from being fixed the blower on top had chips out of it missing which would affect the efficiency of it looked inside the tank and it was Rusty! I said that's all right I think I want my money back took me 3 days to get my money back into my account from them but yet it only took seconds for them to pull it out. Ended up coming home should have done my research first finding out it wasn't such a bargain ended up buying a 30 gallon for 1,050 bucks with a 6 year extended warranty on top of that which I get 11 years for that price. So please do your research before making the long drive. They're mistakes is I'm sorry. I also explain to them it wasn't such a bargain they did not care

We found a great refrigerator here for a great price ;however, it was missing the handles. Inside had all the packaging so we assumed they were in there. When we got it set up we realized the handles weren't there. We contacted the warehouse and they said they would look for them and/or order them. We called them back 3 times and got the same response each time. We finally ordered the handles ourselves which were on back order and costed over $200. Which took over 10 weeks to finally get. For the find, it’s a good place, but disappointed in the service. Be sure to look thoroughly at what you’re buying to ensure it’s all there because they won’t compensate even if they say they will.

Great place to check out.. they have tones of different items. If your redoing a room in the house, check this place out first before going elsewhere.

A big waste of our time going there. Not sure if Travis is the owner or some kind of manager but he was very rude couldn't even take 2 minutes to come talk with us. Everyone else we dealt with us was kind, younger kid seem to be knowledgeable about flooring questions we had. Lady at the desk smelt like weed but to each their own. Place was very unorganized, and for what it is the prices are high. Definitely would not buy furniture from there unless you are extremely desperate.

Watch out for the double tagged items. We recently went to purchase a rug and it had 2 price tags.One for $130 and the other for $220.An older lady yelling on the walkie talkie was extremely rude about it.If you find an item with 2 tags be prepared to pay the highest amount because they won't acknowledge their own screw ups.

There are a number of great finds here - you may have to dig, but the prices are worth it. We first visited shortly after they opened and then again recently - to say they have come a long way is an understatement. Definitely worth checking out if you are remodeling or thinking about remodeling.

Where to start... First off the flooring is NOT cheaper than big box stores. Most of it is 1.99 a sqft.Second, the majority of there stock comes from damaged goods. Looks like a lot of smoke damaged items.IF YOU DO BUY SOMETHING HERE (wouldn't recommend it) make sure you remove it from the box and have them plug it in. You might find that only part of the product works and they don't like returning anything you buy. Even if it doesn't work.

DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THIS PLACE. Absolutely god awful! Can feel every spring hitting my body. You should take these off your store floor. Yeah it’s cheap but this is the worst. Plus no returns, very upsetting. Bought a week ago and had to go buy a another new mattress. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY MATTRESS FROM HERE. Would really appreciate a refund :/

Ok place . There certainly are bargains to be had . They will not bargain on price . Already getting a discount they say . Do your research. Not all there is quite the bargain they would have you believe . We found the same flooring at menards cheaper . Same brand , same product . Cheaper . But there are some piles with really cheap prices.

They say everything is new. That is a lie. Most of what they get are pallets of returns for penny’s on the dollar, or close out deals.Then they take 50% off of retail, which is a joke because the stores don’t even charge retail. Good luck on a warranty from anything you buy there.

Steve and the gang are always helpful. You need to understand what this place is all about before you come, though. It is mostly a warehouse that is filled with items that are returned items in various states of repair or wholeness. Some items are perfect and just as they are right from the store. Some items are far from that. Another thing: This is a warehouse. It isn't the local Wal-Mart or Home Depot. You may get dirty searching for your item.
