Lovely place, lovely people that do great work consistently! I've brought several dogs over a decade or more.Lots of signage about rules and why grooming is expensive and how to tip, etc. bombard you and spoil the vibe a bit.The friendly thoughtful people mollify the signs, which are probably necessary from another point of view.

Sincere friendly owner. Pup was a mess after playing at the dog park. They are open on Sunday! I wanted to do the self wash. Juan helped me get my pup in the wash and showed me how to use the infused shampoo and conditioner. Very helpful when washing your dog. Clean! A little pricey....

Some of the best and most patient groomers out there. As my dog has a temperment, they're always so nice, understanding, and patient with my dog. He always comes out looking and smelling great, all at decent pricing as well!

Extremely RUDE bad service!!! I’ve been here a few times and they’re getting ruder by the day.. The owner seems frustrated all the time more than the usual.. Also hard to get appointments. If you’re late a few minutes forget it, u have to reschedule. Most importantly my dog now seems scared to go, not sure if its because of something that happened there but he didn’t get like this with our previous groomer. Unfortunately we came here because we moved and now I have to find another place.. don’t feel comfortable leaving my puppy here anymore. If they’re rude to me I wonder how he’s treated when I’m not looking. Just find another place guys not worth it at all to take your babies else here.

This was a place I went to for a few years for my dog. The last few times my dog started acting scared going in for a nail trim. My guess is he had a bad experience previously here. Because, he wasn't like that before. The owner treated him like a common aggressive dog. She rudely asked if I brought a muzzle this time. Even though he never needed one going there before. He didn't bite, he only acted out of being scared the few last times. Anywho, I brought him to another groomer after she secretly overcharged me and treated me rudely. Guess what? No muzzle needed even after I advised them to sedate him. The professionals there gave him a chance. He was very sweet to them and never once acted scared or aggressive. Didn't need sedation. I know my dog. He's always been a good boy. Don't go here if you expect professionalism. Your dog deserves better.

Unsure how they are still in business, they are convenient for nail trim walk-in, but setting appointments is ridiculous. I have had my dog there for several nail trimmings. Yet, whenever I have called to set appointments, I rarely get a call back, in my most recent experience I spoke with, I believe the owner, on a Thursday. She told me she was going to look for an opening for my dog for the weekend or very least a weekday in the next week. I didn’t hear back, so when I followed up the following Tuesday, I was told they don’t groom my type of dog breed (48 pound Shar-Pei mix). I explained that my dog has been there before, and I was just expecting a callback for an appointment. No apologies offered, just “I didn’t know it was a Shar-Pei.

I can't believe all of these bad reviews. I love paws. I have been bringing my shih tzus here for 6 years.I've had a few times where one of the groomers has nicked one of my dogs, but it's never been anything serious. My one dog is very difficult to groom. She does not stay still and she is very scared of people.Patti, the owner, has always been great. I've had a few emergency visits (dog poop in the fur ick) and she has been pretty good about fitting me in if she has the room. The last time I was there my boy decided he was going poop all over the floor when I brought him in. Patti and another staff member were really good about it. It happens all the time. They gave me a bag to clean it up. Staff has always been super friendly.My dogs never want to leave. They lay in nice comfy beds with boiled shredded chicken to eat. No cages here, but you have to pick up your dog within half hour of when they are finished being groomed.I would give paws 10 stars if I could. I've seen horror stories about petco's killing pets and it makes me so scared to bring my dogs to just anywhere. I kept bringing my dogs here after I moved half an hour away. Keep up the great work!

Took my Goldendoodle to get groomed. They did an awesome job!! Will definitely be going back. It was my first time grooming her and they were very helpful and made her look so perfect! Highly recommend!

It was good the first time even though some of the older ladies appeared frustrated and very irritable about making an appointment. Just recently tried to set up appointment for my cat couldn't schedule me for about 2 weeks and she seemed to be irritated by the fact that I was even asking to get my cat groomed horrible customer service. Will not be returning.

I have been bringing my two dogs here for over 5 years. The owner is the sweetest person and clearly loves animals. They treat my 16 year Sheltie with love and care and my 4 year maltipoo with such patience. Highly recommend.

Horrible service!! Made an appointment and the told me Thursday was the soonest they had an open spot (today). Went there today only for the employee/manager whatever she was (lady with short blonde hair) to give me an attitude saying if she scheduled you today she would have wrote it down. Then I tried showing her when I called to make an appointment and again very rude, she said well that doesn't matter. Only to find out they put me down for the following Thursday. I was very frustrated because I called of work to make sure my puppy got groomed nicely only to go there and have her be rude to me like it was my fault her employee didn't give me the correct date. She was very rude!!!!!!! Have only gone there once and definitely will not be returning!!!!!!!! Zero stars if I could

Been taking my dog Paco here for years. They do a very good job and they really care about the dogs. I love that they have the dogs running around and playing with each other while waiting to get picked up. For my shih tzu they take about an hour to cut his hair and thats great!

They were very nice the first time so decided to go again. Took forever to get someone on the phone to make appointment. Left several messages and never returned them. Finally spoke to a person, made a 12:45 PM appointment. Arrived on the day exactly on time and was told that my appointment was 12:30 not 12:45 and could not take me. Was told that they have another dog at 1:00 and could not possible reschedule them. They made the mistake and made no effort to solve the issue!! Just turned me away. Very poor customer service!!

The lady that answered the phone told me I’ll have to find another shop to take my 6mth old Rottweiler because they have breed restrictions due to their insurance.I asked why if other dogs are more aggressive and no to mention they take other bigger dogs. She said call another shop. And hung up. Extremely unprofessional.

The very Worst service that I have ever experienced in the 14 years of my dogs life. The groomer shaved off my Keeshonds Mane. Keeshonds are known for the large ring of hair around their Neck and Chest. The groomer completely removed it. It took my Keeshonds entire life of 14 years to grow her Mane out. The cut was completely uneven as well. I specifically told the groomer not to cut or shave my dogs mane. Then she did the exact opposite thing that I asked. I even demanded that they return my money for damaging my property. The manager and staff began berating me for doing so. They took no responsibility for their groomers action. The manager, and young female that groomed our dog, went and hid in the back. While the rest of the staff continued invalidating my claim. I finally became so disgusted with the staff that I cursed and left. Beware of this irresponsible grooming facility. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Took my 1 year old Wheaton terrier in today for a haircut, I specifically told the lady please don’t cut the hair off his tail and when I saw him he had no hair on his tail.... mind you I BROUGHT HIM IN 6 months ago and they left MULTIPLE CUTS ON HIS EARS. Paying 50+ dollars for a haircut you’d think they would take better care. Please take your money else where like YUPPIE PUPPIE IN OAKPARK. Which I should have done from the beginning. NEVER AGAIN. SMH.
