Very nice people, compassionate,accommodating,take walk ins.we took our 90 lb stubborn bully breed for a nail trimming which she HATES and even though it was challenging the ladies did a quick, thorough job and the price was super reasonable.Being we love our dogs like our children I recommend these ladies fully

They did an absolutely fantastic job. I'm always skeptical when coming to a new place for Archie, but Royal Pet Grooming did a great job. The staff was friendly. I got a haircut, nail trim, and glands done for a very reasonable price. Will be coming back.

We’ve been bringing our shelter Schnauzer mix Ginger here since 2020 & they’re GREAT ! Not only do these ladies do a terrific job, your dog is ready to pick up in an hour or less! Absolutely wonderful; they love love love doggos, are very accommodating & always friendly.

Royal Pets always took good care of my yorkie poo, Midnight. She is not the easiest dog to deal with due to her anxiety and attachment issues. And he got nicks and bruises. She got nicks and bruises. However, this grooming facility has Midnight looking spoiled with no knicks when I pick her up. Mostly, I trust this groomers with my baby. I know she’s in good hands.

I will be coming here again! My Chihuahua mix needed her nails trimmed. I called and they said I could brinh her in at any time. When we arrived, they took her in immediately, and she was done within ten minutes. Very nice staff; very nice to my dog. My dog is very scared, but they were super gentle and she was hardly stressed. Highly recommended!!

I have been taking my dog here for the past 8 years. They have always been great. My dog is a pomapoo - he gets a shampoo and cut every 8 weeks. They always make him look fantastic. I have never had any issues and I have always felt comfortable leaving my dog with them.

I have been taking my dog here for a few years and I absolutely love them! They’re soo quick to make an appointment and my dog always comes back looking just how I ask! Once I dropped off my dog and I had gotten a new puppy, They cut his nails for free on the spot! They’re are soo sweet!

I took my VERY Hyper Dog to get her nails clipped! Wow They had such confidence and it was done in 5 min.. So less stressful for my little girl than any place else I have taken her. The hours are not long but you just have to call. I recommend this place.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! Let me tell you the experience I just had. I dropped off my 5 month old shih Tzu and advised he needed a bath and a trim, that I wanted to keep him fluffy. My boyfriend picks him up 3 hours later and he is SHAVED. When I called and advised that this was not what I asked for the girl on the phone stated she was sorry she misunderstood. I'm not quite sure how that can be misunderstood, but that just shows the intelligence level there. Not to mention, when I have questions about my customers' orders, I call them and ask for clarification.I went to the business and demanded my money back. Which is typical of what blue collar working class do, since every dollar matters, and the owner "Leanne" or something like that, very rudely stated that they did the job I asked and they are not refunding the money, very snottily. I advised I asked for a trim and to keep him fluffy, and she interrupted saying I asked for hair cut and that what I got. I said I asked for a trim, and she said "It's the same thing". Well, to my family who are in the HUMAN hair industry, there is a very BIG difference between trim and a haircut.Leanne, or whatever the "owners" name is has ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS SENSE" and could care less about her customers. All she cares about is YOUR CASH! I spend more on my dogs hair than I do my own, and pay more as well. And when I asked why 2 months ago, I requested the same services AND nails trim, and that was $30, but today for a bath & trim was $40, "Leanne" said "Well that's our prices, and other customers didn't complain". So I don't know what this lady is trying to pull, but it's very obvious that she is scamming her customers.My advice....DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PETS, THEY JUST WANT YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$$. SHADY!!!!!!!!!!
