I have never been here before until yesterday. My dad and I were looking for a rivet tool and rivet nuts. We found what we were looking for, but they don't sell extra rivet nuts. The cashier was nice and tried to help us out. Her manager was also very nice while attempting to help us. Overall, it was a good first-time at this store.

They have a very friendly staff, greeted with a smile and a welcome as I was walking in the door. They have a very large selection of tools and are reasonably priced. Their products are not the highest quality but I knew this before going, and frankly was looking for a bargain and not high quality. I was very pleased by every aspect of my visit there. I found exactly what I wanted and used it as soon as I got home. It worked perfectly for my job!

Usually helpful people. Corporate needs to let the business run itself.. tries to buy a display item because they are clearancing that item. Wouldn't sell it because of corporate. Had to drive 140 miles to another store that had one in stock..

Worst customer service I ever had. Finally found an employee outside smoking, when I asked for help she just pointed where to go. I asked if there was someone else in the store to help and was told in the office. When I checked out, the other employee was at the register, two of them visiting with each other. I intended to make other purchases, but went to Home Depot for those. I will not be back to this Harbor Freight.. Jacksonville IL

Employees were friendly and always greeted with a hello when entering. A little difficult to navigate but everything is organized and very clean. As soon as you enter you will normally see someone cleaning out on the store floor. The sliding doors make for an easy entrance as well. The carts are in great working condition so it makes nivagation through the store alot quieter and more peaceful. Not the place to let the little ones run around considering what type of store it is. Needed to find gloves for work and definitely should have been my first pick. I had to go to several other stores before stopping here and finding exactly what I needed. Thank you again for the friendly service!

Went in to look around for Christmas. Didn't find anything but some tape we needed. Went up front, there was one cashier open the weekend before Christmas. One employee looking out the window talking about being a princess and doing nothing. Another employee comes up front talks to them and yet another employee comes from the side. Not one of them opens a register even though it's taking a while because they are putting the customers name in the system among other things. It's fine to have fun but you are there to take care of customers. Won't be going back to this Harbor Freight.

Very cheap tools and hardware. Great return and warranty policies, and they have awesome sales. Now I said very cheap, so remember you usually get what you pay for.....so if your looking for everyday use or heavy use tools, go on down the road to home depot, buy if it's just an occasional need and don't have alot to spend, this is the place for you.

If "quantity" in more important than "quality", in your search for a product, then you have come to the right place. Why pay $200 bucks for a Milwaukee torque wrench at Home Depot when you can get a no name brand junk torque wrench here for 37 dollars? So it stops working 2 weeks after you bought it. Big deal! Throw it away and go buy another one just like it. Best the best place in town to buy cheap junk.

It's a good place to save money. But you have to play the coupon game. I've gone into a store and could pay three different prices for the same tool.So just keep up with your coupons and of course use the best one . They change the savings on them real quick but the one you got a week ago usually is still not expired. So use it and get more savings. Their jacks and hoist and engine stands. Are all fair quality I've used them for years and I'm not easy on that sort if stuff but they hold up well even with some abuse. Just look things over good they have some not so good tools as well as good for the money tools. Like every place else you just read between the lines and you'll save thousands if your the type that hasn't been in his living room in months because he'd rather be in the middle of something out in the shop.

Most stuff is good for home use. If it brakes doesn't cost alot so throw it away or they do have a return policy.

Lots of goodies. We bought a moving pad that will workout to be a good cover for the back seat for the dogs. We got a free 25 foot tape measure that is really nice.

I spoke with the manager very nice lady, the sales associates enjoy there work, an are very helpful, the store is huge, very well organized, everything was easy to find. A huge selection of tools for the everyday user.
