I absolutely love their drinks and the majority of employees are super nice. The only negative is a couple of the employees. While we love the upbeat and fun atmosphere, if we wanted a concert from an employee, we would ask. The high pitched falsetto at concert level volume is a bit much. If you are want to sing, by all means do but at a reasonable level please. My poor husband jumped 6 inches when she was handing him the tablet and burst into song. Otherwise, this is my favorite coffee shop in town.

We’ve been coming to seven brew since they opened! They’ve always been super friendly, and the drinks are phenomenal! There are a couple staff that know us by the “double shot” family. I’m not 100% sure of everyone’s name, but I know Lexi is always smiling & a ray of sunshine to start the morning off chatting with her while we wait for our coffee!

This is a great place to pick up your coffee. I particularly like the staff here. They are friendly and fun. If you're looking for people that are trying to brighten your morning, this is a great place to grab your coffee. Maili, Lexi, Caitlin, Seth, Maddi, Emily, Jerica, Jade and Carlee always have a smile. Seems like they really enjoy being there.Dietary restrictions: All sugar free options, lots of milk options

Our favorite barista, Lexi, always makes sure that my daughter's drink- Blondie Chiller with lots of extra caramel drizzle in the bottom- is just perfect. She is always smiling, always talks to us (and remembers us), and always works hard. The amazing coffee and the amazing baristas (especially Lexi) is why we have ditched all other chain coffee companies and exclusively go to 7 Brew in Jacksonville, IL!

I like the blended iced frappe coffee drinks and I specifically always request that it is blended, not from the machine that makes it like an icee machine with a mix. Last time I went there, that is what I ordered, a “ blended coffee” frappe, what did I get? A large one for $7.83 out of that machine, already mixed. For that, I could find a gas station and pay half the price. Needless to say, this is t the first time it has happened, however it will be the last, I am not going back to pay 7.83 for that oversweetened mix from a machine. I had to make a very long trip that day and it sat in my car, full taking up space for 8 hours as a sad reminder not to ever go back to 7 brew, they can take the order, and gladly take your money and then give you what you specifically told them you didNot want. Oh and then one of the drama queens working inside must have droppedSomething on her foot, she was inside the building repeatedly yelling about her poor foot. Annoying as hell. Hope Starbucks opens soon at least I know I will get what I ordered there. I’m really disappointed that I got this awful drink and it was awful

The workers usually have a positive attitude. Sometimes the coffee is inconsistent in flavor and may have more creamer than normal. If you are in a hurry, you need to give yourself plenty of time to get through the line as they get very busy! Overall, I really enjoy the coffee there!Kid-friendliness: Have several kids drinks to choose from. When my kiddos are with me and start chatting away they are always very patient and nice!

Not our thing at all. My spouse and I had no idea which drink was whose, and the staff told us she didn't know either... So we drive off and started sipping on our drinks. They tasted AWFUL! We tried to give it a chance, sipping on them a few times on our long drive, but just really hated them, and we dumped them out. Wasted $14. Went be back. We will remain Starbucks customers when traveling.
