Just a little old local convenience store like nearly every town had back in the day. A place where farmers and folks from around the area grab some munchies, a quick take out lunch or supper and a few gallons of fuel. I stopped by twice and had some good egg rolls and excellent fried fish. Little stores like this are a vanishing treasure and although it might not look like much, places like this are still very important to the social fabric of the Rural Illinois.

It is pathetic. They shut things down way early. They don't keep up with food safety ( quote from an ex employee that said there cooler was warmer than 40°) plus I was band for saying " it wasn't cool shutting down friers early like at 6 p.m." Wich they do a lot. Plus soda price is stupid. 1.50 for a refill?????? What ever. Done with them anyway.
