We took our 2 Cocker Spaniels in for a long over due grooming. Our one dog is a recent addition to our family and still a bit timid as she was a rescue with a dark past. The staff was great and both dogs came home happy and look beautiful!!

I tried Groom Huntley on a whim because I desperately needed my dog’s nails trimmed and they offered walk in appointments. The staff were so friendly and helpful that I ended up switching all of our grooming needs to them! My Goldendoodle had very long hair (shown in second picture) and I wasn’t quite sure how to communicate how I wanted him cut. Kellee did such a fantastic job and he turned out exactly as I pictured! The best part was seeing how much they loved him and made him feel comfortable. Doodles can get a bad reputation among groomers due to their fur matting easily and I work very hard to keep him mat-free. They assured me immediately that they love having doodles and did not pass judgment when he had some matting behind the ears. In fact, they showed me the detangling product they use and helped me understand how to prevent them in the future! I cannot recommend Groom Huntley and Kellee enough.

Our 60lb flat coated retriever was groomed at Groom Huntley on 4/5. My husband and I are both so impressed with the service, quality and price. Our pup has never looked better. Thank you Groom Huntley!

took my seven month doberman in for a quick nail cut and file the other day. this is only his second time getting his nails done by someone other than me so he’s quite apprehensive about it, especially since we do bath time and everything ourselves. every staff member was friendly and there was only about a five minute wait. i loved that i was allowed in the room with them to help distract my boy and settle his nerves. the lady (totally forgot her name, my bad) did a great job and was very gentle and patient with my timid boy. his nails look great and we will definitely be back. thanks, groom huntley!

Ever since the new owner took over, EVERY appointment we had was canceled, rescheduled, or our instructions were not met. We just experienced the 4 straight appointment that was wrong. After the 3rd time, we met in person and everyone was very clear about the instructions, the date, and the time. They even gave me a card with the date and time. Then 24 hours before the appointment, they change the time on us. As for the service, the dogs were fine, however, Don't buy the de-shedding service. Its a rip off and doesn't work. We will be looking for a new groomer for our dogs.

i used to love bringing my dog here mostly because the people here made the whole experience enjoyable. the new owner’s are greedy and the penny pinching shows. oh and by the way, the new paint job sucks.

We have brought all of our dogs here. Huskies can be a challenge but they handle all breeds without issues. And the place is clean and organized too! The groomers are so sweet with the dogs, the people that work there are super friendly and we will keep coming back!

I’m so glad I found this place again. Ziva needs her nails cut and since this grooming doesn’t require an appt works great for me.Ziva isn’t a huggy cat. So she hard to get in her carrier.The girls at shop are the best…thank you

**UPDATE- 10/3/23- Refund received from Groom Huntley. In response to owner's reply to my review....I appreciate you giving me a refund for a groom that was paid for but did not occur. It wasn't communicated to me at all in any way that there was an issue grooming him so that is good information for us to now have. I know Rachel who used to work there never had a problem with him but of course dogs respond differently to different people and different techniques. Thanks again for taking care of this.Original review- If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my sister's dog in for a full groom - which includes, being brushed, bathed, trimmed or clipped with clippers and nails cut. When I picked him up he looked like he had only been brushed. I have never taken a dog in for grooming before and he had a large harness on, I thought maybe I'm just missing something/couldn't really see what had been done, he also wanted to get the heck out of there so we left. Once we got home it was clear that no grooming had actually taken place. He had mats behind his ears, If he had been bathed it wasn't a good one, it was like he was misted with water, his fur was still really dirty and smelly and clearly his hair had not been cut or trimmed at all. His nails were cut so yay! I paid $75 for a nail trim. I called and left a message, someone from the store called back but she said she couldn't do anything and that the owner would call me. I had to call a few more times and threaten leaving a bad review before the owner called. He said he would refund my credit card. I waited a week for the refund to show up on my statement., it never did. I called and left multiple messages saying I never received my refund, offering to come in if he needed the card to issue the refund. Guess what, still haven't heard from the owner. I believe it's a new owner, they have clearly went downhill. My sister had been going here for years, obviously never again. There are other groomers in the area, I would highly recommend using someone else. I have included photos..these are after he was "groomed"! You can clearly see he hasn't been. His ears should have been clean and trimmed inside as well, this also wasn't done. If you read the rest of my reviews they are pretty positive it is rare for me to give a bad review.

Of all the places I’ve gotten my dogs groomed, this is the absolute best. Unlike other places that have left my dogs shaking, anxious, bleeding, or simply ugly, Doggy Styles treats my dogs with such good care. They are thorough. They never complain when I’ve waited a bit too long between appointments and my dogs become a bit matted. And they will work through the matting! They are patient, skilled, and my dogs always end up happy and gorgeous.

I have 3 silky terriers and I will not be going back. Paisley was so upset when I picked her up. It took over 2 hours and I get home and I find she did not Dremel her front paws. This business was previously doggie styles. New owners changed names.New groomers too. I was so upset I will not be going back. I even questioned if she was a licensed groomer.

I have been taking my pup here for a year now! Love this place! Alicia is awesome! Background story, my pup was going to another groomer and there was an incident. I was afraid I would have to muzzle him. Alicia was super nice and reassuring about not needing the muzzle just yet. He is able to get groomed and no muzzle!

I can only speak to the customer service since there was none to begin with. Here was my experience:Me calling in the morning: Can I make an appointment for my dogs’ nails to be trimmed?Doggy Style: No, we only do walk-ins for that sort of thing.——-fast forward 5 hours ——Me bringing my dog in for a walk-in: Hi, I’d like to get my dogs’ nails trimmedDoggy Style: Sorry all of our groomers are busy. Come back tomorrow.Me: Can I just wait for the next groomer to become available?Doggy Style: No, there’s no telling when someone will be available so it’s best if you come back tomorrow.Now call me crazy but doesn’t that defeat the purpose of ‘walk-ins’? Shouldn’t I at least be allowed to wait for someone to be available? It was not busy in there since I was the only customer in the place. Not to mention saying that you have no idea when someone will be free is a pretty lame excuse for laziness. It honestly felt like they were all ready to punch out and leave early.Perhaps they do good work - I’ll never know. You have to get past their elusive walk-in policy.So go to Coco’s Pet Spa instead. Even if they’re busy, they’ll still let you wait to be seen.In summation, if you want to be treated like a dog, doggy style is the spot to be in.

Sadly have to change my review ever since the new owners. I use to give a 5 star, but after the change over and my dogs going to this facility for 7 years, I can no longer give that review. I have one dog that is super nervous and had two groomers that did well with him. When I took him for his appointment just after the change, I was informed that they didn't think he could be groomed there anymore but would follow up. (Both of the groomers that worked with him, had left/retired, so he had a new groomer, but they knew him) They wouldn't work with the nervous dog. I asked about my other dog, since they did finish her groom. They said they would talk with the owners and would get back to me. Almost a year or so, and still no response. Not a real good way to treat a long time customer. Just super disappointing.

The new ownership is okay. There is inconsistency with groomers, so my dog looks different every time. Sometimes it takes an hour, some times two and a half hours.

I live in Tennessee but travel back to Illinois to visit family and everytime I do me and Cleo (our Pomeranian) go to visit Doggie Styles. I have lived in Tennessee for about 5 years and still have not found a groomer that comes close to how perfectly beautiful she is not only groomer, but the care they give her is off the charts. So I do what I can inbetween visits and Paula fixes my messes 😁 I would highly recommend Doggie Styles for all grooming needs, not just hair cuts. Remember to take care of your pet!

You get what you paid for. We took our miniature schnauzer to Doggie Styles for a grooming. She looked pretty good when we got her back. She was turned over to my wife, she was charged, and nothing was said. Two days later, our dog starts whimpering and shaking her head. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her, but I started to get concerned. Finally, I decide to inspect her head and lo and behold, she’s got pus draining from her ear. I took her to the vet the next day, and I was told that her ear fur had been plucked, and that’s normal. However, I was told that the groomer did a terrible job with the ear plucking. They did not closely monitor the ears to ensure it wasn’t causing irritation. Also, if the ear canals had already been irritated, the groomer should not have continued to pluck the fur and gone a different route. I was also told that it was the groomers responsibility to inform us to keep an eye on her ears to make sure no infections develop. The veterinarian used to be a professional groomer for a long time and told me that my dog’s grooming was absolutely poor and they would never bash a business, but I should never, ever return. Among the many issues that were pointed out to me, my dog’s “sanitary trim” was poorly done and had it been corrected by the vet. The poorly done trim would have also caused an infection. So I dodged a bullet on that one. I ended up paying $200 for the vet bill and when I called Doggie Styles about it, the lady I spoke to refused to take responsibility. She told me I should have known there was a possibility of an ear infection and the responsibility wasn’t hers to tell me. So... I’m supposed to know what was done to my dog and keep an eye on what it was, even though I didn’t know what was done? Isn’t it up the groomer to tell me, “hey, monitor the ears for infection, or keep an eye on her privates to make sure there’s no infection”? Apparently not. I asked for a refund at the very least, and she angrily offered to pay the vet bill. I was satisfied with that and hung up. She called me right back and said she changed her mind and would not take responsibility for what happened. That’s fine, but I live in the dog friendly Talamore subdivision and already spoke to other dog owners who stated they will no longer go back. I spoke to two others who had the same exact problem with the ear infection AND spoke to a new family with three dogs, who asked for a recommendation on a groomer. I told them to absolutely stay away from Doggie Styles and showed them my dog’s residual pus that was still in her ear. If you love your dog and don’t want it to suffer from an ear infection or other problems, you need to stay away from this place.

We have patronized Doggie Styles these past 15 years. Excellence in grooming, gentle care of our doggies, and a great finished product. When we picked them up, they were relaxed and looking good. Would recommend totally.However, this initial review was for Doggie Styles under previous management. I have no opinion as to current owner and style of management

I now go to another salon after they hurt my pup which required a $140.00 visit to the vet. They cut too close to 2 very sensitive areas and an infection started.I love my new salon and they are very clean.UPDATE:I do not use my real name. I have however, removed the other groomer's name as a courtesy.

Took my dog to doggie styles for the first time. Was very impressed with the service received. Matthew at the desk was very helpful and informative. And the groomer Latisha was fantastic! Very friendly and made sure I was pleased with everything. My dog, Raven was happy and looks great!! Would highly recommend!!! 😊

I want to give them 0 stars. They called me today and canceled appointment for my dog grooming, I have been waiting for this appointment for over a month. They said that they can reschedule an appointment only for June, now is April. Another 2 months of waiting, is this a joke? We have been their client for over 4 years, very disappointed.

What a terrible experience. They do not care about customer service at all. After asking which number to call for contact, they continually called the wrong one. Instead of asking how to groom our dog when we dropped her, or looking her over, they called a few minutes after drop off and we were treated like an inconvenience. I heard several times how she only had so much time allotted and didn’t know how to get it done. They have poor management and we will very happily be finding someone else. Not worth the rudeness and lack of consideration.

We tried a few places with bad results before we started going to Doggie Styles and we are glad we made the switch. Our dog, Lola has been going to them for a few years now. The receptionist, Matt always greet us with a smile. Lola has really bad skin allergies which requires extra care, but they have always been great with her. Our groomer, T, has taken an interest in helping Lola, and is always giving me tips on what to do to help Lola’s skin issues. She goes out of her way to find what will work best for her. They have gone the extra mile for my dog and I really do appreciate T for everything she does for Lola!
