Love the staff and how the shelves are sticked. If I have a question worker will stop what they're doing and help me which I've only had to ask twoce. Workers are very polite and courteous. Only complaint is how the aisles are on the small side and this one has nothing to do with workers(busy putting items up) people leave trash on shelves where they don't belong or items that belong elsewhere.

Unfair treatment to the workers and putting them in tough situations. Store is almost always dirty and messy but workers are too busy with stocking the shelves and checking out customers to be able to keep the store maintained, it's not their fault, it is poor management and corporation that puts the employees in these situations.

This store only has one register opened all the time. When it is busy the line is past the deodorant isle. The cashiers hardly have a smile on there face and they hardly greet when someone walks into the door. Most of the store is neat but still hard to find items clearly.

This is probably the worst Dollar General I have ever been too. If you can get thru the store without tripping or falling you must have ninja like skills. They're always out of everything. The shelves never seem to be stocked. I usually drive an extra 10 miles to go to the Dollar General in the next town.

Cashier never asked my type of payment. I had to use link that day. So it got declined. Thanks to them I got to be embarrassed as well as bring treated like I was dumb for messing it up. Very rude. Very dirty unorganized store. I only stop there when I absolutely have to.

They need to work on organization and cleanliness. After the renovation, things have been even more unorganized and filthy. For a while there they had rude employees, so I'd opt to go to the Rossville DG; however, I think they have some staff now that are patient and helpful.

Its time supervisors come in and the store has no help floors are dirty /shelves are dirty tags missing on products \managers can only do so much/ aisles are too small for carts The store in my area is short on inventory shelves are empty/ its easy be critical when you can't do the job your self

Had to stop in for some transmission fluid today while on the road. This DG store is a little more packed than some of the other stores I've been to. It could of been freight day or lack of workers, but it was a little difficult to get around. Other than that I think they needed some extra help at the registers, but that is to be expected anymore with most DG stores.

Convient, value, over worked employees due to under staffing, store could use closed overnight moved around floors completely stripped sealed re waxed then store re set with full merchandise displays. Plus enough staff to keep those shelves stocked as they empty.

The staff at this dollar general are the nicest in the area. I once took a wrong turn and found myself in the catacombs under the store that is filled with the tombs of the customers who refused to wear their masks. While I was trying to find my way out a chimera blocked my path and told me that if I wanted to find the exit I would have to answer a riddle. It sure was a humdinger of one and I was absolutely stumped. I was about to give up and resign myself to my fate when one of these exemplary employees showed up and told me that the answer to the riddle was potato salad. Who woulda thunk it? Anyway, highly recommend.

Store was not very clean but there were no racks blocking the aisles....The checkout counter needs lots of help .There is stuff for sale on it and no place to set your stuff that you are purchasing!!!! It’s not near big enough tod everything....I thought I purchased a bottle of Adrian nose spray but it must have gotten left on the counter....Who would miss it cuz there is not enough room for all your stuff!!!Get a bigger checkout so you can put all your purchases up there!!! I had to unload the cart and start putting my packages back in there that we’re piling up cuz there’s NO room!!!!Get a better system!!!!!

The store needs to be bigger! The staff is great they just don't have enough people working there. Sometimes I skip going there because many times it takes forever to check out. It's not the managers fault either.

Store needs remod..needs all new employees. Has product in aisle on floor so very hard to get through with a cart. definitely not very accessible with a walker or wheel chair.

Need more staff. Too many dollies in the aisles that need put away. Plus missing some things that you can get at other DGs. Typically love the people working though just need more help there.

This is the worse dollar General I've ever been to. I build and remodel them all over the us and hands down this is the worse one ever. They need to shut this store down. Rude workers. No product on the shelves and everything is filthy nasty

They are friendly. They made sure to ask if I found everything ok.. said hello as I walked in the door and they aksed how I was doing. It was different. I haven't experienced that walking in the door before.

This place is horrible. Never have what you need and they are very unorganized. Would rather drive 45 mins to the next town to do my shopping.

The shelves need to be put in order! So we can see what we need/find. Need a retired person needing extra $ to give shelves some TLC and making able to find things!😘

They need to get someone in there that would keep this store cleaned and keep everything in it's place. Also not complain about the job that they hate and also complain in front of customers that hear it all over the store!!

Managers are rude. Most of the product is on roll containers cause they are to lazy to put stuff up. And most of the planograms are out dated

Need more womens hoodie pull overs and need to be stocked better throughout store and cleaned and sanitized up to cdc requirements for the pandemic
