Farm and Home, regardless of which one you go to, is the most amazing store. With the exception of groceries, you can get almost everything else you would need. And they always have good sales going on.

If you happen to be looking for something specific and ask the manager if they have it or could they order it. All this guy knows to say is," we don't do the ordering " and walk off. Without even attempting to say. I'll take your request and see what we can do. And what's bad about it. He was the same way before he became manager. He needs to go to school for customer service

This store has turned into a mini Walmart. I have to go to Tractor Supply to get farm related items. So disappointed in the changes. After 30 years of shopping here, I have had to change stores to get livestock items I need.

Saturday morning, one register open, 8 people in line. Seriously! At least Walmart gives you self check option. After my return (Friendly cashier) I went to Buchheit for dog treats. I wasn't going to stand in line for that long, again. 3 registers open. In and out in less time than I stood in line at Midland's. Where's management???

I love the new layout of the store! It's more Feng Shui!I was looking for the guinea pig food and I finally just asked and I'm glad I did! The nicest young man helped me I was very impressed with Aydin's customer service. He was obviously moving products but he stopped and walked us to the guinea pig isle.So polite and helpful. I told him he should give lessons on the proper way to treat customers. Home Depot is in desperate need for some custom service training, I' will always remember how great my visit was . Again Aydin and the little girl who checked us out are terrific workers . Thank you again for your kindness !!!

We shop there this evening. There had a good assortment of things from hardware, to farming stuff to tools of all sorts to mens and women boots, clothes, jackets, gloves etc. There also carried dogs and cats food, beds kennels, supplies, birdseed, cows, chicken, pigs, food and etc. Fishing, hunting, camping supplies. Guns, ammo, targets etc. So much stuff to look for and to shop for. The staff was friendly and helpful. So over all was good experience. Highly recommend to everyone to check it out

I love farm stores like this one. They have everything. It's clean, the staff were all friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed my shopping experience. I wish we didn't have to wear masks but Biden and fauci have no idea what they are doing so it's masks for everyone.

Always awesome prices normally and their sales are even better !! They seem to always run additional percentages off their clearance prices making them even more of a sale! They are also a very neat and organized business! The staff is very polite,helpful, and quite knowledgeable about their products. I personally have never had a bad experience in this particular location💙

We bought a mower from the Jacksonville store last year and had some minor issues with it from the beginning but in less than a year had a major issue that we couldn't fix ourselves. It's still under warranty so we brought it in to be fixed and we've been very unsatisfied with the service while we've been waiting on it to be repaired.We understand a lot of things are slow in the industry but it took them over a week to even look at it and order the part, which still hasn't been in and it's been over 3 weeks. We haven't received any updates from the service department so we've called and stopped in periodically and anytime we talk to the service technician he's been very rude and short with us. Today when I called he informed me it's not even the original problem he thought it was so now he has to order another part and he isn't sure how long it'll take to receive it. He said he's only one guy and can't control how long it takes, which I completely understand. However, I told him it'd be nice to get some updates instead of leaving us hanging and then being rude when we call for updates. He then proceeded to tell me we can take it elsewhere to get fixed.We've always been pretty faithful customers to Farm & Home but definitely won't be future customers to this location and would encourage anyone else to think twice about buying equipment from here.

Im from Wichita kansas so when i came here and they didnt have the battery i wanted they referred me to a place called wally world. Im sitting here going down washington street or 54 trying to find this wally world i call family there and they inform me that its a lingo and its walmart. At this point im dumbfounded. But i got a big laugh out of it all.
