I haven't shopped at Aldi for a while honestly. But I was impressed at their selection and prices. Still I do not like them throwing my food into my cart. Any way this can be changed? Today I had salsa jars and and he threw them on top of each other, those could have easily broken. I know they get busy and I understand that; just a bit more thoughtful when putting groceries into the cart would go a long way.

Produce is excellent! Love their gourmet chicken salad! Their European chocolate a nd it's prices are beyond description! Price, abundance and selection of canned vegetables is terrific for soups! Staff is always helpful! Bathrooms are always quite clean and well kept!

I enjoy Aldi's . The only problem is mainly the rude customers that push themselves on top of you and run you over . I feel like maybe they need bigger aisles as well. I love the ever changing products and things that aren't grocery related for example ... Candles , pet food , blankets ... Even furniture. I frequent this store and so do so many people and there's a reason... The employees ( cashier's) are usually pleasant , cheaper prices , and fast paced cashier's also. I do wish they'd offer bags at the front or even boxes stacked at the counters for folks . Other then that I would completely recommend this store.

I debated on four stars because they do have different stuff in their almost every time I go and I haven't had celery salt for a long time. But the staff seems to be happy to help and the facility is very clean

I ordered from Aldi through Instacart for delivery. A Cauliflower crust pizza ($8.79)supposedly was included to replace sliced Colby Jack cheese($2.09). Two issues: why would you replace sliced cheese with a pizza?? And then, I didn't even receive the pizza in my order but was charged!! Then, there is NO way to get hold of the store to report it!! The number that you call says to go the website...

I hadn't been to this store in a year or more, and Wow, they have really stepped up their game! They have a good variety of products, including some more "upscale" items. The store is clean and easy to navigate. While they don't have some of the brands I'd like, for an economy grocery store, they are quite impressive.

Throughout all of the rising prices lately Aldi has been a godsend. Although their prices have, understandably, increased, their products are still priced very reasonably. Feeding a family of 5 on a budget is never easy but Aldi definitely makes it a lot simpler. Still the same awesome place it's always been and for that I'm grateful!

I was buying so many groceries my son had trouble fitting in the cart, at the checkout I asked to use an extra cart for my son that was upset to get them to the car and she said no even though their was other carts. I don't know if it's the company or the workers, but that was a serious lack of care for a customer that needed help.

I rediscovered Aldi store in Jacksonville, had not been in this store chain for years. After leaving 2 other grocery stores in the area disappointed on their price for eggs, I ventured into Aldi and was nicely surprised on what I been missing. Store was clean and organized. Moderately busy with 1 cashier but only stood in line for a few minutes. Went in for eggs, left out with a box of additional goodies. I will be back with a 😃 thanks to inflation!

The best produce selection in Jacksonville, IL. The least expensive grocery store. Newly remodeled. Staff is always friendly and helpful. New vegetable/fruit area put in August 2023.

Good shoping place!! BUT!!When the cashier checks the barcode and moves the object to the cart, She throws the object to the cart. The fast calculation time is good, but I feel bad because I feel like I'm treating my purchases carelessly.

My family and I went into Aldi 329 east Monroe ave. Jacksonville Il.at 545pm. Myself my wife and two sons had gotten takeout at a nearby place and it hadn't set well with us. I went and found the bathroom was closed. We shopped for a little over an hour and a half and left about 720pm,the bathroom was still closed. It looks as if they mopped it before six and didn't want it messed up so they wouldn't have to do it again at close at 8 pm. Myself one of my sons and wife had diarrhea, nothing was said to me or my son, but a woman who said she was the manager told my wife the bathroom was closed ,and was not to be used. My wife had already used it but the point is it wasn't right, she was even rude about it! Carolyn is what the checkout man said the manager name was .Carolyn said the bathroom had been mopped and needed to dry ,but it shouldn't take more than a hour and a half to dry. This had nothing to do with covid, either ,Just looked like she wanted to get out of work early. This at the publics expense, were we supposed to do leave everything there go somewhere else for a bathroom. Coming back hoping our groceries weren't put back, or buying new cloths if we weren't able to make it! I will also be contacting public health to check on current rules regarding bathrooms being closed. This is especially concerning for those with disabilities or dire situations. Just clean one at a time and direct everyone to the one not being cleaned, the bathrooms do have locks! Put out a unisex sign! Nichols the checkout person was helpful and very nice so I still gave 3 stars.

I adore subway. Its the nature of the place to be an almost zen like shopping experience. no adds, no signs , no music, no help. I am not the biggest fan of their beef, but for most other things aldis is a grand way to save money, and once you have a supply of bags built up, time

Place was packed with people, driveway was full of cars. Not much room to walk for social distancing. Prices were decent. Everyone was wearing masks.

They aren't as big as other Aldi's I've been in. They didn't offer organic granola cereals & they were a bit more expensive. Was still able to save money & I thought they were very clean & organized.
