This is a very nice and convenient spot. They have a variety of stuff and have wonderful people to help when needed. They helped me with our Batteries when we needed some & they don’t rush you at night when you go in to buy things 🙂Would definitely recommend this store.

Had a wonderful encounter with the pharmacy staff today. After the last several years of Walgreens customer service basically becoming non existent, I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. The staff was friendly and very quick to fill our prescription while we waited.

My wife was in there earlier today to buy our newborn formula. My wife had a $25.00 manufacturers coupon from Similac which we needed to use to save money in these difficult times. Manager Robin was the cashier and treated my wife so rudely and acted so inconvenienced because she had this coupon. Robin was not entering the coupon correctly as we've never had an issue at any other CVS locations and the only reason we went to this location was the formula we needed was in stock here. She couldn't have cared less that a mother was trying to feed her newborn and save money. CVS is supposed to care about their customers especially infant children but this woman acted like she did not even want to be there. Will file a corporate complaint. Robin needs some sensitivity training and job retraining. We went to a different location and had NO issues with the manager or coupon.

How are you going to claim UPS access point, but have nothing to ship the product. WARNING for anyone coming here to already have your item packaged up, sealed, with a label already printed and applied. Useless.

I visited the CVS at 2020 E Grand Ave in Lindenhurst, IL today for an order pickup, and my experience was rather disheartening.Upon entering the store, I headed straight to the pickup counter. Despite the obvious nature of my visit, the store seemed to be operating in a bubble of its own. I found myself standing at the counter for an extended period, with no associate available to assist. During my wait, an associate who was restocking items walked past me twice, completely ignoring my presence. Not only did this associate fail to acknowledge me, but he also didn't inform the two other associates, who were also busy restocking, about my need for assistance. This lack of communication left me feeling invisible and unattended.Frustrated by the lack of attention, I had to raise my voice and call out for assistance. A lady finally responded saying she would attend to me in a few minutes, but continued to restock her aisle. The lack of urgency was disconcerting, as it felt like my needs as a customer were secondary to their restocking tasks. Once she completed her task, she finally attended to me at the register. To add to the disheartening experience, during my visit, another customer was voicing his dissatisfaction with the pharmacy service at this location. His grievances about the unhelpful and poor service resonated with my own experience. This visit to CVS was a stark reminder of how crucial good customer service is to a successful retail business. While I understand that restocking is a necessary task, it should never supersede customer service. At the end of the day, customers walk into the store for service, not to watch the staff restock shelves.I hope the CVS management takes note of this and implements changes to improve the customer service at this location. Until I see a marked improvement, I may consider other options for my pharmacy needs.

I recently moved to the area and get all my prescriptions here. They are very friendly and helpful. When I have questions about a new medication or product they give me the info I need. I fulfill most of my orders using the CVS app and get notified when it’s ready to pick up or even schedule a free delivery. I know anyone working in a pharmacy is overwhelmed and I’m so glad they make the pharmacists take a lunch break because they would literally never stop working. No one is ever irritated to help me and just ready to help the next person.

I've been happy with this pharmacy. So far they have always been fast and helpful. They also made transferring prescriptions over very easy.

I have never experienced such a lack of customer service from a pharmacy. I had outpatient surgery on my mouth last evening, and was racing to get there before they closed at 8pm to pick up my antibiotics. I pulled up at the drive-thru window at 7:58pm - 2 minutes to spare. The window was already closed. So I pulled around and parked, and was literally running through the store when I saw them start to close their screen. It was 1/4 closed when the pharmacist saw me. She looked me dead in the eye and said, "NO we're closed" and continued to close the screen, not even waiting for me to respond. She had zero concern about why I was running back to their counter. Zero. Maybe I just had a question about whether I could take two medicines together. Or maybe I was going to ask her where I could find something in the store. But she didn't care to find out. If I was too late and their registers had already been turned off, then it would have been nice to receive that information instead of having a screen slammed in my face. I was under the impression that a pharmacy literally exists to help people. That pharmacist needs to find a new occupation, because she could not have cared less. I will never fill another prescription there and they have lost a frequent customer.

My fiancé & myself both had appointments at this pharmacy & we had to bring our two year old son. The staff were very friendly & caring! They were also very understanding & were able to complete both of our appointments back to back which was a huge plus with having a little one with us. Before leaving we were able to interact with the lady behind the counter, she was also extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable being there ☺️

The store itself is nice. It’s clean, they have a wide selection of most items, and when they run sales the prices are reasonable compared to other places. It’s also easy to get in and out of, and plenty of parking. For the most part, the cashiers are very friendly. The pharmacy has gotten way better. The main pharmacist was replaced. Thankfully. He was rude, and definitely should not have been working w customers. The new pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. The minute clinic is fine for smaller things like sports physicals and maybe simple illnesses. The nurses there have always been very courteous.Overall, I am happy w the store. I’m surprised at some of these bad reviews as I’ve been going to this store for about 15 years, and never had any major issues that weren’t resolved (other than that one pharmacist). However, I guess the majority of ppl leaving reviews are doing so because they had a bad experience, which can happen anywhere.

No issues with the pharmacy if anything they are amazing and very nice i feel for the staff who’s dealing with short staffing issues but be aware that the cvs minute clinic right next to this pharmacy has nurses who refused to test me for covid. there’s not a doctor on site just nurses…They stated even though i had symptoms since i tested on tuesday and was negative i couldn’t be positive. I was diagnosed with a UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION (which is what covid is) and told to use flonase and antibiotics and basically it was just a cold! I had had a migrane for 3 days, heat flashes, severe congestion, and a bad cough. They used a temp gun which is never used in the medical felid due to its severe inaccuracies! i was told i didn’t have a fever. i bought a covid test and digital thermometer before leaving and tested myself in the parking lot and was positive with a fever (their temp hun said i was 98.4…) there was no way to call the minute clinic to inform them i was positive just customer service to report… The nurse literally had me lower my mask open my mouth and say ah right in her mask less face while ensuring me i just had a cold… I have an autoimmune disorder and could have been seriously ill possibly even hospitalized if i trusted what the nurse said… i am now on paxlovid a breathing treatment machine and have to monitor my o2 states with a finger monitor at home and if they drop too low i have to go to the hospital this nurse could have seriously affected my life negatively and if i listened to her could have exposed hundreds of people to covid as i’m a retail worker

Went to get tested for Covid and waited where indicated outside in my car. I waited 15 min past the appt time, I finally called and the gal said “oh didn’t you get the email”. I said no, the gal said the person who does the testing is out sick. I didn’t get the email till one hour after the appt time. The next day, I went to Walgreens drive thru and I was in/out in 5 min.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I went in to use the ATM, which should only be a matter of a few minutes. Instead, the machine dispensed $160 of MANGLED twenties. (See pic: bills were missing chunks, torn down the middle, etc.)The cashier immediately refused to take any responsibility in the matter, and her supervisor, Sandra, was likewise useless and irresponsible. While anyone having even the slightest notion of corporate customer service would have exchanged the unusable bills, or at least attempted to reach out to a manager, both of these shiftless automatons did nothing beyond disclaim any connection to the machine that was inside their store. Sandra unhelpfully suggested that I bring the bills to the nearby bank which, when pressed, she admitted was closed. She also tried to weasel out of giving me her name and the customer service number, concerned that she should be held "liable" for the mangled bills--as though they were going to come out of her pocket or something.I called the Cardtronics ATM customer service number to see what they expected me to do with $160 that I could not spend, and they suggested that I either mail them in and wait 2-3 weeks to be reimbursed (absurd) or that I try to unload them at a local bank. They also claimed that the bills were valid just as long as the serial number was visible, which is funny since CVS just refused to accept them. Then I called the CVS customer service number, and the woman who answered, Demetria, affirmed that Sandra was wrong in not replacing the bills and acting like they didn't have anything to do with the ATM (THANK YOU!). She said that someone should call me back in 48 hours. That did not happen.**UPDATE** The district manager of CVS did contact five days later me to apologize and let me know that he was in touch with the company that owns the ATM to let them know what happened was unacceptable, and that they needed to change out the bills. While I do appreciate that and I hope it will prevent this sort of thing from happening to future customers, the inconvenience to me was never remedied.

As advised by CVS Carenark, I went to pay for a prescription out of pocket for diabetes maintenance materials that would be part of a 90 refill once approved by my physician. As I am discussing this at check out, I was told this couldn't be done, and that I will eat the cost. NO EFFORT MADE TO ASSIST. Now I am without my "maintenance medication", guessing blood sugars. ANY other pharmacy (other than a CVS) would at least take some time to evaluate other options. So CVS, since I care about my overall wellness, I paid out of pocket at Walgreens. Explain this to the district upper management during your next quarterly review for not meeting your sales goals. Since I know this is only a public viewed review, and after numerous horrible customer service experiences, you will likely be hearing from the BBB. Sounds like the store needs a total overhaul.Update 11 months laterI went after seeing my doctor at noon. CVS claimed they tried contacting me all day about a general medication and why they couldn't fill it. I showed up at 6:30pm with not one phone call. A total waste of my time again. How the hell does this place stay open?! Horrible customer care and a total lack of follow through.

The pharmacy is slower then molasses. If there is a problem with a script they will not call and tell you. Only when a few days go by and you have to call them and wait on hold for an hour they will say there is a problem.Walked in to pickup a script, one tech helping all the customers and the pharmacist is staring out the drive up window.Update.Tried to have another script filled, 14 antibiotics pills. 30 hours and waiting. Should have taken 2 pills by now.Just close the place.

The only store that deserves 10 rating is store on 2020 E Grand Ave. Employees are amazing and store is spotless and meticulously cleaned. Every other CVS I've been to looks terrible, inside and out and most of the time is run by rude employees. This place is awesome and my go-to for everything they stock. I'll pay more just to avoid going to a less kept-up store with lower quality workers.

Upset with their photo department. I needed photos for a Japanese work visa. I brought in a printout of the email that specified the requirements for this photo. Initially, the staff was very nice and I appreciate that. However they didn't seem to be to receptive to doing anything out of their comfort zone, and just ran me through the motions of taking a regular passport photo. They assured me that their photos have never been denied, and if they were, I could just come back and they would fix them. Come a few weeks later, my photos were denied. Big surprise, seeing as the requirements weren't met. I went back in to get them fixed, but was then told they couldn't do that kind of photo. So now I'm back to square one. I have deadlines to meet, and I'm pretty disappointed that they lured me into business with them on false promises.

Can't thank Tammy enough for filling Jem's Rx, after her meds were left behind. Grandma and Grandpa will be taking good care of her for the next 2 weeks. Thanks, Tammy!

Made an appointment to get COVID tested for my daughter. The next day took her to get tested, waited and waited for our appt time, called and got an automated service that didn’t understand one word, finally spoke with a human that also didn’t understand English and transferred us back to the automated service. Appt was at 9:20 and weren’t tested until after 10:30am, with zero communication, and my poor daughter sick as a dog in the car waiting.

The cashiers are rude and always have some backhanded comments about the customers orders. This morning I watched the cashier make snide comments to the two customers in front of me. The customers were both polite with there responses, but were not pleased. Nobody wants to be harrased by the CVS cashier at 8 am on Sunday morning. I'm taking my business to Walgreens from now on.

Waited for an hour and a half at minute clinic and no one ever came out of the room. Then on a different day I went to get a prescription filled for a sick kid. I was told it would be ready in 20 mins and then when I came back to check on it they said they dont carry my insurance any more. Ugh!

I set up an appointment for the Minute Clinic online for my 15min break, I drove the 30sec to the store, got to the door, see my name at the top of the list, but because someone else is logging in at the store I have to wait until they are seen to be seen myself. Why do you have an Online Check-In if it's still a first come first serve in store?I have an appt at this time, I arrived at this time, I'm sorry other person but I should be seen at this time.

Came here to buy alcohol, ran into my minor brother, I said hi and that was enough for them not to sell me alcohol. It is ridiculous, I asked if I was just able to wait for that person to leave they said NO. They said now that they saw us together they won’t sell alcohol even tho I’m 37 years old! Stupidest tule that I’m sure they made it out and just didn’t sell it for being a Latin person.

Walked in looking ear drops. Asked pharmacy but was told just a moment, waited 15 mins asked a different pharmacist "do you know where the ear drops are?" Again, just a moment, I followed with "can you just point me in the direction of the ear drops?"..just a moment I get told again. Front cashier was too busy socializing. Gave up went to Walgreens instead - in and out 5 mins, was even asked twice on my way to aisles if I needed help finding anything.

I love this pharmacy! I always had wonderful experiences there, I never waited long at all, and never dreaded having to go fill the prescription. Great pharmacist as well.

COUNT YOUR PILLS!!! In the past 18 months I have been shorted 4 times. Once as many as 14 pills on a 90 day supply. They keep doing it even when they claim two people counted them. We counted 175 4 times each time, in a different way. They claimed two people counted it at 180.NO ONE will call me a lier.Count you're pills at the counter in front of them. I no longer trust CVS.

Generally dont have any issues there. Pharmacy staff are very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. However. They have not updated their new pharmacy hours on the CVS website or Google maps.

The pharmacy at this location is the worst I have ever, ever seen! I have been put on hold for more than 45 minutes, was disconnected twice, and had to ask for the store manager, to get the answer to a simple question. The employees don't care at all, and only ONE of the pharmacist there is smart enough to understand and answer questions. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!
