Absolutely disgusting bathrooms, and that's coming from a truck driver. I've seen some gross things and smelled some awful things. This truck stop was one of the worst. At least 1 Sink broken. Out of toilet covers, dirty bathrooms with tp everywhere. Walls in stall appear to have boogers and poo on them. Restrooms stink to high heaven, like mold and urine, and obviously poo. The absolute worst Loves I have ever been to.

Love's is my go to truck stop for many positive reasons. This Love's however is a filthy, place. Diesel fuel everywhere at the fuel islands, no washer fluid in the buckets, trash piled up... I will never stop at this location again.

today 03/05/2024 my van broke down near the loves gas station when I traveled to work on highway and I was very well received by the employees MIKE AND AORON who were very attentive and super professional. congratulations. and thank you very much

Clean bustling Loves inside. Outside, dog park about 50 yards from the pump. Huge parking lot for weary travelers and patrons. Pump said needed to get my receipt inside. Other than this everything looks and vibes swimmingly for a safe clean pit stop for any reason. Including discounts on gas and diesel.Customer service is a bit off. Cash register with no staff. Pump not printing receipts.

Not as clean as loves usual are. Still big easy lot with fat pumps. But the floor inside was dirty. The bathroom was ok but not the usual spotless you expect with the Loves brand. Lots of drink choices. They have fresh fruits. Rows of snacks are available. Big coffee bar with lots of choices. Friendly staff. Dog park area out front. Propane tank for refills out front also.

No receipt paper... Garbage all over the parking lot from overflowing garbages. I notified a person of the situation and it looks as though it was pretty much ignored because 15 minutes later, as I was leaving McDonald's, it was still quite overflowing with no one working on it.

I always have issues with the app at the pump, so I have to go in, prepay, and if less than what I pay for fits in my tank, I have to wait a few days for them to credit my card. No thanks. The mini mart is nice, and bathrooms are typically clean. Oftentimes, there aren't many options available at the hot deli area.

Couldn’t get a shower in the pm because “out of towels” even though I had my own towel. Employee was also sitting on their cell phone rather than helping customers in line in the pm. Am workers were much nicer and deserve 5 stars

2 females were yelling at another female employee. To my understanding 1 of them is a manager in training who should be demoted due to her unprofessional behavior. Very disappointed in these 2 employees.

DO NOT GET A SHOWER HERE!!! We used a shower credit (apparently 2 since it doesn't call your number) and the showers smell of mold and black mold is present EVERYWHERE! The big man behind the diesel desk is lazy and rude. While we were waiting he said the person cleaning showers was on break (Love's normally always has someone cleaning showers even if it's the person behind the desk!) so that's why the wait was long. When she came back from break she asked if he would help and he just shook his head 😒 So not only was she cleaning, she was also running the desk because he disappeared when she came on from break. Went into McDonald's after a lousy shower and it was worse. Trash overflowing on to the floor and it seemed like a fly breeding ground with so many I was swatting away!

I grabbed a popstar was posted for $1.49 when I paid they charged me $2.09. I told that I didn’t want it because that was not the price posted, they told me they can’t take food back, eventually I got money back but is not the first time this happens to me in different Loves , Corporation should take care of that and be respectful to drivers

Check in at 2:15PM for mirror broken and I have the replacement. Told it would be two hours turned into 6 hours. Truck is in for a few hours and not fixed. Midnight still here. Very bad store management. Why have mechanics pick up trash clean toilets mark tires when there is work to be done in shop. Then management does not want overtime. Mechanics are friendly and deal with foreigners who speak three languages 5 dialects and no English. How do they pass a test? Suggest going to Speedco for work on trucksManagement is incredibly stupid. Mechanics Apprentices work on tires vs mechanical work. They open in Marion with 6 apprentice, desk clerk and no mechanics. First two pumps are closed. Not a good layout for traffic. Are Loves designers and engineers drunk or just stupid?For maintenance go to Speedco or Petco if you can.

Hey, I was there. I think it was on the 22nd of February and I need my tires. Looked at and aired up, and a couple of guys that worked there , which I can't remember their names, were great. They got to me when they said they would.

The store and everything else was great. My problem was with the dog park. Yes, they had one. That's awesome . I wish more places Dr id. But my problem was that instead of grass,they had rocks. Rocks really!! My dogs (Boston terriers) did not like it at all. They wandered around the fence line where the rocks weren't so bad, but for the most part couldn't do their business because the rocks hurt their feet. We had to take them somewhere else so they could walk comfortably and not hurt their feet.

I really didn't want to leave a bad review, but like others have stated, the one way in/out is a horrible lot design.They are doing construction on the first two pumps and the waits at the fuel pumps were ridiculous. The staff was friendly, but the attached pictures were taken at 1 pm and EVERY trash can in the lot was over flowing full with trash settling on the ground --so that let's you know no one was attending the lot (morning or afternoon). There's a McDonald's inside. Cleanliness and ease of getting in/out a lot are big things and this Love's just doesn't make the cut. It's ok if you need to shut down for the night. There's nothing special to write about this place.

Edwin came out to jump my tractor. Come to find out it needed new batteries. He followed me back down . Ordered new batteries had me in and out within 2 hrs . He’s extremely professional. Quick moving and actually a funny guy .The entire staff was extremely professional. At one one I overheard him tell another mechanic they weren’t leaving the one particular truck unfinished.Guys thanks for all the help and excellent serviceEdwin your the man !!! 😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎

Such a great place to stop! We had left around 3am in a terrible rainstorm and this was a great place to stop and catch our breath. Tensions were high in the family car and having a place for our dog to run around, have a quick bite, and browse the endless aisles really got us excited to get back in the car. Cleanest bathrooms i’ve ever been in, and incredibly nice staff in both the Loves and Mcdonald’s!

Maybe the cleanest travel stop I've seen in a long time. Well stocked inventory for truckers and travelers alike. Great hot food selection as well, with MacDonald's also a part of the facility.

It was a fine experience when I arrived but but now at 1 AM it smells like raw sewege. Searched my entire vehicle going crazy but when I stepped out it was definitely the lot. Employees were all fine to work with including the McDonalds, that’s the saving grace of this place. Don’t know if I arrived at a bad time on a bad day or if it’s a regular thing for it to smell this bad

Loves NEEDS to control the parking at night. Trucks park everywhere making things VERY unsafe. They are putting profits above safety!!!!

Dude. The sunset was amazing. 10/10 would recommend coming here to watch the sunset and also get gas and snacks I guess.
