My sales person during checkout made me realize there is still hope for humanity! This young female was alarmingly happy to do her job—at first I thought she was a fresh hire because she was too accommodating yet young! Wrong. She had been with the company for awhile as she revealed during conversation she helped me with my target circle app. I’m in Target as much as the next person and have tried to adapt to certain personalities. But in Targets defense, it has always outperformed Walmart. Always. But this employee should definitely be a Team Leader. Great service.

This review is strictly related to Drive-up: The drive up option is excellent. I have never had a missing item, bad bagging, or damaged products. The delivery people have been pleasant and respectful of my car and bag placement.

Staff is great. Post is about checkout. No matter what time of the day I come there is only 1 or 2 checkout aisles open. Even the self checkout lane don't work that often.

The store was very clean. The products were well stock. I shopped at 9pm during the week before Christmas. There were many registered open. I did not wait any time to check out. I also found great sales well shopping. 10/10 experience at the Homewood target. Nothing like shopping in Chicago.

It is always a pleasurable experience visiting Target. The stores are always organized and well maintained. The store associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, their products are always of good quality and I am sure to find what I need each time I visit, whether it be in store or online.

Could only order a special flat screen TV from Target online. It arrived damaged (very poorly packaged). Talked to a Target phone representative who assured me that I could just drop it off at *any* Target store. Was very impressed that the phone call and the return were so easy, and that I didn't have to argue with / or explain myself to anyone.

I don’t live in the area, so it’s very rare I come to this store, however today when I had to return something it was probably one of the better experiences I’ve had with target! The cashier was nice and very efficient. My only drawback is with this being a store with mostly African American customers it’s seems weird they don’t have many shades of make up for us in store. I was looking for my usually color in a certain brand it it’s not even a spot for it in the store. Very disappointing. Other than that everyone I came across spoke and asked if I needed help, which is different from the two suburban stores I frequently visit.

They removed half the registers to put in self check out yet the self check outs are NEVER open and Then they will have 1 cashier working at rush hour .. what’s the point in that ?

Went to the Homewood il Target yesterday. Bought some items. I shop there a few times monthly on a regular. I checked out, and before I left I had to use the washroom before I left. I took my cart to customer service where I saw 4 employees standing there talking and moving stuff. I asked them if I could leave my cart with them foe just a moment to use the washroom. Which was just 20 feet from where we were standing. They said " you could but we may not be here do it might be left alone.. Really??? The store wasn't busy and your telling me none of those 4 employees could not stay there for just a moment?? That's ridiculous.. inwas pissed. So I went tonmy car(which wasn't close by) unloaded it and came back to use it. When. I reentered, the same 4 were there in same spot doing nothing. When I came.out of the washroom they were still in same spot doing nothing. I won't shop here no more.. that's great customer service in Homewoods Target.. I'll go somewhere else.. smh

This location is absolutely pathetic. Rude, ignorant, unprofessional, extremely disrespectful hood rats run this store. The store is dirty and disorganized. It’s a shame we have to go to the Tinley Park location to shop when we live right here in the Homewood area. I guarantee, this location will be shut down within a year.

I ordered a few things online from Target at 1:30ak and some time while I was asleep they generated an email letting me know I could pick up my package when they opened. I literally walked in the store and asked an employee where to get my package and she offered to get it for me. She requested my name and ID and off she went and within 3 minutes I was walked my out of Target with store lines being full!!#Target #RunAndDone

This Target is well organized and has personal hygiene (big variety), department, and grocery products; in addition a full pharmacy. The prices at Target are higher than other similar supermarkets. The grocery section has a decent selection but is limited in fresh produce. With clothing, they often have limited supplies of the different sizes for women.

I ordered a pair of shorts for my husband after looking everywhere! Target had exactly what I needed and the right size, which is rare, sz 44 waist. Thank you for stocking for the big man in my life ☺️.

They are very organized and have a nice selection. Actually, the beauty section just keeps getting better! Plus, they have Honey Pot products and a great selection of household items.They really need more cashiers on all shifts but who knows if people are calling off.The groceries are not compelling or competitive for the area so that is bad planning on their part. Head to Jewel, T&J meats or a host of other nearby options for groceries.Five stars because security is great, cashiers are awesome, the products are good for what I come for.Work on keeping things in stocks and adding some nicer displays please.

Tech department is terrible called for help waiting for 20-30 min and nothing. Hopefully they can do better
