Great place, nice small Bar & Grill. The place was packed the night I went in. Got served a menu and drink order and had that in a couple minutes. Took my order, the steak and two sides. The steak was cooked perfect for me, warm red center, and it was a thick steak. Potato wedges where awesome too.

Enjoyed the Ribeye Special and Tenderloin Sandwich. Very busy and the workers kept up nice. Food was served within a reasonable time, and everyone was very friendly. Great customer service. Great place to dine in or take out. Well done!

Stopped by when visiting the area, never been here or even to Ipava ever before. Lady at the antique store down the street recommended the place. Pleasantly surprised such a small town had such a great place to eat and drink. I and my traveling companion were wowed by the excellent server (she was the best) and the delicious, hearty made-from-scratch pizza....the entire experience was such a great one. Hope to get back there again....too bad I live five hours away.

Pottsie's has been part of Ipava for ever - under different names, but in the same place, and with good reason. It is busy, because locals and area residents know the secret, so be prepared to wait (it is worth it!). Food prices are reasonable, service is friendly and efficient. Local dishes are prepared from scratch. I had a hand breaded pork tenderloin - big enough to frighten little children with - better than in any place I have visited.

Always GREAT FOOD FRIENDLY PEOPLEWent tonight for a pic up order. Have been disappointed again. Our order was 30 dollars. My husband had a sandwich that came with a 1/4 cup of chip crumbs. I had the chicken strip dinner. Got the strips few fries and no coleslaw. We live 30 min away waited almost 2hrs. Dont know if we will be back. Too many disappointments lately..

It is good food and a hometown atmosphere. The food is really good and inexpensive. I had the special of catfish fillets with two sides and it was really good. They make pizza in the dining room right in front of everyone. The place is too small to fit the pizza making operation into the kitchen. .it is interesting to watch the pizza being made. They have a variety of food on the menu and I would recommend going there to eat.

5 of us stopped in for dinner on our way home. Food was delivered in a timely manner. Staff was friendly. Food was really good. Especially the steak. It was absolutely delicious. Made perfect on the grill with a delicious amount of fat. Mouth watering!Only con was the cleanliness of the bathroom.

I don't want to rain on the parade, but I don't understand what all the hoopla is about. To be completely honest, my steak was dry and tough the first time I ate here. I don't know if it was overcooked or of poor quality. The rest of the food was mediocre and the service was okay. Anyone can have a poor performance and judging by the more positive reviews from others maybe my experience was a fluke. Therefore, I'll give Pottsie's another try and if it's better I'll up my rating. Well, I gave it another try. I went for their signature steak, the marinated ribeye for $20. The steak is large but the size is deceiving. Much of the outer portion is fat and or gristle. The inner portion is good but I've had more tender and better tasting steaks. It was good but in my opinion not a steak I'd spend $20 on a second time. The place was busy but the service kept up and was very good. Judging by the large number of people dining here, a lot of people must like it. Sorry though, I guess I'm just not a fan.

A great neighborhood diner with amazing food. I ordered a home made tenderloin, not heeding the waitress' cautionary remark. This is probably the only place any meal is this big and delicious! My partners hadthe catfish plate and chicken strips, and everyone went home with enough food for another meal. Prices are very reasonable.

First time we have been here and it will not be the last!! I had the marinated ribeye and it was excellent, service was great also. Everyone has told us there pizza is very good, so we will have to find out!! Very good food!!

The pizza 🍕 I ordered was really good and the staff helpful and friendly. The price was steep but youd have to drive further to get the same thing at a lesser price. All in all it was for me a good experience.

Newly renovated inside taking advantage of Covid pandemic. Looks great and the food is always great also. During the restrictions they've also added outside tables behind the location. Too bad they couldn't have enlarged the building at the same time. During normal times you almost always had to wait for seating on weekends. Worth trying out if you've never been there before.

Great place to eat, drink, and just have fun. The food was awesome. The staff was attentive, but not overbearing. Drinks... Well you know... Lol. I'd check it out, if I were you.
