Brought in two golden retrievers and asked for a bath / groom (summer cut short) / nail clipping. I dropped them off at 7:30am and got them back at 2:30pm! They looked great! I was also pleased with the price they charged me for the service. Some other places around here charge more and don’t do as good as a job as Shampooch did! Thanks again. I will be returning here with my 2 goldens for sure!

Today was the third and probably last time we use Shampooch and Kitty. The first 2 times worked out well but today was completely unacceptable.Dropped our 2 dogs (12 year old and 1 year old) off at 8am and checked in on them at the store 4 hours later since we didn’t get a call and no one answered the phone.When we got there, both dogs are sitting there in stress. The only sound you can hear in the place is our older dog. He is usually calm but was barking constantly and needed some type of attention which we was not getting.We get some excuses about being short a worker and phones being down. Obviously, a better way of handling this is to call us to pick-up our dogs and re-schedule to another day when they can take care of them properly.I wanted to pull them out of there but they quickly worked on them and then we left.

Brought my frenchie dog stitch for a full service. A much needed wash, nails, and ears cleaning. I picked him up smelling great, and He looked great! His fur was super soft and his nails perfectly cut and trimmed. Came home super relaxed and ready for a nap. We will be coming back!

These are very nice people who take good care of the animals while they are grooming them. My dog always looks and smells great after she has been at shampooch and kitty. At Christmas time they give a little homemade dog biscuit to take home. In addition they will get my dog and return her to me so I miss dealing with steps. Definitely a good place!

I have been using this place for years. They never disappoint. I had a long haired cat with terrible hygiene issues. They took care of his matted up fur by giving him “the lion cut” every year. They have washed and groomed my dogs over the years as well. Great people. Great prices.

Our Bruno loved it there! It's a very simple place that makes your dog look nice and clean for the right price. Not like some of these other places. This place was recommended to me by a coworker with her new pup. :) Love the place! And the owner and staff are good with the pups. Thank you!

I brought my cat in for a lion cut and they did an amazing job for a great price! They were very kind and friendly when I dropped him off and picked him up. It didn’t take too long either. I would highly recommend going here!

First time customer here. We took our Golden Retriever to Shampooch and Kitty. When you walk in, I don’t know if the owner and employees don’t realize it’s a global pandemic, but they don’t have masks on; customer safety is clearly not a priority. The “grooming” is the poorest I have ever experienced and I have owned multiple dogs. She was there for over 5 1/2 hours and she looks exactly the same as when she went in. I would highly NOT recommend. Look elsewhere.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! We have a 1 year old Great Pyrenees that we have taken there almost every month. We have also been to the chain store groomers once as well. The prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and the amount of services for the price is phenomenal! They always remember me and my pooch and I feel like they really give her tender love and care! They have always been able to get her in (Pyrenees are generally alot of work) even if I call the day before. In summation, friendly service, great price, and I feel like they actually care about my dog.

They are the best. My dog has had bad experiences at other places so getting a hair cut is not his favorite. He always wags his tail when I come to pick him up. The do a great job!!

I like this place. When my cat was done she came out cute, buzzed not too close to the skin (long hair cat)and with a little cute scarf around her neck. She also came out the calmest I think she's ever been. She's had bad experiences at other places. Coming home from other places she's normally crying shaking or she's been cut by shears. This place we went home calm. Yes there is a smell here, But the people are nice and do a great job. I will recommend this place. FYI if your waiting for your pet to be done there is a chocolate place across the street. They also have coffee, donuts and seating outside.

Absolutely fantastic. Our pups loathe haircuts/nail clipping and typically pointedly ignore us for 24 hours afterwards (it's actutally pretty funny).This was the first time we took them to Shampooch & Kitty, so I was a little nervous (and mentally preparing to be embarrased by their obnoxious anti-bath & scissors behavior). However, shockingly, they were practically preening when we came back to pick them up. While it truly was the cutest cut each of them had ever had, their reaction was weird and out of character enough that even our oblivious teen noticed when we didn't get the usual 24 hrs of cold shoulders and annoyed glares.Not sure what David and crew did to win them over, but we'll definitely be back.

I have taken my dog and cat here for the last 2 years and they do a great job. I found out about them through a referral. The owner is nice and always so welcoming. SUPER affordable also! Highly reccomend.

This is the most unprofessional grooming place I have ever seen. I had an appointment and when I got there not only did I want to throw up from the stench but a lady was already complaining about her dogs grooming. Apparently the daughter of the salon was arguing with her saying that her dog was fine. It wasn't The dog looked awful and was upset. I walked out. DON'T go here. RUN!

I took my adult cat for the first time to get groomed. I assume, Dave, checked us in. He was kind and explained the process. I do have to admit i was a bit disappointed to see dogs, as i was told over the phone mondays were cat days. Its no big deal, and i am sure they were busy because of the upcoming holiday. However, it also isnt that big a deal. My cat is used to dogs. My cat was ready when promised, and he looked great. I think he feels better now that his hair is gone. Thank yoy Shampooch and Kitty for easing this mommas heart. We will see you again

i bring my two small dogs and my long haired cat here and they treat my animals like their own own they even know my animals names ! all of my animals always come out of this place supper happy never ever have i been disappointed ! having two dogs and a cat that needs to be groomed i am here pretty often couldnt see going any where else !
