I have never used this company before as I have not found myself in a position to need to until recently.I ordered the squirrel infant formula on July 7th. Paid for expedited shipping. I did not receive the product until after the infant squirrels had passed away 😪.I have been trying to get in contact with Nick Vlamis via email since then to return the unopened box of formula. I have received one email that stated he was in a meeting but would contact me this last Monday. I heard nothing. Then I got an email stating he would reach out this morning and again nothing.I am absolutely flabbergasted 😮 at the lack of attention I have received. One would think it’s a pretty simple question...”What is your return procedure”? Very disappointing.
