Never work here got fired after 2 weeks of working for “complaints” when I never had any problems or tardies and worked nonstop. I was barely trained properly and constantly getting my hours cut. The store is also just dirty and overpriced. Terrible experience

Staff was friendly and professional. Great selection of produce. Got some nice blueberries real cheap. Large selection of meats. Really good prices on pork. Had to buy some Tenderloin and Riblets. Picked up some neck bones for soup stock at .99 cents a pound. Large Polish section which I scored some 40% black current juice. They even had a nice sized Asian section with Indian and Chinese products. Granted the Kikkoman oyster sauce I bought was made in America but, still you don't see it in every store. Will stop in for sure when I'm near the dog park on Sand Lake next time!

I shop here 3 days a week because of live across the street.Deli and meat dept have good prices for fresh meats and cheeses.Staples are always good price and produce dept is fresh and clean.I would like to see the place a bit cleaner.

I love shopping here. There is always a discount cart or two where I typically find several good deals on items I use often. The prices are generally decent, and generally good sale items. Staff is friendly and helpful. My favorite things overall, the music! They are always playing music I love.

This store reminds me of walking into a low rent Piggly Wiggly. The only time I shop at this store is when I'm at the park located directly behind at Mallard Ridge. After 2 hours at the park my kids need to use the washroom and get something to drink. Both of those needs could be met by the park, but I guess it makes more sense to lock up the bathrooms and shut off the drinking fountains 😲. So we truck on over to Butera. "Daddy, what's that smell?" That question comes the minute we walk in and I can't stop laughing. "That's Butera," I say. Bottom line, I shop here only out of necessity and only when I'm in the immediate area. They definitely aren't the cheapest grocery store, it's not the cleanest, and as my son noticed, there is a certain smell.

Went and bought deli meat from store. Line was a bit long. Cashier was quick in ringing out the items. Always very competitive prices.UpdateLooks as if the store went through a complete remodel. Looks brighter and cleaner than before. Employees always willing to help if you have questions.

Produce is a toss-up. Open and check things like strawberries, blueberries, salad mixes, ESPECIALLY if they are on sale because you could end up with $4-$8 of mushy sadness. I'd honestly love to give this place a better rating from other things I've seen but...(see pic)And I did look at the plastic container before purchasing, which is even more concerning. They seemed fine! Were they arranged to hide the rotting ones?! What the conspiracy strawberry?

Good neighborhood grocery. Decent selection year round. Interesting produce selection and a ethnic isle to rival most bigger stores.. But the hidden secret is that this is my go to spot for roses on valentine's day. $15 for a dozen red Rose's and the quality and selection is great. See you next year again.

1 star for convenience only. No opinion on meat, as I don't buy it here but they have Black Angus and dog food here, so all ends of the spectrum.Bagged my own groceries today while employees stood about 15 ft from me, so that was fun. Nobody at the front end is ever happy. They are either underpaid or its in the employee manual to be garbage to customers so the place shuts down. Not sure which one it is.

Overall the store is looking more clean, and is better organized. Produce and meat departments were pretty good. There were good deals on apples, other fall and winter fruit, and potatoes. Meat department also had good deals on fresh pork, sausages, and soup bones were available.

I love this store! The prices on lunch meat, fruits, veggies and meats cannot be beat! Every Saturday morning I'm greeted by the friendliest staff in the deli, at the meat counter and the register. I actually look forward to going there every week and talking with the staff. They are great!

I like Butera. The store is good sized but not massive so it's easy to shop quickly. The Deli and Meat sections have great prices on quality products. The Frozen and Alcohol sections are small but have what I need. This is not a "stock up for a month" place, but rather a "pick up for the weekend" place, and serves this function very well.

Great fresh produce selection. The fruit is near ripe and ready vs other places where you need to wait a few days before being able to enjoy. Vegetables are outstanding. Meat selection is good. Staff, this is where they need some improvement, being blown off when you say hello is a bit disheartening. Oh well, they work at a job they hate and seem to give the customers the same impression.

I really like this Butera. They have pretty good produce. A large selection in the meat department. I think where they shine, is in their deli. The have a great selection of name brand and homemade products. Often, their sales are phenomenal. My only complaint would be that they often don't have enough staff behind the deli to accommodate all the people shopping there.

This is a cute little store to shop at. The deli is amazing! They have a huge variety of meats and cheeses as well as a great selection of salads and pre made entrees. They have several ethnic areas with items you won't find in your average supermarket. The meat department and bakery areas also offer a large selection to choose from. Warning they are somewhat pricey if the item is not on sale, but for the most part it is worth it

Nice improvements to the fresh produce section. The whole store seems under a bit of a rejuvenation, it seems much cleaner, brighter and cheerful than it's been in the past.Still has great customer service, employees have always been helpful and courteous.

I believe that overall the store is a great place to shop. The staff is very courteous and the availability of fresh products and produce is there. Not to many items I shop for are not here so living in Lindenhurst this is our go to. Seems like they are installing a whole new set of freezers or that's what it appeared to be today when I was grabbing a few items for the house. I know there are s bunch of senior citizens who shop there and I love seeing them and helping them load their cars or anything I can do for them is a blessing.
