I’ve shopped at nearly every Jewel in the Chicagoland area. This is a GREAT Jewel, possibly the best I've ever shopped in. It has a more spacious layout, very nice deli, incredible fresh produce, excellent bakery, amazing butcher area and nicer than any Jewel I've shopped. Aisles seem a bit bigger. Staff are extremely friendly at this location. Managers at this location are incredible! Meat department does a great job with very appealing delicious meat cuts. Very friendly staff in the meat department. Bakery department will give your infant or child a free cookie! They are so incredibly friendly at this location! Definitely makes for a much better shopping experience. This Jewel is always very clean and well managed. Sometimes store shelves need to be stocked / replenished, but they seem to have everything that I need (most of the time). Our two children (our girls) LOVE the pink race car shopping carts (for kids). We do wish there was at least one or two more of the PINK race car shopping carts (the pink always seems to be taken and our girls love the pink race car shopping cart). This Jewel location is the model that ALL Jewels should follow. This is by far my favorite Jewel location!

As a new home owner in the area.. happy about the condition n service of this location. Well stock, decent peicing for the times, friendly staff.. n good donuts!.... and the lasagna and it's recipe is on point... .kudos to the chef.

Terrible service in deli. Apparently they stop making their chicken at 6pm even on their chicken night. Manager of little help. Stated that they can turn on the fryer, it's a little look late since the fryer takes time to heat up and then another 12 minutes to cook chicken. Fryer should not be turned off that early. The deli was even busy and I was not the only one looking for chicken. They did have old dried out wings that looked so old they should not be served.

When I clip the just you coupons. They never come up at the register. I always have to hold up the line to Get them corrected by the cashier. Also a problem with the special deals that I clip. Just about everybody I know is having the same problem. You really need to fix this before you start losing customers

This jewel is very nice inside and out, you can really feel the new store buzz coming off of the employees it’s really pleasant. The displays are all perfect and cute they even laid their jalapeños in rows lol it really felt spacious and roomy compared to some jewels, even with all the displays mid isle there was still ample room. This isn’t our local jewel but we won’t have any trouble stopping here if needed.

The chuck roast that was on sale for 3.99 a pound, was awful. Cooked in crockpot 8 hours on low and couldn't even budge the roast to shred. This isn't the first time. I will no longer buy meat from this Jewel. It is awful. What a waste of money.

The floral department at this jewel is a 10 out of 10!!! I recently purchased $100 worth of flowers from 1800-flowers for my wife and I's anniversary. They came in the mail and I couldn't have been more disappointed in the money I just spent. I got on the phone and called 1800-flowers to get a full refund. After that, I called this jewel and for the same $100 they made the attached picture for me. WOW! Thanks for saving my anniversary with these amazing flowers.

My fav supermarket! I prefer Jewel for their customer service and they have the best bakery by far compared to other grocery stores. Pricing has gotten better, especially their items on sale. Can't beat a dozen organic eggs for $3 bucks or $2 gallon of whole milk!!! JEWEL DON'T GO CHANGING!!!!

This Jewel’s does not properly stock its shelves whenever there are sales items. Seems like produce and meat department are notorious for not ever having enough stock during sales to keep out for any customers that come even on the day the sale just started. The people that are responsible for inventory need to do much better. Even the Jewel’s in Lake in the Hills with more customers are able to keep better inventory during sales.

Clean store. Great customer service. Organized so different than full size store. Shopped here for Christmas 2023. I found expired foods here. Buyer beware..watch the date codes here. Very poorly managed store. I will not shop here again.

Amazing staff at the deli. Very polite, friendly and helpful. The chicken at the deli is fire! Shopping is pleasant due to big Isles. Store is very clean which is a big plus! If you live in the area you should give this place a go.

Friendly neighborhood jewel Osco does not describe this store. I stop here a few times a month to grab a few items, and I never get a greeting at the checkout counter. I always have to be the one to say "hi, how are you doing?" And "have a great day, thank you!". Words of advice to management, hire employees who value their customers, because without customers, you wouldn't have a job. A greeting, and thank you for your business goes a long way.

Ordered a carrot cake for my son's birthday and it turned out so adorable. Can't wait to taste it !Also I love the small fall area next to the deli. Found some really good spiced pumpkin cake slices and coffee!! I didn't want to leave it felt so warm and inviting as if you brought everything about fall inside !! I want to buy all the velvet pumpkins 🎃

Perhaps telling the little boys at the doors, they need to be taught to use a different "line"of attack other then.. we are NOT allowing customers to take shopping carts in the parking lot.. that is the way I was told on Christmas eve. This was done so like the little boys were giving me a command that I did not have any choice in the matter. I had to set the little boys straight with, I will walk out to my vehicle with this cart and return the cart back to the building LIKE I ALWAYS DO!! You won't stop me. Now if Jewel is doing this because of the weather and this is how we are raising and training our youth to be workers? Shame on Jewel... I also was a shopping cart/bagger at Jewel over 40 years ago. Working in that freezing cold or blistering hot parking lot pushing carts is showing them how to commit to a job and do it right. Take pride in something and do an honest day for an honest wage. ( given a physical disability then it is understandable)Or we continue to raise weak little boys that grow up into weak little men. It all starts with the first job.

I see the quality and care of this store going down. Is it the sign of the times? I don’t have the time to do your job and check every expiration.. On my recent visit today I was short on time or I would have addressed this to a manager. Purchasing a package of provolone cheese, one of the packages were full of mold. I also went to purchase a package of vanilla pudding cups, the expiration was November 5th, 4 days ago. These things are totally unacceptable. Many people, especially the young do not check these things and rely on your employees. I did bring both items to the attention of a female stocker, who said thanks and tossed them in a box. This is not the fist time I’ve seen this, I’m just so mad I need to share.

Loved this "newer" store concept ... very nice wide open aisles .. everything is laid out very intuitively ... for a new store, I found it to be very easy to navigate. Come visit, you will be impressed!

What can I say? It's a grocery store. Has most of what you need. Not a lot of niche items though which is to be expected. If you can pick up the white queso dip they make in store please do! You will not be disappointed.

We are very happy with the newly opened Jewel. Plenty of selection and friendly staff. Today, a staff member really went out of their way to help us with an out of stock prepared product item! He had someone make up the item for us and then found me on the opposite side of the store to deliver it to me!! The cashiers have also been very friendly.

I like this location a lot. It's always clean and visually well maintained, though stocking some recurring items has been an issue for me that has caused me to look elsewhere for products I don't feel like I should have as much trouble finding as I do- heavy cream, sugar free red bull, and sourdough bread. Feels like standard grocery items that I find only 6/10 times I go, which is frustrating. The staff is friendly, though the patrons might kill you in the parking lot. Good luck out there- I've nearly been hit several times, both in and out of my car. I don't know why this specific store has inspired the worst driving in all of Huntley, but I take my life into my hands every time I park in the lot. 😂

Really think that the parking spots that are designated for online orders should be at the back of the lot, or on the side of the building. People that actually shop in store shouldn't be pushed back.

I've been to this new location a handful of times and I must say the setup is much nicer than the location I normally frequent. I especially love the sushi selection much better as it has a better variety and everything my wife and I look for. My only confusion comes with the entrance/exit as I'm used to other locations where there's separate entrances and separate exits.

Great Jewel, the best I've shopped in. It has a more spacious deli/produce/bakery/butcher area than any Jewel I've shopped. Aisles seem a bit bigger. Windows in the last freezer aisle make a huge difference in experience. It definitely makes for a much better shopping experience. This is the model all Jewels should follow.

New store Grand opening. Employees were friendly, helpful and asked if I wanted help unloading my groceries. Carts were sprayed with Sanitizer by an employee nonstop while another employee sprayed the entrance/exit continuously. Very impressed, loved variety of meat aisles. Will be back

This is just a regular jewel. Normal items normal everything. Service was not outstanding but it was good. I would go here since its close.Service - OkItems- Normal
