Dre is excellent! He took very good care of my fur babies. He followed my direction of no body spritz to my babies. Their grooming is awesome! They look so beautiful and smell so good. This is his second appointment with my babies and I think Dre is a keeper!Thank you Dre!

Cut was uneven and naika were barely cut down. .. as it was getting closer to closing time, the groomer seemed rushed. Couldn't tell if teeth were brushed. I feel I paid for extra services that were not received. The manager in grooming had already left for the day.

I bought my yorkie to get cut and when I came to get her the actually groomer Samantha weren't there my dog wasn't groomed correctly and the price I paid to get her groomed weren't worth the look NEVER again by that groomer

I had a bad experience for the first time. I usually have a regular stylist Koron L but she switched my dog to a new stylist Lydia whom seem nice but not as experienced my dog is a rescue with anxiety and I was concerned. I came in the day before and was turned away for my appointment by Lydia whom was directed to do so by another stylist saying I was pass the grace period but they took another customer before me that cut the line. I spoke with a male Manger whom was very apologetic and ask if I could come the next day with a discount. I returned for this appointment at which time the stylist were dismissive and finally checked me in this was at 11:15 am. They informed me they would call when was done . Remy my dog was only having a bath and nail trim with buff. At 2:47 pm I call and spoke to grooming and she told me about another hour he was drying at 4:23 I called back spoke to the grooming manager whom said he had been done I informed her no one called me. She said oh they must have been busy . This is unacceptable 5 hours for a simple service . My dog appear anxious and filled with anxiety from apparently being in a cage for extended periods of time. I want this addressed. I would like a call from corporate . Thank you

They could not cut my puppies nails, i paid for trim and buff and gave a tip. I hear my puppy yelping in the background. I go back and they tell me some are done and some are not. They suggested I find someone to train my dog. I explained before the appointment she is hyper active. She is a 9 month old frenchie which is common. Im not pleased at all, my dogs eyes were blood shot when they gave her back and she was extremely stressed out and coughing. This is my second experience like this my last visit was years ago with a different dog and he also left traumatized. NEVER WILL I GO BACK!

Destiny our groomer is amazing. Due to covid we have been trying to groom our dig ourselves this year. So glad petco is grooming again. Our dog is absolutely gorgeous. Shes much energetic i suspect because her anal glands were expressed while at petco and destiny indicated they were full. I am so grateful that you provide this service!

The groomer cut my female shih tzu unnecessary low and uneven. Just buzzed cut her with no care at all and charged me $72 for that mess. This is not the first time she's been to a groomer, but the last time she ever will return here.
